She spent more time with her own dog than training. Very disappointed. I'm posting in hopes that management speaks to the trainer A_____. And requests she not bring her dog. She said it was to show an example of a trained dog. Her dog was no more trained than our 4 month old puppy! It's also a year old.

She enjoys Khloe's gentle nature and we like how she cares for her. While I was there, I watched several large breeds being trimmed and was surprised how chill they were. They helped me fill out a found pet card, printed the photos of the dogs and gave me suggestions on what to do and where to go to try and find their home. Kobe has anxiety, so he always gets the first appointment of the day, and Shay is so patient, gentle, and loving with him. It's obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms, and Kobe adores her. She always gives him the cutest puppy cut, which is perfect for surviving the Arizona summer while still looking handsome. Kobe comes home looking and smelling great every time.
