I could probably buy a new set of 4 for that price at Target. $.50 is very reasonable and I would say at goodwill, that is the starting price of a mug and they do go up from there. This place made me happy, because everything here was nice and useable, and the prices were undeniable. There were a couple sour faces in the crowd and the women with the Trump case on her phone appeared to be unhappy with my dark complexion in her community, but guess what, I don't care. What does matter if my money is green, so be thankful I a spending both time and money in your community.

The store offers space on consignment to others. Each space is it's own little 'shop' and each item tagged with the price and vendor number. I saw some very nice older quilts and other household linens like pillow cases, doilies and what not. There are plenty of glasses, license plates, toys, records, metal goods, kitchen wares, jewelry. A bit of everything. The staff were pleasant. The store can be a bit overwhelming. You really have to 'look' carefully to see it all. You could spend a few minutes or a couple of hours. Out front they had a grocery cart holding the door open filled with 'free' treats. On this date, lemon pies that were approaching their expiration date. We are in here every month or so, looking through the selection; the options are frequently changing. I really like the shrubs & bitters selections they have available from a local producer. I don't know if more of these places are popping up, or I'm just starting to discover them, but…read moreit's kinda like shopping in a thrift store, except all the junk has been removed. Last summer I was in Portland and found a few stores like this, however, the merchants appeared to be outside of their minds as they were all charging $20 for $5 worth of merchandise. Sometimes it's clear what you are selling isn't rare, isn't collectable and you just bought it at Goodwill or a garage sale in hopes of tripling your money. Most of what I saw here was priced accordingly. There was an item or two that had a vintage look that wasn't vintage which could have been less, but no matter where you go, someone is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. This place is entirely out of the way, but I did discover a great taco spot across the street, so when the weather changes, it's possible I'll make a day out of hiking, shopping and tacos. Kudos to this shop owner. It's easy for a place like this to charge lunatic prices and offend shoppers, but the reasonable nature of this store is clearly the key to its high ratings and strong business flow.

I was looking for items for a work trip down in cali. Felt like I didn't have any winter items that would work I love how everything is color coordinated in the store! There were many seasonal items which was so fun! Some items were plus size and I do wish they were organized either with the same item or in their own section. Idk if that makes sense but they felt sporadic through the store. Again. I'm not sure if it's cause I was wearing a mask or had my dog or was young but I didn't feel 100% welcomed. Either way she got me a room and I tried everything on and it was mostly a hit but for one item that just wasn't right for the trip. However I loved the quality! So many things were such gorgeous amazing quality! I wanted to try some boots and she found my size and they were so comfortable! I got them with some earrings I think after she realized I was in for a big purchase she become nicer. But still. That's the reason for the 4 Stars. I wish I felt more welcomed. My mom had the spinach and mushroom, delicious too! The atmosphere is straight out of a vintage French café, with antique décor, cozy seating, and a warm, inviting vibe.
