This little Sumner boutique has cute, functional items that I use everyday with my baby. One of my favorite brands (copper pearl) because of there breathable soft fabrics is here. I highly recommend. One of the ladies working reccomended a onsie by harp angel and its so breathable; my baby boy loves it. The prices are also comparable as products are similar priced on amazon but I prefer to do small business shopping where I can feel and know I'm getting quality products as I have found here. I highly recommend SugarBabies for high quality baby gear. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. As first time parents, we learned a lot about the different features and things to look for in strollers, car seats, etc. by talking with them. All their products are well-priced for their quality level. They're comparable to Pottery Barn Kids or West Elm. If I can buy it from these guys, though, I'd rather support the local economy. Went the day before looking for tights for toddlers and will they had one color which was Neutral in color which would match most of the outfits and dresses that I had just bought for my granddaughter. The sales clerk handed me the pair and I said this is a good color this would work its neutral. I did ask for a size 3T or a 4T but when I returned home I noticed it was a 12 month in size clearly this is T going to work I returned and she did not have the size I was like oh for! I was upset waist my time and all the have is store credit! So before you ask make darn sure they get the size you need. I would think the business would have more on hand being it is a higher end Boutique I've shopped in mini boutiques for children and this one needs a lot of work. My daughter was born two weeks before her due date. I planned on ordering her stroller but right before ordering I called the store with a couple of questions regarding shipping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lady I spoke to ensured that if I placed my order while she's in front of her computer she would push my order and overnight it and that's exactly what I did. Customer service is hit or miss. Lately my wife and I have stopped in and there was one gal who we said hello to and she literally didn't not say anything back or ask us if we needed any help. They've got some fun kid stuff and we always prefer supporting local business over big box...BUT, after we learned there are no returns, even with a receipt, unopened merchandise, and a day later. NOPE. Only an exchange. Which luckily it was only like $30, but I can't imagine buying a high priced item and being stuck with it, or having a $1,000 store credit. Really a bummer and just such a lame policy that I didn't know even existed. Would love to support still, considering we've already dropped a pretty penny at this store. We ordered a crib and dresser set from their website with a delivery date of 4-8 weeks. We are now in the 9th week and we are being told they don't know when it will even be delivered to their store. Which apparently then needs to be repacked and then sent to our home. I was told since it's a freight truck they don't scan the trucks so they are "hopeful it will show up soon" This is very frustrating when two major pieces of a nursery are missing and now it's much too late to even cancel and order from another site since my baby is due very soon. The shop has not even been in communication with us until we started calling and asking about the status of the delivery. Extremely unhappy and will not be doing any business with them in the future. read more

I've been here several times with the wife. She likes to shop here sometimes because its consignment section had decent stuff. The store also has consignment stuff (Baby rocker T's, stuff for the hip parents/kids), but the prices on those items are way to high honestly to spend on a infant that is going to wear a shirt once before they outgrow it. Service was wonderful, the staff was extremely informative even though I was only in the research planning stage. Thy had at least 5 cribs on display that until now I had only been able to find online. Tons of top designers and products i also had only seen online. They knew which baby carriers parents really preferred, and they weren't the ones i had seen in the top lists online. I learned so much about their strollers and got try them out, and again they had top rated ones in store that i did not prefer once i compared them side by side. I will certainly be registering here! I don't live local, but SugarBabies was one of the few shops I could find that was selling the glider/ottoman that I wanted for my babies' nursery. I was THRILLED when Stephanie offered to work with me to not only custom order the chair, but also coordinate to help me get it shipped to my location in Alaska! When the chair was created, the manufacturer made a mistake (by no fault of SugarBabies), but SugarBabies went above and beyond to make it right, even covering additional shipping costs for something that wasn't their fault! Everyone needs to go to SugarBabies! We live in Seattle and I found them because they are one of the retailers for the glider I wanted. So glad we took the drive down there! Seriously they have the sweetest things, it's so well laid out with great, unique baby brands, and the girls who work there are so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. i love this place! I have two kids under two and it always feels like a treat to go here. They have some high end stuff that you don't see in regular stores. I just purchased the new Nuna Exec car seats for my twin boys. You can imagine how expensive things get when you have to buy 2 of everything. I really wanted the Nuna Exec car seats but couldn't justify it without a sale price. Sugar Babies had limited inventory left and offered a discount of 20%. I sent them a text to order and they responded immediately! They only had 1 left so I was able to get the sale price on that and since I still needed a second, they offered me a smaller discount on that one as well! I can't believe how quickly they responded at 7:30PM and how easy it was to place my order via text. I have been a loyal customer of SugarBabies since my first grandson arrived a couple years ago. So while I came for the really cute clothing and gear I have stayed because of the truly exceptional service I have received primarily from Stephanie who I believe is the store manager. However, these are boutique items so these are not your average Carter or Child of Mine items! They carry all the bigger nice brands, like Freshly Picked, and smaller boutique brands that I had never heard of but that are absolutely adorable. So I bought my son some Robeez back in March and suddenly the seams of the shoes were coming undone. I called and spoke to Jan who stated to bring the shoes back in and they could swap them out. Even though I couldn't find my receipt, she stated it was no problem. I brought the shoes back in today. Unfortunately I didn't get those names of the two gals that helped me but they were very helpful. They didn't have my son's size in the same shoe I was returning but were very helpful finding me a replacement. Even better, the replacement show was $8.00 cheaper with a better sole. read more

We were in Sumner and the dog needed out for a walk so I took the baby in here, Christmas stuff was on sale and I got some fantastic stuff! An amazing dress for next years Christmas! This was my first time going to Sugar Babies and I loved it. All the women were extremely helpful when helping me pick out a safe car seat for my 19 month old daughter. Not only that but since I needed this right away because my old one broke she helped me install it as well. Making sure I had everything I needed before I left. Which I did need an adapter so it would sit securely on the seat. When I got home and put my daughter in her new seat let's just say she loves it too! So comfortable it puts her right to sleep. My last car seat which was by baby trend was horrible she would cry having to sit in it. The car seat I bought was a Diono radion rxt. It has metal latches which make a huge difference. If you want quality that's going to last and a great shopping experience go here! It's worth it. You get what you pay for . . read more

This store use be my favorite and I have bought items from them in the past and had excellent service. This time I placed an order online. The order should arrive in about 6 weeks. So I wanted the timeframe called the store to get an update on my order. The clerk said she is in a meeting but will call you back to update. I never received a call so I called back again the clerk said she is waiting to talk with the vendor before calling you. I still after 2 weeks have never heard back. I called for the third time they said we can get her message to call you. I still don't know what is happening with my order. I walked into SugarBabies looking for the perfect nursery set. I had seen there selection online but I wanted to see the quality in person. I was blown away by the selection. They had little nurseries set up so I could envision what it would look like in my home. They were also running a promotion of a free mattress with crib and dresser purchase which was a bonus. I decided on the Athena collection for my daughters room. I can't wait to go back and purchase some clothes for my baby girl. read more
