This florist had very nicely done, artistic arrangements. I chose one in purples and magenta in a basket and it was stunning. My Godmother loved it and they delivered it within 3 hours of my order. They only charged $10.00 for same day delivery. The price of bouquet in the basket (I chose the premium version) was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use again! read more

My beautiful 91-year-old Grandmother sent me a bouquet of holiday flowers today from this Florist. My Grandmother enjoys sending bouquets of flowers to her family and her many friends several times per year, so I have received many other bouquets of flowers from her in past years. However, this is the first time that I have been moved to get on to yelp in order to write a review of any of the florists that she has used. My bouquet is gorgeous! It's obvious that a lot of thought, care, and creativity went in to this lovingly-crafted flower arrangement. I called my Grandmother right away to thank her, and I was raving about the flowers in a whole new way from the way that I have raved about the previous bouquets that she has sent me from other florists. My Grandmother had asked this florist to deliver my flowers today, and she had given me a heads-up to expect the flowers today. So, this florist was timely and delivered the flowers on the day that she had asked them to. My only very small complaint is that the delivery driver rang my doorbell so hard I thought he was going to break it, but, having received many bouquets of flowers from many many people (not just my lovely Grandmother), I am aware that this doorbell behavior is unfortunately somewhat par for the course with flower deliveries. It's okay! We'll hear our doorbell! You don't have to press down on it so hard that it sounds like it's being strangled!! Thank you, Northgate Rosegarden, for the GORGEOUS flower arrangement! The picture that I chose had more darker purple flowers, which is what I was hoping for, since this was for a funeral for my uncle who loved the UW Huskies. It was still very nice, however, and flowers seemed very fresh. I ordered online, and the delivery fee was very reasonably priced. read more

I almost didn't want to leave a bad review because I know we're in the middle of the covid pandemic and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt... but after reading all of the reviews left for this business previously, I see that my experience is not covid-related. I called ahead to place a phone order about 4-5 days ahead of when I wanted to come pick up the bouquet of flowers. I went in this morning to get them, and was handed a much smaller bouquet than what I ordered. My gut told me something was off about it, but I hadn't seen a picture of the bouquet since ordering so I couldn't tell exactly what it was. I needed to leave for work so I just took them and left. Once I got to work, I went back onto their website to find that nearly half the bouquet was missing! There were two types of flowers that had not even been included at all. I ordered the Deluxe bouquet and paid nearly $80 and the bouquet I got is even smaller than the Standard bouquet. Luckily the flowers are just a going away gift for a coworker's last day of work, but very disappointing and will not come here again. Ordered my flowers from Avas which then hired this floral shop to deliver the flowers. The flowers look NOTHING like in the picture. The big flowers are missing, the purple showers are a different shade of purple, and there's no small roses! I'm so sad and disappointed. We bought our corsage and boutonniere for Yelp Prom 2010 here. Before coming to this shop, I went to their website to see what their handiwork was like. They had a variety of styles and flowers that they showcased on the website for their corsages, but when I called with questions about a certain style I wanted, they said that they only made one kind of corsage wristlet, which was $25 for three roses with ribbons. And boutonnieres were $12. I actually walked in to their shop instead of ordering by phone since there seemed to be a language barrier. I wanted to see the current catalog they had so that I could show them what I wanted my corsage to look like, but they actually did not have one. And the woman repeated that they really only make one kind of corsage and boutonniere. Crunching down on time, I decided to just take my chances with the corsage and boutonniere that she had in mind, but I at least got to pick the color of the ribbons I wanted her to use. Friday came around and we went back to pick up our order. It was on time and they actually looked beautiful! Lucky! The one new thing I noticed was that they used this really strong magnet for the boutonniere instead of the typical pin. That was a great idea! Anyway, this place was a life-saver since they could make a corsage or boutonniere with a three-day notice. I would come here again, but only if it is for something that I am not too picky about. If you want more customization in your floral arrangement, you may want to go elsewhere. Bu before I end this review - I would just want to go off on something irrelevant to their business, but they have a cute little brown poodle dog that seriously looked like a sheep. This place is a joke. I went in there to buy a friend some birthday flowers, and they had two people working and only one other customer. After ten minutes, no one had even made eye contact with me, let alone greeted me. Looking around their shop, I noticed several arrangements for $50+, and the "best" one had three roses and one lily. Valentine's Day Ruined- Just found out the flowers I ordered my wife were not delivered to her work. The entire point of flower delivery is they be delivered on time. I sent an email of the confirmation to my wife. It included a picture of the non-delivered flowers so I may get some credit for having made an effort. Wow, I can't believe the experience my husband and I just had with this florist. My husband had ordered a bouquet to be delivered to our home for a surprise. After not being delivered at the agreed upon time, he called the florist only to be yelled at by the florist that it was being delivered. Hours later and still no flowers, he called again to the same yelling. Finally, the florist called me personally to say there was no answer. Well, it turns out they delivered to the wrong home and I had to walk to get my flowers. When I told the florist they were delivered to the wrong home, she yelled at me as well, saying "Why can't you walk and get them?" If you'd like to be treated with hostility and rudeness, this is the place for you. If not, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere. She offered to put together a nice arrangement for a reasonable price and only charge $10 for delivery. Every other florist in the area had over $50 minimum plus $15 or higher delivery fee. This is very evident in the way the shop is organized or more accurately disorganized. However, if you go in and ask her to put something nice together for $40, you're going to get an arrangement you'll like. Just shut up and let her be creative, that's her style and how she seems to work best. Guys this the place to get something for your significant other. This is kind of a mixed review. I ordered flowers on line from a national florist company because my request was very specific and they had a display of exactly what I wanted. There were 3 options of sizes and I opted for premium. This was not inexpensive and a high delivery charge but again, exactly what I needed. The flowers were delivered by a very sweet older Korean man. Unfortunately the arrangement was not as advertised. I had ordered premium which had 5 birds of prey flowers and specifically an orange vase. This arrangement had 3 b.o.p. And white planter vase. Beautiful but not as ordered. I called the florist and spoke to the owner. I explained the problem. She was a "little" sassy and berated me for ordering on line from a national company and that they gave them less money than what I paid. Approximately $60 less. I told her I ordered from online because they advertised what I wanted. I have no control on who they subcontract with or what they paid her but I need what I paid for. She agreed to redo the flowers. I provided the online invoices for her in case she wanted to pursue her money issue with that contractor. A different person called me the next day to discuss the arrangement and the surrounding flower availability. We agreed on the arrangement and it was delivered that afternoon by the same sweet kind man. They are perfect. So they rectified the error at no additional cost. I left specific instructions to please deliver by 2pm at the latest to a location which is 5 minutes away from the business. I did this deliberately to ensure that this delivery was possible. The arrangements are always fresh, pretty and last for a surprising number of days. One of the arrangements lasted two weeks.
