I wanted something simple. She emailed me the arrangements before sending them out to deliver. There were little changes I wanted and she was very nice about it and the final product was exactly what I wanted. They only offered delivery (of course with the covid pandemic) and I didn't mind it was about $10 extra. Excellent customer service and she was very delightful. I don't shop for flowers often and it was for a special occasion so I didn't mind the price around $45-$50 for each arrangement. The pitcher and wood base was beautiful. No complaints. I would definitely recommend.
