There were little changes I wanted and she was very nice about it and the final product was exactly what I wanted. They only offered delivery (of course with the covid pandemic) and I didn't mind it was about $10 extra. Excellent customer service and she was very delightful. I don't shop for flowers often and it was for a special occasion so I didn't mind the price around $45-$50 for each arrangement. The pitcher and wood base was beautiful. No complaints. They sent me a picture and the roses looked so old as if they had already been opened for awhile. Along with the picture they sent a phone number to call if I wasn't happy, and when I called it went to voice mail. I left a detailed message, but they ended up sending the exact arrangement they'd sent a picture of, they didn't redo it as their message indicated. The flowers looked old and a bit wilted. It had been made about 24 hrs before it was delivered, and they used roses that had already been open a long time.
