I wanted a gorgeous tropical arrangement sent to my favorite Aunt and Uncle and showed them an online photo of something I really liked. I'm based in Los Angeles, CA and called this store after doing research as to which floral shop to use for a funeral spray. The lady who picked up the phone spoke fluent English and Cantonese and was absolutely kind. She made very appropriate suggestions with regard to delivery time, size of the spray, cost, design and even helped with getting the information to be listed on the ribbon. Alice was a delight to work with. I called the shop first thing when they opened and after a few back and forth questions in English we connected in Cantonese. These flowers were for the new Yifang boba shop grand opening in Sammamish. It's hard to find other florists who do this and I was ordering from out of state. She made it very easy for me to do so. Great customer service and beautiful flowers for a relative's memorial. I walked in and spoke with someone and had a hard time locating the obituary and she (Tracy) was able to help locate it for me to confirm. I showed her a picture of what we wanted as well as one they had done and she said she could add more flowers to make it look like that. I also requested lavender since our loved one really liked them. She added them but warned me that they may not show up too well. Delivered to the funeral home before the memorial started and was gorgeous. I opted to go here because a different company, For You Flowers texted me the day of my grandmothers funeral to let me know they couldn't find a vendor and "sorry", so I'm never going with one of those big online companies again. Alice provided nine floral wreaths for my grandfather's funeral. When we first went to her shop, we inundated her with questions about Chinese customs, as our family was not familiar with planning a funeral. Alice was full of knowledge and answered the plethora of questions my uncle asked. She was always friendly and patient with him. Even when my aunt was rude to her, Alice maintained a calm demeanor and continued respectfully speaking to my aunt. The wreaths arrived at the funeral home on time in addition to the flowers being absolutely beautiful. This place was amazing and my life saver today!! They were able to put such a beautiful arrangement together in record time at short notice. I walked into the store to buy an engagement/wedding bouquet requesting something cat friendly which they were quick to accept and arrange. Asked budget, color scheme, and if I wanted a vase. It only took about 10-15 minutes for the bouquet to be finished and in my hands! You may think they don't have much to offer but that is not true. The entry of the shop is deceiving. The flowers are well taken care of. There weren't any browning on the petals and LORD JESUS I thought the flowers were fake because it was so unbelievably real. I have not noticed a single wilted flower in sight. The environment is very clean and during the entry there's a faint Jasmine smell. (my fav) Immediately you're greeted and asked if help was needed. I visited during Father's Day and of course I'm not as knowledgeable as the florist, so I asked for recommendations. DUH! Best believe their knowledge on the flowers would blow your mind, literally. I recently used Alice's for a friend who is in the hospital -- I was so impressed! You can't place orders online, which was initially disappointing, but they make up for it by having a phone line that's open until 11:30pm. I called around 10:00pm and my order was promptly taken by one of their employees. I wasn't sure exactly what kind of arrangement I wanted, but they put together something absolutely lovely. The follow-up text message with the receipt was also very useful. They delivered the bouquet right on time, and when my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement, I couldn't believe what a steal it was for $50. I chose the most basic option, and it looked much more expensive than it was. The total (including a vase, taxes, and a delivery fee) was $75, which was right about what I planned to spend. My pet rabbit recently passed away and my best friend from SF kindly ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my door. Alice called me to ask when was a good time for the delivery and I figured it was easier for my schedule to come pick it up. When I walked in, Alice's assistant was adding the finishing touches to the bouquet and I stood there speechless. The bouquet was HUGE, standing between 1.5 ft and 2 ft with the vase. The corsage I ordered for prom was pretty, however I was not happy. When I initially ordered my corsage, we had agreed on what I wanted and they had photos of previously made corsages so I knew what I would be getting. It should have been 2 big roses as the main flowers. I regret not having been able to pick up my set (I had my boyfriend do it for me the day of prom while I was busy) because I definitely would have made sure I received what I ordered. Instead, what I got was a bundle of small roses as the main flowers. They got the ribbon and color of flower correct, but the error in what I received really peeved me. Also, the "bracelet" of the corsage was pipe cleaners which was at times uncomfortable on my wrist. I paid $38 total for my boyfriend and my own, mine was ~$25 and his was ~$10. What a fun place to browse. I discovered a love for Jasmine here. They were selling potted jasmine plants, large and small. I got a small one for $7. If it wasn't for a mischievous cat I would have bot more Jasmine and lots of other plants to put around the house. It's a pretty small store, packed full of flowers and plants. Then lone employee working was a nice older man who spoke Cantonese and a little English. He was nice and showed a few things and then went back to as task he had been working on.
