But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. We wanted to spruce up our patio but have had a bad history with plants as they always seem to perish before they bloom. We were approached by Mr Rick outside in the garden area and were asked if we needed assistance. Not only did he take the time to explain to us what might work best for us he also gave us plenty of options when it came to budget. You can tell that Mr Rick truly loves his work and is passionate about this nursery. Now, not only is Watson's beautiful but the prices are very very reasonable.
