Upfront disclosure I have been a floral designer for over 20 yrs so I'm am more critical than the average floral customer. I just received birthday flowers from this shop. They were dropped at my door and left in the sun on my porch. I was home but did not hear a knock. Thankfully I think I found them shortly after they were delivered as the water was still refrigerator cold. Which is an excellent place to start...my arrangement looks to be fresh but not today fresh. It was refrigerated in advance. How far in advance? Coming off a 3 day holiday weekend I hope my flowers were not arranged 3 days ago :/ but signs point that way.. namely the fact none of the stems go beyond halfway down the canning jar "vase". This arrangement appears it has been cut and plopped back in fresh water, to freshen up an old arrangement as all floral stems are the same short length and the greens are shoved well into the water also with the same length stems. Some of the flowers were even pulled out to make it look fuller and fluffier, which made their stems even shorter and within a few hours the sunflowers in the arrangement will suck all the water dry and kill all the flowers. Due to the stems being cut so short I will be unable to re cut over the life of my arrangement to keep the flowers alive ,not to mention all the leather leaf shoved into the water that will cause rot and shorten the vase life as well. In closing if you don't mind run of the mill flowers and your person doesn't know better this florist will fit your needs. They are basically subsupermarket flowers but with delivery. read more

This was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and did not get at all what I ordered. I tried calling to speak to someone and was hung up on. I tried calling again only for my call to be ignored. No refund. No substitute flowers. No decency of conversation with the shop to fix the order. Loved this place! The lady here was extremely helpful. I told her I needed a bunch of rose petals for my proposal, and, on top of my order, she gave me extra rose petals from flowers she could no longer use! The owner was really sweet, but I had an otherwise horrible experience. I had a really small wedding that took place over two days. Day one was a quick ceremony and day two was the reception. I went to Flowers R Us to order for a bouquet for day one and a flower crown for day two. The arrangements I requested were simple a straightforward. Three types of flowers in the bouquet and two in the flower crown. I sat with the owner and after finalizing my choices together, I very clearly wrote down my order specifying when I would be in to pick up each item on each day (on a form she presented and requested I fill out). I paid, we shook hands and I left. I called two weeks prior to the day of the ceremony to change the color of the wrap on the bouquet from white to black but otherwise made no changes and did not hear from her either. When I arrived on day one, the bouquet the owner had made for me was completely wrong. There was only ONE of the types of flowers I had requested in the bouquet and the colors were totally off. The big, main focus flower I had asked for was completely absent from the bouquet. The wrap was soggy and drooping (eventually fell off). I asked her what happened and she said the the flowers I requested "weren't good colors" so she went with something different. When I asked her why she didn't at least call me to discuss the potential changes and she laughed, smacked her hand to her forehead and said she "forgot". She also made the flower crown early the morning of the first day and I wasn't going to be wearing it until late afternoon on the next day. I had written down when I ordered and paid that I would like to pick up the flower crown on the second day and the owner and I agreed on a time. Because it was ready over 24 hours early, the crown had totally wilted by the time it was to be worn despite being kept in the fridge as I was instructed by the owner. The tips of the flowers were brown and people asked me if I had tried to make a dried flower flower crown. The owner made no offer to refund any of my money. I paid $209 for my order, so I expected quality. The website and her previous reviews led me to believe I was in great hands! I could not have been more disappointed. read more
