I do not think that has EVER happened to me before and I have walked past quite a few florists in my time, including those with flowers placed outside. This place is FRAGRANT. Highly recommend! Well worth every penny!

This is a sad little story but entirely to Neilsen Florist's credit. My family from Boston, NYC and…read moreToronto sent flowers to a terminally ill Aunt 2 weeks ago - the roses came from Neilsen and were exquisite, and lasted (most of them) 11 days. We ordered more to arrive a yesterday but there was no sign of them by end of day today, so I called Neilsen. It was just after closing but the owner picked up and did everything she could to help...turned out the order company hadn't used Neilsen this time and the company they did use hadn't followed through. Sadly, tomorrow (when it seems the flowers will at last arrive) will be too late for our Aunt, but we wanted to thank Neilsen's owner for her efforts to sort things out (even though it was not her responsibility) and for her kindness in offering to get flowers to us anyway. There aren't many business people like her around. And her roses were absolutely top quality. Thank you.

She was SO sweet. When I came in she explained to me the difference between a full bouquet and a half bouquet (one is round and the other is more flat). That was one of the reasons that I didn't like my previous bouquet so it's good to know the different styles when you order. I came for my friend's birthday and the bouquet turned out AMAZING. I knew she had talent because I've seen it on the displays she has out. (My friend said it was the prettiest flowers she's ever gotten). Highly recommend to visit. A++++++ We could not say enough wonderful things about B&B…read moreand their staff! They made our anniversary one of the most memorable! We came in from CA to stay at a remote hotel in Enumclaw, but near the entrance of Mt Rainier NP. I decided to try and see if there was a florist ANYWHERE nearby to give my wife a bit more of a surprise. B&B came up and the address was Enumclaw, so I gave them a call, because they were "local". The florist I spoke to could not have been more knowledgeable and delightful to talk to. So after a lengthy conversation she asked for my location and paused. I didn't realize that the they were close to 1 hour away from my hotel! After a brief hold, she stated that if it would be ok if they charged an extra fee, since it was so far out of the way for the driver. I happily agreed! So we talked about flower options and that she would take care of it personally. So when we arrived the next day, the bouquet that was waiting for my wife was nothing short of astounding! The smell of the flowers permeated throughout the entire room! So the bouquet made the next 4.5 hour trip to our next NP and continued to bloom for the next 5 days!! We finally had to say goodbye bye to the flowers on the final day, but decided to pass them on to our hotel manager, who was so kind to us during our stay! Thank you again, and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone!
