Seemed to go all smooth initially. I ordered by phone and order $10 more than base arrangement. It was brought out out but the blue cor roses and some other were only put on the front side, the back was empty of the blue colored flowers. Wife asked if some two more could be added to have balance among the entire arrangement. Got a comment from worker saying it's Christmas season for them too. She took it in and brought it out and realized that two blue roses were taken away and two other lower value blue flowers were put in the back to have balance among the arrangement. If you couldn't add more flowers at least could have taken the cheaper blue flowers and put to in the back instead of taking out the roses. Couldn't express my disappointment because one can't enter the store. I was originally excited to continue to do business with this place because of arrangements I saw taken by driver. read more

I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement $60 dollars ($66 with tax) from the back of the arrangement color was missing i asked if they could put 2 more flowers to add color and guess what? They removed 2 roses of course i couldn't even see when they did it because of covid regulations on not being able to enter the store.. I was so willing to pay the extra for a "complete look.." but they just removed it.. now I have a 70 dollar arrangement with 4 white roses ... great... I understand that they can't replicate the picture exactly and that some flowers may not be available but I'm still unhappy with this. I've ordered flowers for several occasions from them in the last few years and I've loved every bouquet but this one just falls flat for me. There's greenery crammed in the back with no flowers so I can't put this bouquet in the middle of a table. The flowers themself are beautiful and none are dead or dying, it's just the way the flowers were arranged everything looks so crammed together with too much greenery. I'm hoping it looks better when the small flowers open. read more

Bud's and blooms does an amazing job with their different flower arrangements, especially for funerals. Just a note, if you are calling in an order like I did from Southern California for a funeral that was to take place in Seattle Washington, it is best to browse their online selection first. Also, make sure you get the name of the type of arrangement or spray or whatever it is that you're looking at as well as a product number. The product number usually starts with a capital letter and then is followed by a dash and may be 5 to 6 other digits. I very much appreciated that the florist I spoke with was so knowledgeable about what flowers are more commonly available right now with the season being what it is. I also appreciated the fact that they let me know that it is more difficult to get certain flowers right now and because of that they could make some thing similar but it may not be exactly as it is shown in the picture. Also really nice to know is that some of the flowers can take up to a week to receive not to mention they can take some time to open. I had absolutely no problem calling in my order, paying for it, and making sure that they were delivered to the right place and on the right day and time. This florist is not necessarily the one that was recommended to my family by Yahn & Son mortuary and crematory but they do beautiful work and for a fraction of the cost compared to acacia flowers. Acacia also does nice work but their prices were just too high. read more

I orderws flowers for a funeral and they did not deliver. I even askwd for them to be delivered a day early. I talkes to them two days before and verified everything. Theyvaent me an email and tezt the day they were supposes to be delivered and said they needed to verify informatio again. I ordered flowers on November 3rd to be delivered the 4th.. I called them on the 6th to see if they were delivered. I found out that their delivery person left the flowers outside in the weather all weekend. If I would not of called the person I sent flowers too would of never got them ! of course they were ruined in the rain over the weekend. Went in on a Saturday morning to buy some flowers. Was barely acknowledged when I came in. After looking for a few minutes someone came to help. Instead of trying to find a way to fulfill my request in some way, I was basically told they don't have anything like that and on the weekends they don't really have much and if I wanted to buy something from the case let her know. It wasn't really what she said but how she said it. She finally said I could switch some of the flowers around and they would put a bow on it. It was clear to me she was busy and trying to get back to what she had been doing and wished I would hurry up. Had there been another flower shop open nearby I would have left and gone there. I did select something and she was a bit more helpful during the actual purchase. I was not happy with the service I received. I will not go back. The flowers were nice enough but with so few to choose from, not worth it to put up with the lack of customer service.
