Stopped in while waiting for my birthday cake from Cakes of Paradise down the street. I asked them if they allowed walk-ins to browse the flowers and she ushered me in and allowed me to browse all of the flowers. I quickly found exactly what I was looking for and they were so helpful and sweet! read more

I had the absolute worst experience here. When I went to go pick-up my pre-ordered flowers for my friend's wedding, not only did they have the wrong type of rose than what I ordered, but it was completely the wrong color as well! I had to spend the rest of the day driving around to florists to get the roses, in a total panic. I also ordered Dusty Miller from them and when I got it home, the insides of the buddies were moldy! Do NOT go here for any important floral event purchases. read more

STAY AWAY from this business !! They don't care about their customers , they messed up my flower order for my wedding ! I came in there in advance , they didn't have flowers that I needed in their coolers, salesman said they were able to order them for me. The day before my wedding we were decorating our ballroom for reception , I was in shock when I saw flowers when my husband came from picking them up . Instead if white they were purple. I called them right away , left a voicemail requesting urgent call back , of course no one called me back . I had to call them almost every day for 2 weeks, asking to resolve this situation and get reimbursement for messed up order . First of , owner lady , is extremely rude, doesn't have any manners, zero customer service . She told me not to call them anymore . Long story short- not responsible , rude. Don't expect a refund no matter how badly they messed up . Stay away and shop somewhere else if you want to be happy with the product ! Absolutely worst ! read more

We arranged long distance to purchase flowers from Randy at Pacific floral wholesale last September for my daughter's wedding. My friend and I were going Tom do in the arrangements ourselves, and we traveled from California up to Seattle to complete the work before her wedding. Randy couldn't have been more helpful and with our very specific requests, he found beautiful flowers for us and they were ready on time and he even loaned us some buckets to use as we were not able to provide all of our own materials, being from out of town. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh, and very reasonably priced. I would whole heartedly recommend them, as long as you are specific about what you need and can handle the wholesale environment for your flowers. read more

I am an avid shopper at this place. I am also I florist by trade. What the previous reviewer does not realize is that the "general public" always has a higher price than those that are registered at any wholesale business. If she had registered her 'florist business' at the beginning she would have been given a pricelist. The prices are not listed on the items since they arrive everyday and are subject to that days grower prices. It also keeps the public from knowing what their local florist shop pays for the wholesale flowers. The same as in any business. As for dahlias the suppliers like Pacific buy them from Calif and Canada and they are trucked in to WA. state, since they have no time to go pick them locally. So they are more expensive than the ones that the vendors at the Pike Place go out and cut from local fields each day. You might also note that they are a lovely Korean couple that go out of their way to help "walk ins' and don't alwys understand what you are asking. Welcome to the melting pot that is the "Great Northwest". I reccomend them just don't be too over demanding" at the end of a very long day, like the last reviewer. read more

Response to unhappy customer: I am the "guy that had to be "asked to help load" I am also the only salesperson at Pacific Floral and have a very busy day with both our local flower shop sales and the huge amount of non licensed brides that shop with us. We do everything to make a customers special event go smoothly but sometimes a customer just cannot be satisfied. This lady was supposed to be a "professional florist" from, I think, Texas. She did allot of her flower ordering through e-mails and constant phone calls. It involved many changes and was a very confusing order to place with our growers. She wanted just the "exact shade or red" for her roses, which is impossible since roses are not like house paint and the colors are from nature and cannot be "mixed in a can". She was very demanding and displayed alot of "attitude" throughout the ordering and purchase process. This made for an very unpleasant experience for our staff and owners. But we did our best to not let it show. On the day she arrived to pick up her flowers, she hand inspected each and every bunch and approved them all and was quite pleased with her purchase. 2 day later she calls and wants a full refund for her calla lilies. She had them for 2 days and we have no way telling what they went through in her care. We felt bad and offered her a 1/2 price refund which took away any and all of our profits but that was not good enough. Needless to say she was quite irate and turned into a "designer for Hell". AS for gladiolas, they arrived a few days before her pickup and did what flowers do, "open up" even though they were kept in a 35 degree cooler. Sorry we cannot stop nature from what nature naturally does. Oh well, I've been here over 5 years and have seen so many happy brides and moms creating their own lovely, low cost weddings, that this one "bad apple" doesn't make my day too bad, just hope when she gets back to Texas she handles herself more professional than she did here. read more

I bought flowers for an event. The calla lilies came in looking limp and Gladiolus in full bloom. Anyone who has ever put on an event knows that flowers should come slightly closed. Half of the Callas came damaged and were unuseable. Thank goodness I ordered almost double what was needed of the Gladiolus because so many were unuseable by the next day. The only flowers that came in good condition were the orchids. This made things very stressful. I will never use this place again. I will go through other wholesalers. They may be a little more in price, but save yourself the aggrevation. Please note that the guy working had to be asked to assist in loading all of the flowers. Not the friendliest bunch of employees. Of course the wedding went off without anyone knowing anything, but that was because of my own creativity on how to salvage the flowers. If I could have I would have given NO stars. read more

I bought all my wedding flowers here. I worked with Michael on a Tuesday morning to pick out the types that I liked and some inexpensive options for filler. He gave me feed back on quantity and storage and how to move them and prepare them. They came in during our recent ice storm on time and looking gorgeous. It is now 2 weeks later and I still have about 5 of the bouquets in vases in my house and they still look good. Amazing. If you have help with your wedding flowers, I would totally say, do them yourself and buy them at Pacific Floral. I got $3000 centerpieces, bouquets and boutineers for $700. Love them. read more

best prices in town by far. they hooked me up. thank you!

This place is great! Prices are very reasonable, staff is very friendly, and they have a great selection of flowers (but get there early b/c all the retail flower shops go there early... like 6am... before they open their own shops) I highly recommend this place. read more

I cannot not believe this place stays in business. The lady who answers the phone should know that she is providing the first impression of the business. She was unbelievably rude and extremely unhelpful. There is know way I would part with one cent of my money knowing that any money I spent would in part pay her income. read more
