Nothing like this in Seattle. After spending a few months searching for a decent scrub shop that doesn't sell only sizes XL, XXL or overly floral and ugly prints I finally caved and gave up. It wasn't until my mother, who did some avid research, lent me over to Acorn. Its fantastically easy to find and get too, right off the freeway. The selections are pretty good, they have lots of lab coats and other accessories on hand. There could be a little more selection for solid colors and in the xs/sm area but hey overall I came out with some great trendy new scrubs! if in the end you don't find what your looking for then, they will happily order it for you. So disappointed with blondie and lack of customer service. Went in for a simple size exchange and before I was able to explain that she said tags were off (but still together in my hand) and they could do nothing for me. These pants were on me long enough only to see that they did not fit! Therefore immediately came off. For the money invested in both the top and the pants I was very unhappy with the service provided today. Thankfully I have other uniform pants at home but unfortunately they don't match the Cathcart that I bought. I will NOT be returning to this store nor will I recommend it to my coworkers. Thankfully there are quite a few other uniform stores near me that I will visit. Even with their lower quality uniforms - Walmart makes an exchange extremely easy. read more

I was given a high recommendation from an old coworker about how wonderful this scrub shop is. We both wear tall sized pants, which can be a pain to find sometimes. I finally made it in and wasn't really impressed with their selection, which is fine, I was ok ordering in a couple pairs. So I went to order, and as I wanted them shipped to my fiancées work, we gave his name. He literally spelled his name out (it's Brian, btw) and when we got the order receipt back, she spelled it BRYON (wtf?). I ordered these pants at the beginning of August, and was told they should be here in a week. It's now the beginning of September, with no pants to be seen. I called once, at the beginning of last week and spoke to a really lovely woman who looked into it and wasn't sure why I had not received my order, but she would print something out and give it to the manager to look into/call me back. No call. I called at the end of that week and spoke to someone who was less pleasant/helpful and asked about it again, saying I never received a call. She told me they had shipped out and I would get them soon. I realize it's Labor Day weekend so that likely has some delay, but I honestly wish I would have found the pants I wanted and ordered them online in the color I wanted from somewhere much faster. Will not be going back. Too much of a pain in the ass. read more

I spent almost $400 at this store. My fiancée ordered a custom scrub top for me for christmas and when we finally got it, the top was defective. The manager would not do anything to correct the matter and was rude and condescending in emaiks to us. We will never ever be back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Where do I begin, firstly Jenna is amazing. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure that the first impression (wardrobe wise) for my stage at Bake's Place was going to be impeccable. But she also took the time to listen to me, found me what I wanted but accomplished it all in less than 15/20minutes lol. I had to be at the restaurant at 2 PM and I left Acorn Uniforms like 1:30ish (sidenote Jenna I got the job!!!!!! You are awesome and yes you are right I am getting everything the universe has for me and I still I'm going to make you a free meal as soon as I'm sous/head chef in my kitchen) She even saw that I was nervous and suggested a great song to soothe/calm my nerves (Brown eyed lover is everything lol). Will not be going back here. I will just order my scrubs online from now on because I know I will not mess up my order. Took a pair of scrub pants back after I was given the wrong size and needed up ordering through them the right size. I had to order because they don't carry petite sizes much and I didn't think it was a big deal. I ended up being there for 30min because the girl rung me up but didn't actually put in the order. I was then refunded and the whole order was done again but it turned into a big ordeal. Two weeks later my order came in and I went to pick it up and they ordered the wrong color. Instead of wine it was white. Too many mistakes for me as it's hard for me to find time to get there as it is. They apologized as I was walking out but I will not be back. read more

Have a pretty good selection and the prices are good. Staff is helpful and they have good size fitting rooms. I am on the petite side, so I couldn't find shoes. Other than that...great place and will definitely go back. read more

Second time here and I was kinda dreading it since it was not the most pleasant experience last time. I was ready to argue with a return I had! haha That's how unpleasant it was last time. But lo and behold, returns are super easy! AND the same person helped me that helped me last time hahaha She was really pleasant this time around. I guess the last time I came in, the store was empty and it was right after lunch I presume.. But this time it was pretty busy and she was very cheerful oddly but that's good for me! The main reason for writing this review is, because of the extremely poor customer service. My wife and I went to this particular store on the advice of classmate. My classmate spoke of this store as a wonderful place to shop. Well I can say NO WAY!! From the moment that we walked into this store. No of the employees greeted us when we entered the store. The select was decent, but not great. The particular pair of scrubs I was looking had no pricing, didn't have my size and finally my wife had to ask the girl behind counter for a price and honestly she was more interested in another couples baby than the customers in the store who were interested in spending their money there. When we decided to leave no one acknowledged our departure from the store. I would not recommend this company for scrubs. They are not professional, and very stuck on themselves. read more

This place is out to "nickle and dime" you!! I bought some scrubs from a hospital show and asked the salesman what the return policy was. He said you could "return items that were unworn within 30 days of purchase." He did not mention that they would keep 20% of what you paid for the items because it was at a hospital show!!!! If you're a nurse and work at a hospital, we all know the 30 minute lunch break that we are all suppose to get does not really allow for 30 minutes. So I ran downstairs on my lunch break to the Acorn Uniforms show and grabbed some stuff thinking I could try it on later at home and take back the items that I ended up not liking, but no. They want to squeeze you for every penny you have! When I tried to return the items, the store manager kept reiterating, "There were signs posted all over the show and it's on the receipt." Well, if there were signs posted all over the show, why didn't your employee know the return policy?!?!?! And you don't get your receipt until after you pay for the item so how could that have forewarned me about this situation!!! I will never shop there again with their false advertisement and lousy customer service!!!! I can guarantee that! read more

I've been here a few times and have always been able to find something I "need" for work. It's a fun little store with a decent and organized selection of scrubs. I tend to only stick to Cherokee, which seems to be the biggest section. The sales rack has some great finds most of the time also. I bought a Christmas top here in summer once for $1.97. Can't beat that price and for that I could wait until December to wear it. Otherwise, the majority of the products are pricey but that's to be expected with quality scrubs. I'm not sure about the negative customer service reviews, as I have only had positive experiences here. Maybe I just go in when it's slower and the employees have more time to greet people and help out (I've only seen a max of 10 customers in here at a time). For example, they had Danskos on sale and the pair I'd been eyeing for over a year was included in the sale. I couldn't find my size in the display so I asked an employee if she could help me. She dug through a whole huge wall of shoes behind the register and ended up finding the last pair in my size of that particular color. I love this store and highly recommend it. read more
