I walked over to Dutch Brothers which is why I was walking past JC Penney, a store that has closed most areas where I am. I did get a beautiful picture of Mount Rainier, and that was a highlight. But the walk was long and the dark JCP was creepy. But, they have some pretty big-name stores inside and had it been earlier (and not quite so dark) I probably would have walked through the mall, however, I chose not to and walked around. I'd definitely hit up Target again, and if I wanted a place to walk around, I'd consider it. But, I don't know what they can do to rebrand, because they look like the mall closest to me which closed, so other than the Target, I wouldn't really want to come by. But there are some other great malls in the area and maybe they can go by and get some ideas about how to perk themselves up.

But today it was a pleasant surprise at how friendly the sales person was. We were welcomed right when we first walked in and the sales person was eager to help us select an item to try on. There's no sales pressure here, when shopping with my daughter. She knows exactly what she's looking for and if she doesn't see it, then it's on to the next store. I was looking for a comfortable shoe for my daughter, something easy to slip on and off but also at a decent price! The sales person was very accommodating making sure the shoe fit well and secure. Not too big or bulky. The size I had requested was not available but they had the shoe my daughter wanted in a half size bigger than what we were looking for. Thankfully either this brand runs small or her feet grow a bit this past week I'm thinking she grow this was my first time purchasing the brand but it fit like a glove and she was happy, in return I was also happy Plus!!!!! They still provide military a discount on your purchases. The lady who helped us was very kind and sweet. The lady went in the back to ask whom I assume is a manager a question and I can hear them laughing and the lady was making fun of me for saying the shoe was dirty and had a tag stapled on it...she gave me such a hard time when all I wanted to do was exchange for a different clean shoe. Will never spend another time here. Strange interaction and attitudes.
