Went in to browse flowers for my wedding that's coming up with my aunts and our experience was extremely rude and not satisfying at all. The girl that was at the front desk gave us so much attitude for asking her so many questions about pre-ordering and different types of flowers available. My aunt doesn't speak English very well but she made it seem so stupid for not knowing What was in season or what was available. To be honest, I am spoiled by the San Francisco flower mart. I was expecting a large warehouse full of flowers, plants, etc but was disappointed at what I saw. Yes there's a ton of cut flowers which is great, but for my needs I was expecting a ton more of plants and potted items....and branches like manzanita and birch. Northwest Wholesale Florists has been an integral part of my plant shop. Over the years I have slowly transitioned my business from apparel | gifts to plants. I don't do flowers, yet I find many of NW's resources very usefull. The folks there are extremely helpful. My sales rep will often just have my merchandised delivered, which makes having to navigate traffic not necessary. Yay! I appreciate how the team is working to keep the patrons "SAFE" while still continuing to be great folks and get us our stuff. I've gone to NW Florists a couple of times for work to pick up florals and supplies for events. You cannot get fresher flowers. They have basically everything you need, and can special order what they don't. From tropicals to long/medium stemmed roses of basically every shade, if you're an event professional, do not overlook this place. In addition to florals, they have a lot of supplies like wire, foam forms, ribbons, vases for days...need I go on? As far as I know, NW Wholesale Florists is not open to the public...I've only gone for work using a corporate account unfortunately. Why they lose a star...the service isn't exactly friendly. It's very transactional. They want you in and out without fuss or too many questions. read more

Caveat emptor. Know exactly what you are ordering. I didn't know to ask for a certain size and was stuck with the entire "special order" - even though they could have sold them a lot easier than I could AND they were perfectly in season. Make sure to give them a price range, they will let you make that mistake too. Plants were really stressed and lost 4 of them within a couple of weeks. I'll shop elsewhere, thanks. read more

I feel like I get the short end of the stick, it kinda feels like a hit or miss but this is the place I like to go for bulk sales which is actually good pricing for what I know. The thing that upset me is the flowers given to me aren't always in the best shape and some bundles are good and some are bad. Some die within the next 2/3 days or turn brown within the next day which look bad on my part when I have wedding events... I just recently gotten roses and the next day 1/5 of them are turning brown :( and it's pure white so that doesn't look very pretty with... This may be due to the temperature change from cooler to outside temperature but who knows... I would definitely need to double check and look at the leafs to see any withering, then I'd know how fresh they are. read more

Even when an order is placed with them a week a head of time, they delivered the wrong flowers in the wrong colors or notified us the day before expected delivery (when it is far too late to order from anyone else) that they were not able to get the right flowers for the order. read more

My go-to wholesaler!! My sales associate, Ashley, is the best! I'm new shopping at this warehouse and Ashley (and the rest of the staff) have been so helpful and patient with all the questions that I have whenever I shop here. This wholesaler is worth the 45 minute drive from Auburn. They can special order anything. All I have to do is pick up the phone and they are more than willing to assist. They have a wide variety of good quality flowers as well as supplies. You have to come early because the good stuff goes fast!! Prices are reasonable as well. read more

This florist if not open to public. Some are, and you just pay tax. So don't go here if you don't have wholesale license. I believe Pacific will sell to you wholesale, and of course you pay tax. This is true in a lot of states. read more
