If I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would! I ordered an arrangement for one of my best friends, and wanted a mix of flowers, colors, textures and plants and wow did Fiori deliver! It's so beautiful we can't stop staring at it! I've ordered from Fiori a few times and it's so true that no arrangement is alike. Besides, it's even better that way as I love the surprise of seeing their next beautiful creation. Not to mention the care and communication from ordering, delivery and confirmation photo after. Don't hesitate about ordering from Fiori! Totally worth it!!! read more

The last few times my husband or I have either sent or received flowers from Fiori, we were not happy. The flowers start dying after two days and in most cases were not the colors we asked for. Recently, I sent flowers for Administrative Professionals Day and asked for pink peonies and dahlias; instead I got gerber daisies. Fiori did tell me peonies and dahlias were not in season but did not tell me they would use gerber daisies in the arrangement, which really cheapened the look. When I sent a note providing feedback that I spent $180 and expected more premium flowers, I got a defensive response saying I only spent $130. Tax, tip and delivery fee brought it to $180. Very disappointing. read more

Fiori went above and beyond sending flowers to my best friend for her birthday, they proactively send a BloomPic of the arrangement prior to delivery and then confirmed once delivered! WOW. More importantly, the arrangement looked *better* than the picture on the website! I loved the mix of flowers, succulents and other plant elements they used. I'm used to buying flowers on 1-800 flowers, paying 100's for a "deluxe" bouquet and then finding out that the bouquet looks NOTHING like the picture. This is *not* the case, I moving forward will be using Fiori for all my Seattle-based flower needs :) Thank you Fiori! read more

Took a fun course from Leigh with Miles helping on how to make one of their beautiful texture bowls. Had a wonderful time with my friend bonding over the experience and creating our texture box. You get to use a wide a variety of quality stems and flowers. They encourage you to find your own design but help you along the way. There are cookies ant nuts to snack on, most classes are on a Thursday evenings this one was supposed to be from 6-8 but ran a little longer mostly cause this was the first time this particular class was taught. I love that they have a photo area set up for you to take pictures of your finish product and they do a group photo of everyone in class read more

I ordered a Medium Texture Box for my mom's birthday, to cheer her up (not even being able to putter in her garden, due to the smokey conditions, had been hard on her). She loved it! They delivered on the day I requested and there were zero issues. They sent me voice of what they made and I was disappointed BUT my mom sent me a pic and it was gorgeous- they just hadn't captured the complexity of the arrangement well in the shot they sent. They included roses, hops, succulents, orchids, and other things. It was pricey, but the textured box includes live succulents, so the beauty lasts beyond a week. It's also very artistically done- many shades of green (and textures to add depth and interest). I will absolutely be ordering from them again! read more

I am so impressed! I have renewed hope that there are florists who create amazing flowers for delivery! I ordered an arrangement this morning and was offered delivery same day! well that was the beginning of my awesome floral journey today. the website was so easy to navigate and they thought of everything- down to an add on of a nice card if I wanted that instead of the usual enclosure card. the photos on the website were amazing but I've been fooled before. the communication was so prompt and complete with a photo of the actual arrangement they made and delivered! I've never had that and love it. when you order flowers unseen it's a gamble! I'm here to tell you the arrangement they created was prettier than the example on their website! they are creative, thoughtful, organized and fairly priced! I'll be using them for all my flower gifts! read more

Needed flowers for someone very dear to us - also someone who has everything! And, although no need to remind anyone ... we are in the middle of a pandemic, which limits possibilities. So, of course, flowers are the ticket. Fiori turned out to be such a great find. Took exceptional care of our order, put together a beautiful arrangement, took my calls about delivery specifics and concerns. Just handled it! Class. Check out the Texture Boxes. Amazing. read more

Dann (the Manager) - super helpful and friendly. I got a red cactus there to gift to a friend. There were a couple getting bouquet at around 8pm. He was so patient and knowledgable. He was still attentive while helping them. Since I wanted to grab something from Nordstrom before closing, I told him that I would be back and placed the plant on his table. When I was about to exit nordstrom and back to the Fiori, I saw him there looking for me. Where can you find service like this these days?! Anyways, when I got to his table, he already put the plant in the nice wrapping plastic and box. After I said ok, he wrapped it up with green ribbons. I like his attitude. I feel as happy as I usually do after finishing shopping at sephora. He is knowledgeable, so please do ask him question! Dont' be shy! read more

My experience with Fiori was exceptional. I called them the day before I needed the delivery and they were extremely professional, kind and listened to what I wanted. I was vague as this is not my area of expertise and the next day they delivered the bouquet and it was exceptional. My wife was brought to tears with how beautiful it turned out. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Last night I had the great pleasure of taking a class with Miles of Fiori Floral. The feature was dahlias in a pave design. What I took home (the most beautiful candy-colored, jewel of a display) was far beyond what I imagined I was capable of--but I owe it all to Miles. His instruction was immaculate, enthusiastic, and generous. I'd recommend a class with Fiori to anyone I know who is even remotely interested in flowers. Last, I should tell you that I didn't just walk away with a beautiful centerpiece...I also pocketed some very valuable knowledge about flowers and their care. I'm looking forward to not only practicing what I learned but, saving my pennies for another class! Thanks so much again! read more

Two stars *ONLY* because they provided a refund without me having to call and request one. Ordered flowers 16 days before a courthouse wedding, with notes that we'd be there the day of to pick up. Ordering was great - Dann was helpful in making sure the flowers that we wanted would be included. The correct date and time were on our receipt for when to pick up. On the scheduled date we showed up an hour past our stated pick up time due to an accident earlier in the day, but we thought for sure that the flowers would be ready. The person there had nothing for us. No offer to provide anything immediately as a substitution. I'd have been happy to have a few random flowers to hold, but instead they offered to deliver something to us at our destination (courthouse), given the timeline we didn't expect to get anything in time. Instead I got an emailed credit invoice putting the money back on my card 10 minutes past the time that I needed them (no phone call/text/email saying "sorry, we can't make it to deliver", just the email credit). Married without a bouquet. If you order flowers and need them on a specific date - Call the day before, call the morning of, and show up early to ensure that they have something for you. Lesson learned - glad that the $$$ was sent back painlessly, but honestly I'd rather have had the flowers. read more

I have worked around the corner from here for a LONG time, and just recently went in when a work plant needed some TLC. This place is GREAT! A little pricey but it's downtown, and in Nordy's so I won't ding them for that. The staff was great, on both trips in the past month, and while they are tiny, they have fun/weird stems to choose from, potted plants and orchids, and even fun little plat-like trinkets (annuals to bloom on your office desk for a week or two). Go! read more

I was looking for a unique floral shop to deliver flowers the next day at 8 p.m. I'm so glad I found Fiori. I loved their arrangements in the boxes. It was a seamless online checkout experience, but what really took the cake was the "Bloomsnap" they emailed me of the actual arrangement they delivered to my sister. This is what distinguishes a good business from a great one. I always wonder if the arrangement will look like the picture online when I order flowers, and the arrangement I ordered was just as presented. Awesome. read more
