My brother ordered flowers and I also ordered flowers from Fran's for a relative's memorial service. We are both retired florists. Flowers were beautiful and fresh and we were extremely pleased. The customer service was exceptional even though I called them a few times. The address really wasn't that close to Fran's Flower Shop but they delivered our flowers with no problems. Thanks Fran's Flower Shop!! Highly recommend! read more

Another beautiful flower arrangement for our mother for Mother's Day. The arrangement needed to be slightly smaller due to our mother now living at an assisted living community and has less room. My mother is always happy to get her favorite flowers Bird of Paradise. We will continue to order flowers from here as they always provide such beautiful flower arrangements including special flowers with adequate time to get them in. read more

Excellent service selection & value. I found them locally thru 1800 flowers after a bouquet was sent to my home. A card from their shop was attached to my flowers I saved. I then looked them up @ a later date visited their store because I needed flowers for family sent to their homes locally. The place is organized n nicely put together. N I also found the ppl are professional & Im going back for future purchases ty FF! read more

We received a beautiful flower arrangement in a vase from them (my sister in law had ordered off of 1-800 Flowers). We were so impressed by the beauty and quality, flowers were perfectly opened and roses are smelling fragrant. Three days later the water still looks really clean and flowers are still gorgeous! read more

I was so disappointed in this local business that came recommended by my aunt. I ordered almost $400 worth of flowers for my Grandma's memorial. I had the flowers delivered to the reception the day prior and could not believe how inaccurate their website photos were compared to what was delivered. See images below of one example. The stock photo shown below is the example of "deluxe" which is more full than "standard". I can't even imagine how bad the standard version would be in real life. After the flowers arrived, I called Fran's to let them know the arrangements were unacceptable and needed to be replaced prior to the service or the price reduced. The shop has not even had the courtesy of calling me back four days later. You will be very let down if you order through this company. Their product is underwhelming as is their customer service. Go elsewhere! read more

I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered at work and found out she was leaving early for the day. I called Fran's, ready to beg that they be delivered before noon. I didn't have to beg; the flowers were ready to go out the door and were delivered before 10 am. Now that's customer service! Excellent job Fran's and the flowers were beautiful! read more

And the delivery person was very nice even though my dog was barking at them. Sorry and Thank you! Next time I'll be ordering flowers from this place. read more

I'm sure they do great work, however our experience was less than favorable. We requested an arrangement for a memorial via 1800 flowers, unfortunately the arrangement did not arrive for the service and a delivery confirmation was emailed confirming flowers were timely delivered. Over a week later the arrangement was found on the church step obviously having sat out in the poor weather conditions for a while. The arrangement was not the deluxe that was order based on the number of flower added. it appeared to be was fewer flowers spread out to given the elusion that it was full. I am giving 3 stars only because I did not go through them directly, but the card clearly had the correct date showing "Fran's Flowers" attached but was not delivered when requested and as hand written on the sticky note. read more

Do not use this this company! I ordered for my daughter who was having Thanksgiving. They sent a cheapest bouquet with that does not look anything like what I ordered. I live in a different state so they probably thought I would never see it. It does not look anything look anything like I ordered from 1 800 flowers. Both company's should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of seniors. read more

Received my second delivery for Mother's Day (sender is in New Zealand) from this floral shop and I was very impressed!!! My beautiful arrangement didn't start to wilt until the 9th day and the entire bouquet lasted an amazing 11 days total!! :) Large, gorgeous blooms! * I think prior posters' comments referring to TeleFlorist do not understand how outsourcing works, and hopefully those old complaints are no longer happening? I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday. She works in Kirkland. The purchase was through Groupon. The flowers were later in the day then I would of liked, apparently they tried to deliver earlier but couldn't find the place. My daughter said some of the flowers looked dead and a Daisy had petals missing. It was to have some green type of flowers in it but didn't but today (3 days later) my daughter informed me the flowers weren't dead they just had not opened. lol...So I'm giving the florist a 4 out of 5 because of the green flowers I had wanted weren't in the bouquet but my daughter just sent me a picture and they ARE gorgeous and I just saw the distance they were delivered. Thank you so much, yes buy from them! Flowers on Monday, flowers 3 days later...Just beautiful!!! read more

I ordered Mother's Day flowers through FTD who sent my order to Fran's Flowers. The flowers my mom received don't look at all like what I ordered. Two of the leaves are actually bitten off, and several petals on the hydrangeas are dead and hanging off. The roses do not look fresh. Also instead of pruning the stems all the leaves were stuffed into the vase soaking in the water. Very disappointed. Thankfully I received a full refund from FTD. Do not use this place if you want quality flowers. read more

Fran's Flowers - 2 dozen Red Roses - Florists Near Me - Seattle, Washington

A friend from Texas wanted to send me flowers for my St. Patrick's Day birthday. The Corona virus snafu was just starting and Amazon was not doing online flower orders - that's her usual go to for sending flowers. Fran's was the only florist in this area that was taking online orders. My zip code is out of their delivery area, but a beautiful vase of mixed flowers arrived on the morning of my birthday. It is now 11 days later and I have snipped off a few dying blooms but the majority of them are still looking fine. Good job, Fran's! read more

Friday morning 7/27 around 9:00am. Both of my flower arrangements came from this florist. Since they are contract with FYF, the will also receive the same review. If i could give them ZERO stars, i def would. Lets discuss today being Friday and me being the flower recipient and having to call regarding a flower delivery sent to me 2 days ago that i still have yet to receive. My boyfriend sent me a bouquet of flowers on monday 7/23, which i received and were beautiful. Apparently, he sent me another bouquet on 7/25 which the email from them indicates that they delivered the flowers to me... NOT. He calls the flower place on 7/26 and was told that the email he received indicating the flowers were delivered was an error but guaranteed they would be delivered by the day end of 7/26....and for the inconvenience, the will refund him for the delivery and upgrade the arrangement for free.... NOT. so here we are, Friday 7/27 and he receives an email from the florist indicating that they were unable to deliver my flowers because they could not find an employee working at this hospital with MY NAME. lol lets be clear, i been at this hospital for 7.5 years and i just received flowers from this same business on Monday of this week. WTh. why am calling from you flowers about why i havnt gotten my flowers as the recipient? so here i am speaking to a supervisor and I just want them to refund him his money for the second flower arrangement and just never give them business again. I will admit, the supervisor def did try to accomodate me for the inconvenience, but 2 days and 2 error emails regarding a simple flower arrangement order, def unacceptable. Additionally, i ordered from them last year a very masculine plant/flower arrangment along with a balloon to say i love you, he received the plant but the damn balloon said HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Like really? what kind of back yard florist bull**it is that? i told him not to go thru them anymore. he's better off picking flowers from an open field and putting them in a vase, hell, at least I would get them in a timely manner and not go thru this kinda crap. ***do not waste your time and your money with this business. waste of time and money. *** read more

I ordered an arrangement online so did not have direct contact with this florist. The arrangement I ordered was very Hawaiian looking with Bird of Paradise and palm fronds as the focal point, then ginger, orchids and lilies surrounding. When my friend received the arrangement it was missing the main focal point of the Bird of Paradise and palm fronds, so instead ,just had basically the bottom half of the arrangement. I called to say that this was not what I had paid for and was assured that it would be redelivered exactly as I had ordered the next day. Unfortunately, the new arrangement never did arrive. I'm guessing that these people think you will never see the arrangement that you're sending so it doesn't matter if what goes out is actually what you paid for. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. read more

My mom is a florist, so I'm always pretty quick to check out the design and quality of any arrangements on bouquets that, graciously, arrive on my doorstep. This was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! So happy and pleased that I had to call and thank the talented florist directly! We are so quick to call and complain about bad service, if we took the time to give a shout out for things or services that were exceptional, the world would be a nicer place. Loved this place! I have enjoyed treating myself to huge, luscious boquets from Fran's Flowers in Seatac WA for years now (there are other Fran's Flowers in other locations). It's become an annual tradition to award myself for getting through the holidays (or a performance review at work) without a nervous breakdown. I highly recommend it. With daily water changes these cheerful boquets last a couple weeks at least. The customer service is phenomenal-- personable, creative and trustworthy. I trust their taste in design. I have used Fran's Flowers in the past, always more than I expected - well it was in the past. Service has gone down hill with the new owners. I just ordered sixteen red roses and a "Happy Birthday" balloon for my daughters Sweet Sixteenth. Fran's delivered fifteen (yes 15 for a 16th birthday) and didn't even include the balloon. Also the quality was much less than I expected. Take your business somewhere else. Thank you for reading this review, have a good day. read more

Bait & Switch at Fran's Floral. Called shop directly, not Teleflora to order an arrangement. Fran's uses Teleflora pictures and numbers to describe their arrangements. When asked if my selection would be the same size as website I was told NO. T96-2A as described size 15 1/2 w x 15 1/2 H, Fran's quoted size 11 -1/2 x 11-1/2. T213-3A as described size 17"w x 14" H, Fran's quoted size 12 x 12 Fran's blamed "HER" website designer and was going to call at once to correct. This site is from Teleflora and is the same as used by other florists, she does not have the ability to change, only to comply to descriptions. This is a case of buyer beware and ask the right question regarding sizes of the arrangement you are actually buying. This is my first yelp review, this shop owner need to be accountable to her website. I had to give 1 star to post, rather zero stars read more

My birthday is tomorrow and my mom sent me roses. I found that out when I called her to thank her for the Peace plant that says "Happy Anniversary" on it and smells like cigarettes.
