I was so disappointed in this local business that came recommended by my aunt. I ordered almost $400 worth of flowers for my Grandma's memorial. I had the flowers delivered to the reception the day prior and could not believe how inaccurate their website photos were compared to what was delivered. See images below of one example. The stock photo shown below is the example of "deluxe" which is more full than "standard". I can't even imagine how bad the standard version would be in real life. After the flowers arrived, I called Fran's to let them know the arrangements were unacceptable and needed to be replaced prior to the service or the price reduced. The shop has not even had the courtesy of calling me back four days later. You will be very let down if you order through this company. Their product is underwhelming as is their customer service. We requested an arrangement for a memorial via 1800 flowers, unfortunately the arrangement did not arrive for the service and a delivery confirmation was emailed confirming flowers were timely delivered. Over a week later the arrangement was found on the church step obviously having sat out in the poor weather conditions for a while. The arrangement was not the deluxe that was order based on the number of flower added. it appeared to be was fewer flowers spread out to given the elusion that it was full. The flowers were later in the day then I would of liked, apparently they tried to deliver earlier but couldn't find the place. My daughter said some of the flowers looked dead and a Daisy had petals missing. I ordered Mother's Day flowers through FTD who sent my order to Fran's Flowers. The flowers my mom received don't look at all like what I ordered. Two of the leaves are actually bitten off, and several petals on the hydrangeas are dead and hanging off. The roses do not look fresh. Also instead of pruning the stems all the leaves were stuffed into the vase soaking in the water. Very disappointed. Thankfully I received a full refund from FTD. The Corona virus snafu was just starting and Amazon was not doing online flower orders - that's her usual go to for sending flowers. Fran's was the only florist in this area that was taking online orders. My zip code is out of their delivery area, but a beautiful vase of mixed flowers arrived on the morning of my birthday. Friday morning 7/27 around 9:00am. Both of my flower arrangements came from this florist. Since they are contract with FYF, the will also receive the same review. Lets discuss today being Friday and me being the flower recipient and having to call regarding a flower delivery sent to me 2 days ago that i still have yet to receive. My boyfriend sent me a bouquet of flowers on monday 7/23, which i received and were beautiful. Apparently, he sent me another bouquet on 7/25 which the email from them indicates that they delivered the flowers to me... NOT. He calls the flower place on 7/26 and was told that the email he received indicating the flowers were delivered was an error but guaranteed they would be delivered by the day end of 7/26....and for the inconvenience, the will refund him for the delivery and upgrade the arrangement for free.... NOT. so here we are, Friday 7/27 and he receives an email from the florist indicating that they were unable to deliver my flowers because they could not find an employee working at this hospital with MY NAME. lol lets be clear, i been at this hospital for 7.5 years and i just received flowers from this same business on Monday of this week. WTh. why am calling from you flowers about why i havnt gotten my flowers as the recipient? so here i am speaking to a supervisor and I just want them to refund him his money for the second flower arrangement and just never give them business again. I will admit, the supervisor def did try to accomodate me for the inconvenience, but 2 days and 2 error emails regarding a simple flower arrangement order, def unacceptable. I ordered an arrangement online so did not have direct contact with this florist. The arrangement I ordered was very Hawaiian looking with Bird of Paradise and palm fronds as the focal point, then ginger, orchids and lilies surrounding. When my friend received the arrangement it was missing the main focal point of the Bird of Paradise and palm fronds, so instead ,just had basically the bottom half of the arrangement. I called to say that this was not what I had paid for and was assured that it would be redelivered exactly as I had ordered the next day. Unfortunately, the new arrangement never did arrive. I'm guessing that these people think you will never see the arrangement that you're sending so it doesn't matter if what goes out is actually what you paid for. I have enjoyed treating myself to huge, luscious boquets from Fran's Flowers in Seatac WA for years now (there are other Fran's Flowers in other locations). It's become an annual tradition to award myself for getting through the holidays (or a performance review at work) without a nervous breakdown. I highly recommend it. Bait & Switch at Fran's Floral. Called shop directly, not Teleflora to order an arrangement. Fran's uses Teleflora pictures and numbers to describe their arrangements. When asked if my selection would be the same size as website I was told NO. T96-2A as described size 15 1/2 w x 15 1/2 H, Fran's quoted size 11 -1/2 x 11-1/2. T213-3A as described size 17"w x 14" H, Fran's quoted size 12 x 12 Fran's blamed "HER" website designer and was going to call at once to correct. This site is from Teleflora and is the same as used by other florists, she does not have the ability to change, only to comply to descriptions. This is a case of buyer beware and ask the right question regarding sizes of the arrangement you are actually buying. I have used Fran's Flowers in the past, always more than I expected - well it was in the past. Service has gone down hill with the new owners. I just ordered sixteen red roses and a "Happy Birthday" balloon for my daughters Sweet Sixteenth. Fran's delivered fifteen (yes 15 for a 16th birthday) and didn't even include the balloon.
