However, once helped the lady at the counter was very nice and rang me up quickly, though she didn't make any mention of apology for me having to wait. I'll definitely be back for the gift shop. Though I probably won't really go to the nursery. I don't garden.

He was friendly, super helpful and willing to answer all of the bamboo novice questions we had about it. Clearly the man is passionate about bamboo and it shows. We ended up getting 7 large Dulcis plants to use as a screen in our backyard and couldn't be happier. George also offers services to deliver the bamboo and install it with the barriers needed for the roaming variety. We'll definitely be returning to get more bamboo in the future!

He had to call me several times to reach me because I didn't have my phone with me. It hadn't occurred to me that I needed to stay glued to my phone because picking up items at will call would be ridiculously and unnecessarily complicated. He finally got hold of me and told me they couldn't find a lumber cart with lots of lumber on it at will call. I had him put the employee on the line to figure out what was going on. She tried to make it my fault for not doing will-call right (how does one not do will call right?!!) and said she figured the lumber, which I had told her had a receipt taped to it, had been sent back to the shelves after about an hour at will call. After my needless worrying that I'd wasted all that time picking through their crappy lumber to find some good pieces, and my contractor wasting about 30 minutes of his time, the Home Depot employees FINALLY figured out that there are TWO will-call areas at that store. How do people work at will call and not know that????? And there it was, sitting at the OTHER will call, right where it had been left, waiting for my contractor. It's always an adventure going to Home Depot, and never the good kind.

He tells me he wants me to grind three large stones into bird baths and deliver them to him on site at the place of business. I arrived two days later with the three large stones that I carved. One of them being the aquamarine one that I bought from them for $55 plus tax. The owner's wife tells me that there must have been a miscommunication because they don't want my bird baths. What!!! I had carved them beautifully and I delivered them They weigh approximately 400 to 500 lb.. I asked her what was going on-I was explicitly told that the owner wanted three of my bird baths.. obviously there's no communication between the husband and wife.. I had supplied many bird baths last year and the husband said we sold them all-The owner's wife tells me we had trouble selling them we still have some hanging around here.. yeah I didn't see any anywhere.
