The candied salmon and smoked salmon are fantastic. But, the one thing I grab every time I'm at the Ruston Marketplace is his salmon dip. It's like salmon crack. The double chocolate chiller cookie was so good especially if you're a fan of chocolate. It was rich but too sweet and the ice cream that came with it was delicious as well that was slightly coconutty. My eggs benedict arrived cold, and the English muffin was so tough that I had to ask for a steak knife just to cut through it. She did bring me a replacement, which was actually warm. Unfortunately, the service continued to be disappointing. Our server brought the wrong sides and never apologized or corrected the mistake. She said she would bring out the correct sides, but they never arrived. We were a party of seven, and throughout the meal it felt like our table was an afterthought which is especially frustrating because a 20% gratuity was automatically added.
