This donut shop is very nice with friendly people in a nice community shopping center (we used to call them strip malls). There is plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside. the Other day I went to get donuts for kids that have been asking me for some . tell me why I walk in and they instantly throw a donut at me and tell me "white girl get out ". Of course i take the donut and eat it , but then they accuse me of stealing . so I say to her "what? " then she says wanna fight or what luv. And I'm like shiii iggggg , since you threw a donut at me . That shit was delicious tho . and this bitch really slams me . And made me give her a 10$ tip against my will, she called her other co workers and they held me down and they charged 100 donuts off my card , now I'm broke, no donuts for the kids and no way home :( they took my car keys too so now I gotta walk home , just know I live in mesa so im mad . They even jumped my kids bro , like wtf , like they didn't even let me join, Ofc I didn't defend them Cus ion want no mo drama , so I acted like I didn't know em , but then they jumped all of us and forced us to eat a donut that was stepped on . I love Krispy Kreme's hot glazed donuts, but I will never buy donuts from there when they are not hot, definitely not worth stopping and not crazy about them when not hot...Every time I drive past the store I call ahead to see if they are hot and nobody ever picks up. I drove up this evening and the hot light was on and then when I ordered I specifically asked if they had Hot glazed donuts and the answer was yes so I order over a dozen and the lady hands it to me off of a rack and they were not even warm. I told her this and she said they are no longer making more even though the light is still on and she just told me one minute prior that they were hot. This store is so inconsistent, how hard is it to turn off the light when they are no longer hot or to actually tell the truth to your customers? read more

We really like the doughnuts they sell here... when they have them. You'd be surprised at how very often they don't have the doughnuts you are there to buy and have been craving to eat. Look, when you don't have one kind, that's forgivable. But when you don't have three different types at the same time... that's hard to swallow. How often does it happen at this location? It happens so often that we no longer go out of our way to go there. We only TRY to get doughnuts from here if we happen to be passing by. Sad. OOH my favorite! The very first time I went to Krispy Kreme was like walking into Heaven. The delicious smell oozed from the building and I could almost swim through the delight. The worker asked me if I wanted a free donut. FREE DONUT?! Holy crap where am I? Where else do you get free glazed deliciousness. I put it into my mouth and it just melted. What the heck! DO NOT GO HERE! I typically don't do reviews, but 8 people there have tested positive for covid-19. One of my relatives actually brought it home and infected their family with it. The boss doesn't care for the safety of its customers by doing nothing and continuing making the employees there work while sick. My mom was super excited to finally try Crave, as she has been getting their ads for quite a while. We all agreed that Crave is several rungs above their pink-boxed cookie competitor. My only gripe is that this gem is all the way in Mesa! Come to the west valley!
