I do not think that has EVER happened to me before and I have walked past quite a few florists in my time, including those with flowers placed outside. This place is FRAGRANT. What caught My Sweetie's attention is this place had only a bouquet of white lilies with no mix of other flowers. He also noticed the pollen were all removed from the flowers in the picture, which caught his attention even more. He did all his ordering online and even typed up what he wanted written in the card in another language. My Sweetie wrote instructions for the items to be delivered to the front desk. I was extremely surprised when I dropped by the front desk at work. A bouquet of one of my favorite flowers and they were beautifully arranged too in a nice and heavy glass vase with an ultra cute, soft, & cuddly teddy bear packaged in a see-through bag with a bow on it. The handwritten card was transcribed perfectly too. My office smells so lovely! I also looked at each individual Lily and all the pollen has been removed with not a drop of pollen dust on the white flower. I love that! Other florists don't take the time to do that. My Sweetie says he would definitely use this place again and so would I.

There were little changes I wanted and she was very nice about it and the final product was exactly what I wanted. They only offered delivery (of course with the covid pandemic) and I didn't mind it was about $10 extra. Excellent customer service and she was very delightful. I don't shop for flowers often and it was for a special occasion so I didn't mind the price around $45-$50 for each arrangement. The pitcher and wood base was beautiful. No complaints. I live in Hawai'i, but most of my family is in the Pacific NW, so finding businesses there that work with me during hard times is a gift. Roxanne has once again come through for me! This month my hanai Mom (Hawaiian for adopted Mom), passed away. I was able to get there to see her the day before she passed, and spend time with her. We set up her service for the following week. Everything was taken care of through the funeral home, but I forgot to get flowers for the reception and graveside service. In a panic, I called Roxanne that morning. She jumped on it right away and I was able to pick up a beautiful, fresh bouquet for Mom, that the rest of the family could enjoy for several weeks afterward. I got one picture of the arrangement, and it does not do it justice, but it was a lovely addition to the banquet table and fit in perfectly with the other arrangements.
