Wasn't helpful at all, I asked about the kohls cash they were handing out, first she replied with it ended at lunch time. Then she said I could only do it online and it wasn't in store. I came in only to do a return with Amazon. Kohl's has made a partnership with them now that they will accept returns already started on Amazon's website and ship them for you. The returns area is on the second floor at the very back wall, because they want to get you in the store and buy something on that long walk in and out. The clerk was friendly, but I had to stand around for 10 minutes till I found a staff member who had to go find the returns clerk. They always have so many great things on sale. People complaining about taking an elevator to the 2nd floor for Amazon can go do their returns at our local UPS, where you have no phone signal, ever. If you want to make an Amazon return, this is the store for you! The downside is that they make you go upstairs to the back wall, ensuring that you walk past many items and hopefully see something you like, but once you get there the service has always been quick and usually friendly. Have the QR code on your phone, scan, get a receipt, done! Also, don't let the signs fool you. The "holiday return" area is NOT the same as the Amazon area...I've seen many people make this mistake and then they end up behind me because of their little detour. When you return Amazon products they always give you a coupon, so that might be a bonus if you can actually find something you want here. As for the actual store? I found a few screen tees that I liked here once many years ago. They overcharged me at the register and apparently it was my fault for trusting what the price on the sign said...they are digital and can be changed at any time, but yeah. My bad, I guess? Not into shopping here, but the Amazon desk is great!! read more

I was very, extremely hesitant about coming to this location today. There are a lot of negative reviews, but I have not had success with Amazon and really wanted the items that I wanted. I walked into Kohl's and found that everything was in fact organized in a very decent manner. I found all the items that I needed, and when I went to check out they ended up opening more cashiers rather than make us stay and wait in line as so many stores do, UPS in Covington, so I found the manager and let her know that I would write an amazing review. Perhaps yelp reviews and others do work, because the experience I had today was phenomenal! Things can be crazy during the holidays, but this Kohls has stepped it up and must provide excellent coaching and wonderful on boarding. Thank you for this delightful holiday experience Kohl's. I love Kohl's! The store is never too busy, always has staff at the registers and has an amazing product selection. I habitually check the flyers that come in the mail! 50-60% off sales happen regularly on specified days and on many cases you get Kohl's dollars! Kohl's dollars are awesome. They are credits you get towards your next purchase; for example a couple weeks ago, I spent $150 on cold weather boots and a coat and for every $50 I got a $10 Kohl's Cash. It was $30 towards my next purchase ON TOP OF the 50% savings that day and was able to get two pairs of $30 gloves for free! Heads up though: If you are doing returns and you received Kohl's ca$h from that sale, it will reduce your Kohl's ca$h amount accordingly. However, if you choose to take merchandise credit instead of credit back to your credit card, you get to keep that Kohl's ca$h (the full amount)! This Kohl's is my absolute favorite place to shop for coats, purses and shoes. They have a HUGE selection! read more

My friend and I came here after eating dinner nearby, and since I had never been in a Kohl's we went in to browse. As we walked in we were immediately in the women's department, but then we could see that it wasn't divided by specific areas, such as juniors, petites, gym clothes, etc... The way it's laid out is very random, so we would walk around and then suddenly realize we were in a specific department then immediately be back in what we thought was the women's department and so on. I think the upstairs where the children's and home goods are is the most organized, as you can obviously see the different departments. And it's much more clean up there. The downstairs portion of the store where the women's and men's apparel are were disorganized and untidy. There were all different kind of racks, which also made the flow of the store more complicated and random sales/clearance racks would be all over the different areas versus in one spot. Again, it was confusing. Also, what was kind of odd was that the entire time we were walking around the two levels we had not seen a sales associate at all. I don't even remember seeing where to check out. Luckily, I didn't need help for anything because I wouldn't have known where to go! The store reminds me of a JCPenney. The prices are low, and a lot of the sales racks had clearance for 80% off. There were some name brands such as Nike, Juicy Couture, etc... There's a private parking lot, with tons of parking and is walkable to other nearby businesses. read more

The older woman with short white hair that was checking out around 3:00 was so rude. She looked to be around 70 years old. She rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude. We left our items on the counter and left. I was just shocked. I shop all the time in Kohl's, at least I used to. I won't go in that store again. It smelled like gas or propane when we walked in the store. We notified the cashiers and they all said. We know. I am so disappointed but won't be any longer with this store. read more

I love Kohl's, especially this one. It never feels crowded, even when it is. The line seemed long, but the cashiers worked quickly and what presented itself as a horror (the long line) turned out to be the exact opposite. The cashier was even incredibly friendly! As for the store itself, there are plenty of sales associates available for helping out. I do wish the bathroom wasn't on the second floor in the far corner, as far from the front door as possible. It is so confusing and upsetting when Kohls offers discounts-and then when you go to redeem them, they try to find a reason that you shouldn't get it-making you prove to them that yes-it is valid. This has happened to me many times. Today I got a 30% off-I read all the rules-and I also had a $10.00 Kohls cash. When I went to pay for my merchandise-I was questioned on the 30% off-and I had to prove it to her. These are your coupons-and you are giving them to me. If your going to try and find a reason to not give me the discounts-why do you offer them?? I shop there way less than I use to because of this. read more

I rather enjoy shopping at Kohls because they regularly have good sales, and you can generally find your size in most items. This store is 2 floors: downstairs has womens, mens and juniors clothing; upstairs has lingerie, shoes, kids, toys, and housewares. There is a escalator in the center of the store, and an elevator in the back right corner. Customer service is upstairs near the elevators. This location is usually pretty well stocked, but also very messy. Clothes all over the floors and in the dressing rooms. Lots of employees, but hard to find them. Lines can tend to get long (especially during the holidays) and generally move rather slow. Some of the Juniors/Womens clothing brands they carry include: Nike, Lee, Lauren Conrad, Juicy Couture, Levi's, Mudd, Disney, Rock & Republic, Jennifer Lopez, Elle, & many more! Some of the Mens clothing brands they carry include: Seven7, Puma, Colombia, Marc Anthony, Dickies, Nike, Dockers, Adidas, & many more! Check on the website for coupons. Join their free rewards program to earn points and save money; when you sign up they send you a coupon as well. Keep an eye out for the Kohls cash sales as well. Clearance can be marked anywhere from 20% off to 80% off, so there can be really good deals - especially when you combine coupons. Very good return policy. read more

Came here last saturday with my sister looking for a dress. When we first walked in, we saw 3 greeters, which was nice. They seemed pleasant and ready to help. My sister wasn't quite finding what she was looking for but I had her try on some different things. Eureka! We found a dress and a skirt! The dressing rooms were quite tidy and clean. The floor in general looked clean and kept up. I did not see any random clothes on the ground. I think we found 6-7 items, and it rang up as 166$. Not too bad Kohls. Not too bad. read more

I placed an order online to pick up in the store. I didn't fill in a pickup name because I was the person picking the package up. So my friend and I are waiting in line and there is a woman in front of me in line as well. She pulled out her phone and the store associate came around the front of the counter and scanned her phone, then went in the back to retrieve her package. The customer then walked up to the counter and the associate handed the package to her. He then came back around the counter and scanned my information off of my phone, then went in the back to retrieve my order. I like the customer before me, walked up to the counter to wait for my package to be brought out. The store associate comes back puts my package on the counter then asks for my ID. So I replied sure but asked him why he didn't ask the lady in front of me who happened to be white also for her ID. He clearly looked at my friend who happens to be a brown-skinned man and said well I need to verify who you are and who you say you are. There is no name in the pickup. Then I asked him why I would need to put my name there if I was the one who was picking up my order why I would put a name there. He said nothing. I showed him my ID picked up my package and left. Tried to return two pairs of jeans last night, which I had purchased with my Kohl's Card. The problem arose when they insisted that they would only credit my card; except that I had just paid it off completely prior to returning the jeans. Unfortunately, I had had a conversation earlier with a Kohl's Associate via Live Chat where Hudson B. had told me that not only would I be able to receive a cash refund, but I would not leave disappointed. Neither of those promises would come to fruition. The associate that first "helped" me (i use that term loosely) was Lynnelle (spelling?) she was professional and kind but obviously not in a position to make decisions. Then came the manager Raul, dude was a coward, wouldn't look me in the eye. Raul basically just called Kohl's Customer Service and handed me the phone so he could slink away. The phone agents were just as inept, basically repeating themselves over and over that they understand my frustration yet not doing a damn thing to alleviate it. In the end, Kohl's decided that honoring the promises of one of their employees was not in their best interests and that losing a lifelong customer over $76 is a better business model. As it currently stands I spent almost an hour in that wretched store dealing with wretched employees, but I will get my cash back; however, they decided to make it as difficult as possible by forcing me to receive the refund onto my Kohl's Card (that has a zero balance), then four to five days later after my balance reflects negative $76.00, I have to once again contact the "customer service" (pfft!) department and request a repayment check which will take time to process and just as long to travel through the mail. To summarize, I still get my cash, but obviously for the sheer purpose of spite they are making me wait weeks, when they could have just handed it to me in the first 10 minutes and not had a bad review on Yelp, nor lost a customer. I am flat out done with Kohls. I shopped there for years, and now I know their game. Don't be fooled by the "low" prices and sales. I removed a shopping tag once only to find a higher price barcode printed on the box. Then with my 20% off, it all evened out. They markup their prices and then make you think you're getting a deal - you're not. The last straw for me was the 4th time in 3 years, they let me leave the store with a security tag on my item. FOUR times they missed it, nor did the alarm go off. It is extremely inconvenient to have to go back and prove you're not a thief just to have them remove it. The workers are getting trashier and trashier. The clothes are also going downhill. Unless you have a big behind and wear Jennifer Lopez clothes, or are really tiny like an Asian to wear Lauren Conrad, their clothes are bad quality and made by sweat shop children. read more

You ask them where you can find men's shirts at and they said "um I think its upstairs" its like do you think or do you know for certain. And if your not sure then ASK another associate. I had to wait about five minutes for an associate to walk over to the case and flip up the cover so the prices could be seen What's the big secret? I love that there is a store close to my house. It makes it very convenient to pick up things in a hurry. They always have good sales, coupled with coupons and Kohl's bucks. When I have returned items, they have always refunded my money with very little question. I've had good luck finding things that I like. They have lots of choices in their home goods department. I appreciate that I can find cute, inexpensive childrens clothing. The cashier was friendly and helpful and even offered me an additonal discount. If you want products that look exactly like what you could find anywhere else, go to Kohl's. You could probably find something good at Kohl's as far as kitchenware or bedroom items (blankets etc) is concerned, but for personal items I'd go elsewhere to get a better selection. read more

Customer service can be great one time and the next not so much. They are pretty pricey I think, but do have great sales. The place can be quite a mess at times and hard to look for things. The clothes are tightly packed and hard to go through. I think they need to organize it better so it's not so much clutter. They also need to have more people working the floors during the holiday season to keep up with restock and cleanup I think.
