Both had excellent customer service. We would gladly enjoy working with them again. We appreciated the 50% and 30% off deals for the hoodies and crewnecks. I went into old navy just to see what I could purchase. I loved that there was a huge collection of clothes & plus size clothings. No one really asked us if we needed help, which is why I put it at 4 stars instead of 5. I ended up buying a polo that was on sale with an extra 30% off, so that's cool. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for and it's been pretty clean every time I've visited (except on Black Friday, but what store wouldn't be xD) Wide variety of men's, women's, and kid's clothes, that change often during each season so there's almost always something new. Old Navy has the coolest socks too if you like a little fashion on your feet! I visited this store today and was appalled as soon as I walked through the doors. Garbage all over, nothing was where it was suppose to be. Piles of clothes on the floor, on top of tables, on displaysbshies and belts strewn about.. Every inch of the store was a disaster. There were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing, but when asked about the mess, one of them stated " it was like this when I got here". I have a problem with Old Navy. Their sizes aren't uniform. If I'm a size M in their long-sleeved shirts, then I'm a L in their thermals, a S in their regular t-shirts, a 4/6 in their dresses, etc etc etc. I can't just go into the store, grab everything in one size, and expect it to fit. This bothers me to no end. On top of that, their clothes usually never fit me QUITE right. I remember when they used to have the 'perfect fit' style of clothing - HA, what a joke. They certainly weren't a perfect fit on me! They don't have that anymore, but their clothes are still super wonky. On the plus side, I've bought two cute things there recently, including an adorable hoodie on clearance at this location for $5.49. read more

I wasn't aware that the mall closes at 9:00pm but as myself and my gf walked into the store a girl pops out from no where and says "sorry - we're trying to close the store right now so... yea... you can't come in." A little confused we just said "sorry." and turned around and went right back out, I took out my phone, glanced at the time and it read 8:54pm. I had a friend who worked at this store a while back and they said the entire management team is great. They worked on the product team I believe pushing out the new clothes they get in. He said the team manager was great, super young but was able to connect with the employees on the team and make them feel like they had a second home. Personally every time I've been in the store I've been greeted and made to feel very welcome. I've shopped at this store for several years and have seen the entire team come & go, I do have to say the management in place seems to have the best control I've ever seen in this store. They have made a huge turn around for this Old Navy, I stopped shopping at one point because it was so messy and hard to navigate but this store has made a complete 180! It's Old Navy right after Christmas. During the excessive sales that Gap Inc. keeps having. On a Friday night. Messy? Yes. Barren? Yes. Deals? Of course. The high stars is for the customer service that I received at checkout. I came in to check out what kind of $3 fleece they had left, and got distracted by a really cute chambray tunic. Bonus? The tunic was 50% off. I kept trekking to the back of the store and was slightly disappointed/mostly unsurprised that the only fleece 1/4 zips left were an unsightly neon orange and a grey/black houndstooth. No thanks. After waiting in a surprisingly short line, I got rung up by a pleasant gentleman. Unfortunately, the price that showed up on the screen was not the price advertised. After some light back-and-forth, the nice guy changed the price for me to reflect what I saw posted. Thank you, Old Navy, for honoring your advertisements. read more

Large Old Navy Outlet in the SuperMall. They tend to have alot of the same things as the regular old navy. They also tend to have some great sales (right now 4th of July weekend) they have 40% off EVERYTHING (including clearance in the store). I had a friend working there and let me just say staff are very rude She worked the shipment schedule. The lead manager or lead shipment person. She would always yell at people for putting in their headphones because they didn't want to hear the cussing, sexual conversations and more. Once She got hired they said they couldn't bring personal problems into a work area but the SHIPMENT MANAGER C was always talking bout how her and her boyfriend would break up and get back together. Talking bout how she used to sell drugs before she started working there laughing at the fact that people's political views are way different then hers. The cussing never stoped. She would always tell others to get the uph up (units per hr ) was like 173 but she didn't even get that much done. But her and her little buddy can talk bout having sex with guys in their cars but split up people who talked quietly but still worked faster. The store would never be clean clothes all around the floor dust on socks. Cut hrs for people had others work 4 hrs a day 2 days a week and didn't give more hours unless a certain amount of CREDIT CARDS are sold. No I'm sorry but that's just not right. I came here as my groupon was expiring. I found some cute things, and most of the time, I left the clothes back in the store. The clothing quality is really crappy. Really, very crappy. Crappy as in - I can rip this shirt in one rip OR the washing machine is going to rip the shirt in half from being washed just once. The prices are average - like Target. I swear Old Navy is where the .99 mentality was born. You walk in and see the staples of v neck tees, racerback tanks, and cheeeappp jeans. I really walked out with a baby blue shirt and I haven't worn baby blue since i was a fake Tar heels fan when all that collegiate stuff during the 90s was really hip. I swear my mind was like, "Oooh powder blue v neck, wait I don't wear powder blue...ever...well now's a good time to start!" Mind games for sure. I love that the employees are extremely helpful, they tell you all about the good deals they are having. I was even told I could do rewards with Old Navy. I did it that day and the girl who did it is super nice and understood what my daughter and I were looking for. She went and got us a fitting room and everything. Just going in this store to for some jeans for my daughter and we left with all different types of pants and other things as well. I'll admit that this is the first time I've ever been into an old navy, given my experience it will also be my last. For the number of people in the store the line went swiftly (this is why I gave a 2 star.) However, the store looked like downtown Fallujah, in other words...like several bombs of clothes went off in each respective area. Employees were standing about, but not actively engaged in cleaning or making order, and when I got to check out several of my items were vastly different prices than what was stated on the sale price sign the clerk told me that "the price is the price, the system was never wrong" and with an 8 year old girl who just fell in love with the clothes.... I had no choice but to buy them. I tried to check with their app before getting in line because of the state of the store, but...no luck there! Scan the bar code and all it did was tell me about the fantastic sale prices on things I didn't get. Unsure if the bait and switch is an intentional tactic on their part, or just the result of the incredibly motivated floor staff's hard work but I will not be going back unless a miracle happens! Try Burlington or Wal-Mart down the way, you'll have better odds of getting the prices you expect to pay. read more

I paid an extra $23.00 to get it next day. It didn't come next day I called the customer service line. They credited my debit card back the shipping fee which I was grateful. They also sent me a 20% off coupon that I can use on any sale as well. I was very happy with that. Here's the problem, I was told I I could use this coupon up to six months in store or online. OK I get people make mistakes, but fix it!!, So I call again because I was told wrong and was told they would email me a $10.00 gift certificate that I can use in the store. Get this I have to wait 5 days for it? I told the service guy I needed it to use in the store by this Monday today because I had to return what I got and exchange it. I had to do Alot of shopping because we're leaving on a trip. Guess what? No coupon emailed,so called again, was told it was sent so they resend and then was told I couldn't use this coupon in the store ether. Really? I've spent hundreds of dollars with you the one time I shop on line I get all this. And told because the problem was on line they can't do nothing in the store. What a crock, this has been the biggest case of bull I get told one thing and you don't fix it. I'm returning my items tomorrow then will never spend another dime with you nor my friends and family. Whoever the Manager and Cashier were on 10/24/19 at 4:49PM at the Auburn Branch need more training in Customer Service and how to use their Cash Register Programs. I brought in an E-Gift Card on my phone that I was awarded from work and the Instruction says to simply provide the E-Gift Card Number and Pin to the Cashier at the time of transaction which is what I did. The cashier had no idea how to use the E-card so she paged for a Manager to come to the Register. So the manager shows up and tells me that I need to go back home and print out my email because supposedly it will provide a BarCode to scan. I live in Spanaway by the way. And I tried telling the manager multiple times that the E-Card DOES NOT come with a Barcode. They simply need to manually enter the E-Card number into their Register and use the Pin I provided them. The manager insisted that there is NO WAY for them to enter the Number into their system. Not only did she argue with me, she kept talking down to me like I was stupid. So I just ended up paying for our items with my Debit Card and left. The next day 10/25/19, I go to the Old Navy at the Tacoma Mall and guess what? The Cashier was able to put the E-Card Number into their system. She refunded my transaction back to my Debit Card and rerang all my items and used my E-Card. No problem. I told her my experience at the Auburn Branch and she apologized profusely. The Tacoma Branch will continue to receive my support. Word of advice to avoid going through what I did and save your self some embarrassing at the hands of poorly trained staff, DO NOT bring in an E-Card to the Auburn location. I love Old Navy in general. While I don't like the Super Mall (what is so super about it?), I do come here for the Rack and Anne Taylor outlet. The Old Navy is so conveniently close to the Anne Taylor. Their sweetheart jeans fit me wonderfully, but like other people have mentioned, always try them on. Even if they are the same pair you have at home. I've once grabbed the same pair, size, color, etc only to get home and have them be too small. The clothes are generally hit or miss on fit, but I always find lots of options to try on. It's more of a casual vibe. They have a nice selection of accessories to try out as well. The employees have always been friendly and there are lots of rooms to try on clothes with no item limit (at least not that I've ever had enforced). Wouldn't stop here just for this store, but I always check it out when I'm at the Super Mall. read more

Came here on Black Friday around 8 AM. Everything was fully stocked, clothes were clean, folded, or hung nicely (super surprised as after the 6 AM morning dash on Black Friday most stores are chaotic). Got a dressing room as soon as I walked over to the dressing area. Stood in line, quite long, that moved fast. Was helped by Jonathan at the cash register. Super friendly, outgoing, and made me want to talk to him. He told me to look out for some good Cyber Monday deals and asked about my morning. I don't know if Jonathan is seasonal or not, but his personality and smile is contagious and he needs to be hired on full time. Only complaint is I was trying to download a coupon that was e-mailed to me and both the wifi and my data could not pull up the e-mail. read more

I spoke with Ben the general manager and he resolved the issue. He even offered to refund me on my debit card and ring me up on my old navy credit card so I could get the rewards points. Gahhhhhhh!!!! Please straighten your store! I couldn't really shop because it was such an absolute disaster. Very disappointing.

I have a few things to say in general about making the schlep to the supermall: go early. As early as you can physically do. You'll thank me later. Take a bottle of water with you, you don't want to venture into the food court. Eat before you go. Make sure you get a protein-packed breakfast, because you're gonna need the calories for decision-making, mall-walking, clothes-trying, and cash-spending. That all said, I have to give props to the Old Navy in the Ubermall, for hiring a really cool chick. Last Saturday, I woke up at 8, and said to myself, 'self- you need new work clothes, and you're operating on a tight budget. Get thee to the Ann Taylor outlet at the supermall.' and off I went. Then why am I writing a review for Old Navy? Because, after my foray into the Ann Taylor and spending my money there, I stopped in to Old Navy in search of some jeans and maybe a jacket. The jeans I went looking for weren't there, and the early morning coffee and muffin breakfast (read: not enough protein to see me through) were wearing off. On my way out, I caught gaze of a jacket that seemed really cute. I put down my 45 pound purchases, took off the old-lady sweater I was wearing to throw off the commission-hungry salessororitysisters, and tried on the jacket. It felt good, I liked the fabric. Something in my intuition said it didn't look quite right, though. Now, we know outlet stores aren't known for being terribly neatly kept, because the poor employees are too busy tending to the throngs of bargain shoppers to really keep the place tidy, and the architects of these stores aren't particularly concerned with how convenient I experience the store to be (heck, I drove to Auburn on a Saturday morning- how convenient is that??). But my blood sugar was crashing, and I just wanted to see this jacket on me and make a decision. I started to freak because I couldn't see a mirror anywhere, and I didn't want to pick up all my stuff and wander around the store in search of a mirror, on a 'maybe' that I might be making a purchase. Enter the only real girl in the store. She approached me with her headeset cord swinging like Serena Maurer's ponytail in grade school: "Can I help you?" "does this jacket work on me?" "tie the belt. still, no. I don't like it." "thank you." I took the jacket off and left the store. I was crashing so hard that I didn't even stand in line to purchase the incredibly cute, knit patterned tights that were $4. I had to get out of there, and now. But I was hypnotized by the bargains to be had! That salesgirl rescued our moment out of the jaws of insanity, let me escape the store without causing a scene or passing out from hungerpanic. I shudder to think what would have happened had she told me it looked good. I might have been suckered into staying. This entire rave is dedicated to that lovely salesgirl who told me the truth. Thank you, Old Navy salesgirl, for not blowing sunshine up my butt. Thank you for letting me get to the car where half an iced americano was waiting for me, sweating in its cup holder more than I was after trying on clothes for two hours. read more
