The two girls working, Skyla and Journey were splendid at making drinks and just delightful to talk to! The vibe was also on point! I hope I get to see them next time, they deserve a raise. read more

I've been here many times and every time the experience does not disappoint. The decor is simple yet classy. Has a tea house feel rather than the cutesy theme that is common at other boba shops. I've tried a variety of drinks and enjoyed all of them. I tend to order without sugar or at 25% as I do not like it too sweet. They take pride in their tea brewing method, which I think contributes to the overall taste. The bubble waffles make a great snack, I especially like the chewy texture of the mochi ones. Customer service is great as usual. This is one of my preferred boba shops. read more

I'm always in for helping local business, however with this business, if there is a chain for Boba, I would rather go there instead of coming here I'm done with this place. I think since opening the second Location. This place has gone down and it's really bad. So many untrained staff. They are clueless and have no idea what's going on. I had messaged the owner Joey and had apologized and nothing happened. I came few times after and it's always horrible. It tells you on the app the order is ready or at times the time keeps going up and you get there ten minutes after it had said it would be ready and now they can't even find your order. Then another 5 mins goes by and now they somehow found it. I got upset and the owner saw that I was upset and decided to remake it or offer a gift card. It was remade and still not how I like it. At this point, I had enough time wasted, and wasn't planning to wait another minute for them to make it right. I asked to remake bc I am not planning to return and waste more time here. It was a good place but now it's not. You have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes every time to get your drink. Even if you had done an online order and assuming you would just come and pick it up. Well that's not an option. People came after me and ordered in person and got their drink and left, and my drink was still not ready. I saw there were two people there before me who had probably ordered online as well and they were just annoyed that they were still waiting. That's not the proper way of doing business. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone. read more

Pincha Boba has officially become one of our family's favorite stops downtown! The drinks were fantastic (the Dirty Coconut Ube with brown sugar boba was amazing), but what really stood out was the customer service. A huge thank you to Elizabeth for taking the time to recommend drinks that were perfect for our kiddos. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Honestly, it's the customer experience that will have us coming back. We're happy to pay for downtown parking just to stop by Pincha Boba because we know we're going to get great drinks and even better service every time. Highly recommend if you're in Ventura looking for delicious boba and a team that truly cares about their customers. Thanks again, Elizabeth--we'll definitely be back! read more

We are obsessed with Pincha Boba! Seriously the best flavors & options. My favorite is always the thai tea with brown sugar boba. The best In Ventura County! This place is the absolute best!!! In the county! I've tried every place , well not every place but a lot of popular ones and I always regret buying elsewhere because after you try this place nothing will compare to how delicious the drinks are here. Fresh hot boba everytime , in a velvety luxurious blended drink. I could drink it everyday, once you have a boba from here you will not stop thinking about the boba drinks from here, I would pay double for the boba drinks here if needed, it's THAT good! You need to try , ASAP, if you haven't yet! Hurry!!! read more

Love the many varieties here. I had ordered the jasmine guava cloud with pudding and the jasmine yuzu brew. The sweetness for the guava was just right. My daughter thought the yuzu was more on the sweeter side. I love that this cafe is open until 9pm. Thus, it is a great place to work at. There are quite a bit of tables here. The only thing is there aren't any places to plug your computer except one seating area. Service was excellent. They gave discounts for college students, military responders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. read more

Pincha Boba - Bubble Tea Near Me - Ventura, California

Pincha Boba is one of my favorite boba stores. In my opinion, it's the best in Ventura. First of all, this shop is run by a husband and wife, and they are both very friendly, nice, and kind people. While many places use powdered tea, this place brews it properly with tea leaves. As a result, you can really taste the tea flavor, making it delicious. I love the store's interior; it's so tastefully decorated. I usually order milk tea with boba, but the other day I tried a jasmine tea latte with boba. For this experience, I tried a Hong Kong latte with boba. also love the matcha latte and boba that I order occasionally. The wide variety of drinks makes it fun to try different ones. I was also happy to receive another waffle during this experience; its chewy texture was delicious, just like the one I had before. Over the past few years, many boba shops have opened in my neighborhood, but unfortunately, I've noticed that several have recently frozen. In that context, I think it's wonderful that they've managed to stay in business. They're also preparing to open a second store, and as a consumer, I'm happy to see their business expanding, recognizing the quality of their products. I hope they continue to be a shop loved by the locals. read more

came here on a thursday evening and they were pretty busy. Despite being busy my drink came out super quickly - i ordered the bananza matcha half sweet and it was really good! Tried a new boba spot today and it did NOT disappoint First time at Pincha Boba and the vibes were already a win--super clean, nice decor, and a welcoming atmosphere. The line was long (always a good sign ), but the owner made sure to greet everyone and thank us for being patient, which I really appreciated. I kept it simple and ordered the Brown Sugar Tornado at 50% sweetness... and it was perfect. Not overly sweet, just smooth and balanced. Definitely the kind of drink you can enjoy without feeling overwhelmed. There are so many other drinks on the menu that sounded amazing, so I already know I'll be back to try more. Safe to say, this spot is officially in my rotation read more

Run, don't walk, to the yummiest pick me up afternoon treat! I've been here countless times and am a creature of habit so I always order the iced oolong milk tea (50% sweet) with easy boba. Last visit, I decided to try the plain bubble waffle and I am now hooked. It was huge, warm, not too sweet, and soft and chewy. Lots of seating inside, quick service, and big parking lot. read more

Can't believe it took me awhile to try Pincha Boba because it's so good. Anytime I near by, I want to stop and get a drink with boba. It's in a shopping center that gets busy so parking surprisingly can be hard to find. My go to drinks are the Taro Ube Swirl and the Mangonada. My husband likes to get their cookies and cream one which I have tried and is also so good. The employees are always so sweet and knowledgeable. They are helpful with suggesting what pearls would be best with what drink which I appreciate. Boba is delicious but it doesn't always go with all the drinks. The location is super nice and well lit. Love what the decoration brings to the ambiance. I would stay there for awhile if I wasn't always in a rush. Overall, Pincha Boba has good drinks. Such a nice location. read more

The space inside is clean and spacious and I got the tiramisu tornado and it was actually pretty good. I like it really sweet and they told me it was already really sweet so not to increase the sweetness but when I had it, I probably could go a little more. By far the highest quality tea I have received in Ventura county! Instead of powders they truly use actual tea leaves and you can really taste the difference! I went on a Sunday afternoon and although the wait was long (only two people working ((super hard might I add!!))) it still was really worth it. This place seems like a really cool 3rd place to meet up with a pal and chit chat over tea! The chairs were really comfortable and the the dark aesthetic was really cute! I would go back! read more

The servers are really nice, they greeted me as soon as I came in and my drink was ready very quick. I got the peach tea one and the tea itself was good, had a pleasant sweetness to it, but unfortunately the boba seemed overcooked. Took 30 min to get our order. The person before us got their drink, but I guess a mobile order with 8 drinks and another order some how ordered between the time we ordered. My drink was nice a strong. But they did mention they ran out of cream. My wife was not so lucky. She saw her drink wasn't filled to the top, so they added ice to her blended drink...so her drink tasted watered down. I think the owner needs to add a ordering kiosk so the employees can just make the drinks and not worry about taking the orders. The seats were ok and they offer wi fi, but waiting 30 min for a drink...I'll pass read more

Consistently Excellent Boba Spot! I've ordered from here through DoorDash and picked up in person, and it's always consistently great. The milk tea is made with quality tea--smooth, flavorful, and never watered down. One of our favorites is the Tropicoco Bliss blended ice drink. If you love Hawaiian tropical flavors, this one's a must-try--it's like sipping a smoothie on a beach vacation. The service is always kind and welcoming, there is inside seating and parking is easy with plenty of spots. Prices are fair and in line with other boba places. I'm a regular for a reason! read more

This is my favorite boba place. Service can be a little slow and one time my pick up order omitted boba but overall I love it!

If I had to give a zero! I came in and cashier just ignored me, the owner might have been there knowing that I'm being ignored. Both of them could politely tell me that they have customers, they could have had phone orders, the place didn't have too many people. Communication at least, i could understand if they were busy. But customer do not like not being ignored while the cashier proceed to do some labeling? I walked out no one is taking my order, so okbyyii Sincerely-Not a customer read more

One of the best brown sugar boba I've ever had. So soft and chewy with the right amount of sweetness. Loved our drinks here, especially the Hong Kong milk tea and oolong milk tea. This was my first time having Boba/Milk Tea and now I'm kinda obsessed. I wasn't sure what options there would be for me, but they had non dairy options. My husband and I originally got the Spiced Chai Milk Tea with the brown sugar boba to share, but after the first few sips, he knew he just needed to get his own. He ended up getting the Tiramisu Coffee Torando with the coffee jelly. Everything was delicious, made correctly and brought out quickly. The inside of the shop was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. They had really cute tables inside and outside, which we originally opted for inside, but ended up moving outside simply because of how busy it was and we wanted to make sure everyone was able to sit. Inside, they have a nice modern interior with a good amount of seating. For their menu, they have a solid selection of speciality, matcha, slushy, milk tea, and coffee drinks. Pincha Boba is located in the same shopping center as Chick-fil-A, winco, angry chickz, rolling pin donuts. The interior is a soothing calm vibe with a modern esthetic, plants and high ceilings. I immediately felt calmer when I stepped inside. The menu has many great choices. After speaking to the friendly tea associate I decided to try the osmanthus oolong milk tea. All the staff looked happy and were helpful. My complimentary drink came with a complimentary waffle for the Yelp event. I am not a Boba drinker so I got grass jelly as my "sinker" of choice. The associate told me this would compliment the tea and it did. This drink was light, citrusy, earthy and delightful. Perfect for this hot weather. The waffle was light and not too sweet which i love. I appreciate that they use a non dairy creamer since I can't handle dairy. Afterwards felt energy but not jittery like with coffee.
