Shoutout to my brother! He ordered flowers from here for our mom's birthday bouquet! The pickup process was extremely easy and quick (less than 5 minutes). I browsed around the shop while the owner was on a call. They do sell a variety of flowers by the stem. I will go back for my local flower needs. read more

Our Secret Garden - Florists Near Me - Seattle, Washington

We recently moved to Seattle from the Eastside and stopped at Our Secret Garden because a friend was experiencing a difficult loss. The shop was open and the staff members were lovely and helpful. I'm admittedly particular about flowers because my grandmother owned a floral shop in Seattle. I specifically asked for fragrant blooms, such as freesia or stock. I was told those were unavailable, but that they had some especially fragrant roses, so we agreed to use those. We gave them a $100 budget, which they respected. The finished arrangement was pretty, but the tall, vertical vase left much of the stems exposed, so the overall design didn't feel as polished as I expected for the price. My greatest concern, however, was the fragrance. The roses smelled strongly of an artificial rose fragrance, more like room spray, perfume, or detergent than the natural scent of fresh roses. When we presented the bouquet, the recipient's first question was whether the flowers had been sprayed with rose water. I cannot confirm whether anything was applied to the flowers, but the fragrance was extremely off-putting and did not smell natural to us. If naturally fragrant flowers weren't available, I would have preferred to be told that so we could choose something else or return another day. read more

The arrangement was beautiful and totally held up to my expectations from what I ordered. This is my second time using Our Secret Garden for flower delivery and I've been blown away both times! I will absolutely continue to order from them in the future read more

I went here asking to have a flower arrangement with the intention of wowing my girl. I gave the guy my budget and told him I wanted to impress my girlfriend. He took his time and added so much detail. I left feeling highly satisfied with the service and product. Once my girl saw the flowers she had a huge smile on her face. She loved them! She couldn't stop smelling them. It was well worth the price! I can't remember the name of the guy who curated this piece, but shoutout to you. This piece showed how much I care and love my woman. read more

This business came through as promised delivered a beautiful bouquet in less than two hours. Initially I had used 1-800-flowers which promised same day delivery but not only did not deliver on time but changed the product to be delivered in 3 more days. I cancelled with them after they failed to deliver yesterday and found this business and couldn't be happier! Beware of using FTD or 1-800-flowers. This was not my first time having a bad experience with them. Google and buy local direct. The flowers were even better than anything on-line and for just a few dollars more actually got them to the person as they promised. If you need delivery or near West Seattle and you want them to arrive on a specific day I highly recommend them! Much thanks to Our Secret Garden! Excellent service and beautiful arrangements! read more

I didn't even realize this tucked-away little flower shop was in my neighborhood. It's really easy to miss, even walking by. I wanted to get my mom some flowers for her birthday and usually will head to the market for a nice bouquet, but with the WS Bridge out of service I don't love going downtown anymore, especially for just flowers. I walked in and asked if he had any pre-made bouquets and he said no but give him 15-20 minutes and he can make something. He asked my budget and what I was looking for and I said please keep it under $100 and make it colorful (I didn't want it too Fall looking despite a September birthday). When we came back from another errand it was ready on the counter and under $50. It was beautiful. A real statement bouquet. I'm so happy I stopped in. I didn't get the man's name, sadly. I attached a photo of his creation. Love it! He also has a huge selection of potted plants in his little shop! Very neat. read more

I have never ordered nor researched ordering flower arrangements before. It was a bit of sticker shock for me, but Our Secret Garden's prices seems more reasonable than other florists I looked at in the area. As of 1.14.21 their storefront is closed but you can come by just to pick up. I didn't see a pick up order option online so I did call to place my order. Really easy, just provided the arrangement name, size, and the date and time I wanted to pick up. Payment was made over the phone. Flowers were ready for me per the time we set. And they smelled SO GOOD. I totally understand why people like having flowers in their home now. I went with Arrive in Style $49.95, vase included. read more

I have to agree with the reviews that said the bouquets looked basic. My sister sent me flowers from there and she said the flowers and fillers were quite different from what she ordered. Their more 'reasonable' prices are due to the common flowers they provide, not the gorgeous bouquets pictured on the web site. They seem to rely heavily on the caveat on the web site that says substitutions might be necessary. The bouquet resembled something I could buy at Safeway and was not especially artfully arranged. No points for artistry. I can't say much for the service since no apology was made nor any concern shown for my disappointment. Pay more and you'll probably get more. read more

I experienced the BEST service from Our Secret Garden! I wanted to send a special arrangement and Alonzo, the amazing owner, was very patient as a special vase I ordered from Amazon arrived to him incorrectly TWICE! Once it finally arrived he filled it with the most beautiful arrangement. The recipient was stunned by how beautiful the arrangement was! The customer service is the best I've ever had from a florist anywhere! The charge was beyond reasonable, too! read more

I can't put into words how pleased I am with Our Secret Garden! I called yesterday morning to order a "get well" arrangement for a very special friend, who is recovering from a surgery. I spoke with Alonzo, I gave him my budget and my delivery expectations, he was very professional and understood my needs. I received a text message from him the next morning with a photo of the arrangement he created....it's absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this florist. I'm a client for life! "Beyond Spectacular!" You made my sister very happy with the amazing floral arrangement that you made for her after her surgery! I didn't think that I would be able to get anything delivered to her because my florist in California wasn't able to fulfill the order. But Alonzo came to the rescue at the last minute and delivered it to her that same day. She said the arrangement was artistic and "beyond spectacular" and it's really helped her recuperation. Thank you so much for making this happen. It really means a lot! Linda Greig Nevada City, CA read more

https://www.oursecretgardenflorist.com/bouquet/telefloras-blushing-gemstone-bouquet/p_ef_t20v205a?skuId=EF_T20V205A&zipMin= We ordered an arrangement that was supposed to come in a pink vase to match the flowers in the arrangement. It is described as a vase that resembles rose quartz. Sadly the flowers, while lovely, we're not in a pink vase but this sea green vase. I was disappointed and tried to call the florist to review what happened. The voice mail is full and there is no email address. I'm feeling a little taken advantage of here. Have not bought flowers yet but never will!! Very rude customer service. On the phone they will tell you they close at 5, however the website says 6. I ordered flowers from this company to be sent to a very close friend who just had a surgery. I was impressed with the website photos and the yelp photos as well. The prices are reasonable too. I ordered the premium size. However, it was very disappointing when my friend showed me the photo. It looked nothing like the website. I understand that sometimes online photos are not exactly the same. BUT, this one seemed it was waaay off. Looked like i ordered the basic, or something else. I have called the shop and the guy said he will investigate. Never got the call back. Very disasppointing. read more

I always tell my fiancé "there's no way the next one can be better" and the next one he gets always blows me away. I couldn't be happier with the arrangement Alonzo put together for my cousin. I looked through several florists online in the West seattle area and found his shop to have great reviews. I live in Massachusetts and unfamiliar with the area. I spoke with him on the phone several times and after looking through his Facebook page (Our secret Garden), I found an arrangement I was interested in. He worked with me for the details of the arrangement, and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. He was willing and able to deliver to the recipient (and on time), and she was thrilled with the final product. His pricing is also reasonable. He has earned two new customers.....Boston and Seattle residents. read more

I was swayed by the good reviews and placed an order with "Our Secret Garden" for delivery a Teleflora floral arrangement. Regrettably, many of the flowers, as well as the beautiful vase pictured on the "Our Secret Garden" website, were not included in the delivered arrangement. Instead, the owner (Alonzo) provided a very inferior vase and flowers that were much more common and different than the ones pictured. My order was placed over the phone, and Alonzo surely had ample opportunity to tell me that what was pictured on his website was not available. I believe he thought I would not see the arrangement that was ultimately delivered. Efforts to resolve the matter went nowhere. Very disappointing . . . read more

I called ahead before ordering to make sure they had the blue block vase and flowers for this arrangement new baby boy arrangement . I was told yes. I ordered deluxe version with a ballon. Recipient sent me a picture and it looks like a clear vase and not as full as the basic version, let alone the deluxe version. I called and was told no balloon was delivered and this was the deluxe version, but the flowers have not bloomed yet. I do not think any amount of blooming is going to fill this arrangement to the volume of basic or deluxe. Very disappointed because I wanted a full arrangement. Quick service. read more

Alonzo did a great job with preparing 60 roses for my 5th year (60th month!) wedding anniversary. I had been looking for online flower deliveries for a few weeks but I wasn't able to find one with good reviews and reasonable price. Finally I decided to look for a local florist and contacted a few florist close to my house. Alonzo was responsive and the price was better than other local and online florists. I ordered an arrangement for my dear friend for delivery last week, the day after her final chemotherapy treatment. I just wanted something beautiful for her to celebrate that milestone. She called me that evening to say that the arrangement she received was nothing short of stunning. She sent me pictures and she was absolutely right! I chose the "Deal of the Day" option to let the florist work with what they had to create something unique. I think that letting creatives do what they do best will produce something singularly magnificent and this time was no exception! Just wanted to say how fabulous the arrangement was - both she and I absolutely loved what was created and it totally made her night. This cozy (read: small) shop is located in the middle alley between Starbucks and apartments/condos. You might miss it - if the flowers outside don't give it away! Inside is tiny yet fragrant.
