Why isn't there an employee out there or a sign letting people know of this before having to wait around for almost 40 minutes. This is just flat out no customer service. Ordered a dozen donuts to surprise my kids on my way home: 2 original 2 sugar 2 chocolate cake 2 chocolate w sprinkles , 2 apple fritters 2 chocolate glaze. Received the wrong order when I opened it at home in Simi. Got no chocolates--instead got all as strawberry sprinkle donuts instead of chocolate versions...disappointing all my chocolate loving kids. Santiago, man he was so rude to us today. We ordered 4 dozen donuts to celebrate my sons Birthday & when we tried to change something on our order at the window he literally told us "your wasting my time hurry up keep it moving!!" We couldn't even get a word in then he said "Come inside or go around the drive thru line again I don't have time!" & shut the drive thru window on us. Supervisor came to the door & asked us what the problem was & I told her just charge the card & give me my donuts. 10 minutes later Santiago then came up to me & apologized. Yesterday was the last time we'll be frequenting the Krispy Kreme in Oxnard. We made a special trip to get a variety of the Krispy Kreme offerings and they were out of every single filled donut and pastry on the menu -- at noon on a Saturday (3-day holiday weekend). Why on earth would anyone go to Krispy Kreme when every donut shop on every corner has raspberry filled donuts daily? Poor planning and even worse execution -- at least make people aware you're out of products before they wait in line for 15 minutes. Not cool. read more

My rating is for Grand Opening day.... The Glazed Donuts are warm and delicious when you receive them. I can't say the same for the eclairs or the NY Cheesecake Donut they were both dry. The Drive Thru service was okay nothing special... For being opening day the wait wasn't bad at all about 20 minutes. read more

I am always a sucker for this place. The doughnuts are always hot and fantastic and it looks like the service has gotten way better at the Oxnard location. Whenever I go, I seem to always get the HOT glazed. If you've never been to Krispe Kreme, you will be hooked. It's a unique type of doughnut that is addicting! You cant have just one. (or two!) Today I had terrible customer service and they were out of mini donuts again, for the 4th time in a row!! The young man who was running the drive thru window today seriously needs a lesson in customer service. He did not greet me, ignored my question and then let the door shut in my face without a thank you or a reciept. I was already annoyed with him so I waited to ask for my reciept and he told me the printer ran out... umm then refill it! I worked in retail for over a decade - it's really not that hard. During my whole visit I think all he said to me was "$8.25", "umm - do you need something else?" and "it ran our of paper". Very disappointing read more

Today I came in and ordered a dozen of the really awesome Monster donuts for my nephews birthday! We were sooo excited to bring them to him, but as we were getting balloons to go with these donuts... I dropped them! (It was TERRIBLE... my heart sunk) So we had to go back, I ordered the exact same dozen letting the cashier know that I dropped them, as I was expecting to pay for another dozen the team was amazing and let me have them for free! And then they offered me party hats for my nephew and his two sisters! Non-doughnut fan here but every once in a great while this is a decent spot to satisfy sweet cravings. Krispy Kreme's Original Glazed doughnuts taste great but ONLY when their "Hot Now" sign is on. People have to give credit where credit is due. It's this legendary secret recipe that has kept the company in business for 80+ years. Came in today for the Reese's donuts- only to be disappointed. We were told donuts on display were for display only and could not be sold. We were able to try the chocolate lovers donut unfortunately it was only partially filled .They were out of the peanut butter donut until at "later tonight". Came here on a Sunday and I rarely go to Krispy Kreme, but the few times before donuts were good and customer service was good. However, the past Sunday was pretty bad. I signed up for their rewards because they had a offer/promo for 1 free DOZEN original glazed donuts with signing up and all you have to show/give them is your email, scan the app, your name or phone number.. no code or anything. When I got there, I talked to one of the girls behind the case and noticed her I ordered and paid online. I then proceed to ask her if I should show her the offer or give her my phone number, name, etc for the free dozen donuts and not even bothering to look at my phone, she said "sorry that's only for one free donut" (mind you, it was not at all busy that Sunday). And so I told her I'd buy a box then.. As I went to go the register, I informed the guy about the offer and explained to him that girl didn't even look at the offer and asked him instead about it. I'm not sure if he was stoned or drunk or completely out of it, but his eyes were BLOODSHOT red and couldn't understand what I was asking. I rephrased myself multiple times and showed him the offer on my phone so he could read, but he kept stumbling over words and then just said that "uh you already bought a box online so I can't scan you because it's complicated and I would need a code".... after I had told him "the offer even said to show your app and scan, or give your name, phone number, or email to redeem the offer". He looked at me confused still, so i gave up and just told him I'll just pay for it.. He then proceeds that it's okay and that I can take it. I've worked in customer service for a couple of years and it's disappointing and frustrating when the employees don't understand their own offers or promos or at least tried to put in more effort to investigate or look into it. Went through drive through this afternoon and ordered 1/2 dozen donuts- 3 classic, one maple glazed, one raspberry filled & a cinnamon roll donut. I paid almost $7 and when I got home - all the way to Moorpark I had been shorted one donut- the maple glazed! The donuts we got were of good quality of course but why would I have to stop and check my order it's not like I asked for no mayonnaise on my burger. Truly disappointing. read more
