    Absolutely terrible experience. The flowers they delivered looked cheap, old, and half dead . nothing close to what was advertised. For the amount of money charged, this honestly felt like a scam. The arrangement was sloppy, wilted, and embarrassing to give to someone. It's clear there was little to no care put into the order. I would never order from them again and would strongly recommend others avoid wasting their money here.

    my nephew sent me a pic of the flowers that I ordered for him. It looked like absolute crap. Nothing like the website pic and not even presentable. we were embarrassed. the venue that received the flowers asked the florist to make it right but they refused.

    NO, NO and Hell No! Beware. You get really crappy service and you dont get what you pay for. Well a few things were off. #1 within 4 hours of placing the order, I get an email saying they may not have the flowers I ordered are not in stock and they will substitute. Called. It is standard they said that they send that email out to everyone. #2 Delivery Day. They drop the flowers and chocolates at the door without knocking. I got an email saying left at door. So I called yet again. Yep, no one answered and they just left them there at the door - but they DID have her number. I called the recipient right away and she said no one was there - NO ONE KNOCKED - She was home and in the living room even. I told her to check the front door. Sure enough. On the ground is the order without any notification that they were there for her. I even left a $13 tip with the order hoping it encouraged extra service. #3 I don't believe I got the $95 "Fancy Order either. The lesser traditional bouquet looks way better then the fancy that she actually actually received. Should have just ordered from Safeway and saved a hundred bucks or so. NEVER again and I am going to complain on EVERY SINGLE media site. and file a complaint with the Williams Flower & Gifts Corporate office.

    Very disappointed in my flower arrangement. They didn't clarify that I'd be getting a completely different bouquet. It was super cheap and ugly looking. I feel totally ripped off. Buy elsewhere !!

    They did a great job, got the delivery there same day and way faster than I was expecting. The flowers looked beautiful too.

    I will never order from this shop again. They called me the morning of my delivery to say they didn't have the correct flowers that they would make the bouquet with different colored flowers. They also said they would upgrade my bouquet, I asked how they do that since I already paid for the biggest arrangement, I was told "they will add more flowers". Photo 1, What I actually ordered!Photo 2, The photo they send me of what they wanted to deliver and felt was like what I ordered. 1. Not even in an arrangement 2. Wilted flowers 3. Dead and brown leaves 4. Roses are fully blown out would not last but 2 days. After texting the replacement photo to me, I called and said absolutely not, refund my money that is horrendous. They said they would refund me but don't know when. I did get a refund, but I would never support this shop again. Horrible quality, horrible arrangement, dead flowers and expensive. I paid $152 for that?!? No Way!

    I have used Williams many times in the past with pretty good success, however this time was a real miss. While they did call and say they didn't have "ALL" the flowers in the arrangement, they said they would substitute a couple and give me an upgrade. When the recipient sent me a photo of what was actually delivered I was shocked. Basically a bunch of big leaves and a couple of wilted Gerbera daisies and roses tossed into a jar! Apparently they also ran out of vases. It looked like someone was cleaning up their garden for Fall and just threw it in a jar. To be fair, when I complained they offered to re-do and they did. Their second try was...better which is why I'm giving them 2 stars, but certainly not at all what was shown in the picture on the website. I called and spoke to Tammy who was actually quite rude. The fact that they tried to pass off this sad arrangement and my interaction with Tammy, tells me that I'll be ordering flowers elsewhere. While I very rarely complain, I order tons of flowers for my work and I need to know that clients won't receive something like this.

    This was my first (and last!) time using this florist. I wanted to send my friend a lovely bouquet for her birthday. I had high hopes because their website looks professional and the photos seem to depict beautiful bouquets. I ordered an "Artistic Designer's Choice" bouquet for $75, with tax and delivery the total came to $96. That's a pretty good chunk of change, and I expected something nice. After placing my order online I called and spoke to make sure the order came through, and to verify that it would be artistic and special - I also specifically asked for no carnations. It's the end of June and there should be an abundance of flowers to choose from. The photo I was texted prior to delivery showed a very ordinary looking bouquet made of carnations and white daisies. Nothing special, nothing "artistic". For almost a hundred dollars, this was unacceptable. I immediately called and voiced my concerns. After quite some time on the phone with an associate, I was assured the bouquet would be remade by a different florist, there would be no carnations, and it would be artistically made. This all took place around 8:00am. Several hours later, at around 1:00pm I was texted a photo of a bouquet with one peony, two droopy roses with brown-edged petals, and a tropical flower. Since it was late in the day and they said the order wouldn't be delivered until sometime between 4p-8p, I didn't have much choice but to approve it as I wanted it to arrive on my friend's birthday. I was hoping it might look better in person... that maybe there were more flowers on the other side that I couldn't see in the photo. It did not look better in person. It looked worse. It was so small, even smaller than the photo depicted. It contained literally only FOUR FLOWERS in the entire "bouquet" - 2 old roses that looked like they'd been sitting around for a week already, 1 peony, 1 tropical flower. $75 for 4 flowers. I will never order anything from this florist again. Their website is misleading, and the bouquets look nothing like the photos. I could have gone to Trader Joe's and spent $75-$95 on flowers and created a huge beautiful bouquet. This was utterly ridiculous. UPDATE: I'm not able to reply to comments, so responding to Williams Flower & Gift here. There's nothing to be done now as the sub-par bouquet was already delivered last week. And I buy garden roses all the time, and I grow them as well - zoom into your photo and you can see the brown edges in the outer petals and the droopiness. At the very least those outer petals should have been removed.

    Horrendous and a scam. I paid over $100 and the bouquet looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Also, the note they sent read "Happy Birthday Momma??-- " it was so ridiculous it felt like a joke. When I emailed them pictures they refused to acknowledge there was an issue.

    Absolute scam of a business. Paid an extra charge to get "express delivery" to have the flowers delivered BEFORE a certain time. Received the picture from the florist and already I knew it was no good. Picture looked nothing like it did online. Poor quality flowers already wilted and lacking any kind of color. Called customer service in the afternoon asking to be sure the flowers would be delivered within the time frame I paid for. They said yes, but then said "just for fun why don't we just put a back up address on there". Yeah.....getting worse here. When there was just 8 minutes left to the deadline I once again called customer service, only this time to be put on the phone with an EXTREMELY rude agent. When I asked if I would be getting a refund for the deadline being missed they said "I don't know" and then proceeded to make me feel guilty for even having to pay to have something delivered express. Ridiculous. And then guilt tripped me because there was still 8 minutes to the deadline. So I waited. And called again 30 min later. This time I'm convinced my call my screened. I was hung up on twice. Finally when the phone was answered the agent assured me they'd call me back. They didn't. I called an hour later. Still no flowers. No update on where they were. At that point they had missed the window in which they could be delivered. It's not 4 hours later and still no flowers at the back up address. What a joke. I should be charging for the amount of time I lost dealing with this. I will be requesting a full refund / disputing charges.

    I live out of state and wanted to make sure that I found a local florist for a special flower arrangement to be a delivered on Friday before seeing the family on Saturday afternoon. I ordered through their site and got a message right away that some of the flowers may not be available, but that they would carefully select flowers that would represent the arrangement I had chosen. I then received an email and a message with the picture of the flower arrangement and it's even better than what was pictured on their site. I truly appreciate the communication and the attention to detail, and it was clear that the flower arrangement was made with TLC.

    My boyfriend tried this florist twice to support local business, but the quality of their flowers is terrible--dead the following day. The description on their site also does not match what they deliver. Never again.

I emailed a question and got a prompt reply. It was easy to order online. The pricing was very similar to other florists in the area. It was delivered when it was supposed to be. The only thing was that I got an email that it was out for delivery and another email that it had been delivered, both hours after it was out and delivered. And I got them at the same exact time! I thought that was strange. I actually heard from the person that I bought them for that they were delivered hours before I got the email. I would use them again because I really like their arrangement selection. I would just not expect to get accurate delivery notifications.

He ordered flowers here because we just moved to Tacoma and usually get flowers from florists in Lynnwood/Bellevue/Seattle, he googled best florists in Tacoma and decided on this place. The red bouquets is what he thought he was paying for but the pink flowers is what I received. Its fine if they were out of red flowers, but it should at least look somewhat like the photos. He paid $80+$15 delivery for these (Applepay bypassed the $15 shipping so later they sent him an invoice for $15 which i thought was unprofessional but he didnt mind so whatever). When I saw the bouquet I was so upset. I think they dont even look similar to the photos on the website. I facetimed my friends and made them guess the price of the bouquet, they all guessed $40 but when i told them it was $95 after delivery they gasped and said he got scammed. One friend even said it looks like the Temu version of the online listing. These were so ugly that I am too embarrassed to post them on my social media. It doesnt look like Valentines day flowers at all, it looks like flowers you would give to your paternal grandmother who relentlessly bullied your mom. Maybe they were just too busy for Valentines Day but in that case it would have been better to just not accept the order at all especially if they cant deliver quality work. UPDATE 02/24/2025: Owner response to my Google review has 0 accountability. We never get flowers from grocery store, I always use a florist that is the same price or more expensive than Flora but has far higher quality flowers than what i received. You are blaming my husbands response time instead of acknowledging your poor quality product. I even said its fine if you were out of red roses, but why did my flowers look like they were wilting and leftover? Also I didnt mention previously, but Flora used dog waste bags for the bouquet water (i will post a photo). I know its dog waste bag because I use the same ones for my dog. That is not professional or romantic at all. Also who uses black tissue for Valentines day bouquet? Thats just depressing. Also, I saw another one of my friends got a Flora bouquet the same day as me and they were also unhappy with their flowers and felt like they too got leftover flowers. That friend picked up his order and was upset that it wasnt what he had expected but was too annoyed to argue so he just accepted the flowers. If you are in Tacoma, my review remains the same - but now its worse because the owner has 0 sense of accountability.
