I'm really not impressed by Klatch! In my opinion it's like a Starbucks. In fact, it's probably for those who hate Starbucks and the next best chain is Klatch. I personally did not like the coffee, I got a vanilla iced latte, it was so so sweet. I didn't even finish the coffee-let me say, I NEVER let coffee go to waste especially almost $7 lattes. My husband ordered a sandwich which looked and according to him tasted good! My kids wanted a $6 box that had grapes, a hard boiled egg, cheese and almonds. Overall, it's basic coffee in my opinion, nothing special about throwing together some syrups from a bottle and expresso. My Preferred coffee shop makes their own vanilla syrup and it doesn't taste like bottled vanilla-huge difference! read more

Klatch Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Dimas, California

Came in for an Americano at around 5pm. Employees were friendly and quick to serve. Had to ask afterwards for cream as there were none out in the self service bar, but they were quick to oblige. Coffee was good. Definitely would come back if I was in the area again. read more

I took a sip of my Creme Brulee latte and said "Whoa, this is really good." I am a latte gal, so I have had plenty from various coffee shops. This one tasted unique - it was creamier and flavorful, but not in an overpowering way. I normally like to slowly sip on my coffee, but I just couldn't stop drinking it. I am definitely coming back to try more drinks! read more

This was one of my favorite coffee places ever to come to, but lately I have four myself avoiding it ! There's always a long line which I understand but Te wait is ridiculous! Also the app is such a pain ! Even when I order thru the app I find myself waiting forever , and never beings greeted . There's always something missing too. I went in this week and there was no note brew . Last time no cap on tap but it lets you order , it's frustrating. The drinks have not been up to par either , considering most are over 5 bucks . The employees always look stressed and sad too . read more

I've been to this location many times and many times over. It's always good, never really had a bad coffee here. Once it was up to par they fixed for me no issues. They are always super nice especially Rocio she always remembers me. Very sweet if you get the chance to go in all the staff are friendly. read more

This place is a definite 5 star and treasure of the San Dimas area. Location: honestly it's a nice spot off the 57 and close to the 210 in the San Dimas shopping center. Plenty of parking and lots of other great stops nearby for a errand filled weekend day (e.g. Target, Trader Joe's, etc). People: absolutely fantastic!!! Always happy and there to make you feel extra welcome. Even today, one barista noticed I was browsing their 12 oz coffee bean selections to take home and jumped in to provide helpful tips and recommendations. Food: great for breakfast/brunch/lunch!!! Since they redid/updated their decor/furniture and menu some things have changed but for the better!! Also, if you have a favorite from before the change, just ask and they might still be able to make it for you. Today, they helped me out by making me a Count (Monte Cristo sandwich) from off the old menu and it was amazing!! Coffee: obviously important and they absolutely crush it!! Their cold brew is particularly on point and nice that they have a variety of different milk alternatives to choose from for espresso based beverages. Keep up the great work Klatch!!!!!!!!!! read more

Great coffee! I was one of their original customers in Rancho Cucamonga back in the early nineties. Used to have coffee cups hanging on the wall that the customers designed. Mike and Cindy would have them made. Always great coffee, and awesome customer service. God bless them both! read more

The customer service is spot on! When you walk in there is a nice vibe to study and relax and lots of bright open space. The cappuccino chip muffin is amazing and is very warm and perfectly moist and crunchy. I ordered the seasonal mint mojito ($1 when you check in on yelp) and it's a little too sour for my taste but very refreshing. read more

Came here for coffee and a quick bite. I got a regular latte with their house made cashew milk (0.90 cents extra) and the turkey pesto sandwich. Personally, did not like the cashew milk. I just felt like it made my coffee way too thick and not really a smooth drink. Perhaps it would taste better with a different beverage? I'd probably try something else to drink next time. The turkey sandwich was very delicious. So simple yet so flavorful ! Exceptional customer service as well. They were very patient with my indecisiveness. Would go back again ! read more

Ended up in San Dimas for bizarre reasons but I'm so glad I came across this coffee shop! I love trying out new coffee shops that have interesting flavors. I ended up getting an iced caramel brûlée latte and a lavender honey oatmilk latte which came highly recommended by the barista. Both were equally amazing! Staff were superrrrr sweet and welcoming!! They asked me my preferences and gave me great recommendations. Wish this location was closer to me but I will definitely be dropping by when I'm in the area!! read more

Klatch Coffee - Iced Crme Brle Latte and Iced Vanilla Bean Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Dimas, California

I've had Klatch Coffee twice now. The first time was at LAX (I forget the terminal) and the second was today at this location. Both times I got an Americano. Both times it was amazing. At LAX I was pleasantly surprised that they carry heavy cream because aside from Starbucks, most other coffee joints don't have it. When I tried it at LAX, it was the best Americano I'd had so I wanted to try it again to see if it was a fluke and to see if they are consistent (which Starbucks has a real problem with). That was a few months ago I tried it at LAX. I happened to in the area today and got another Americano the same way I did the first time, w a splash of heavy cream as usual, and it was exactly as I remember having it at LAX. The only bummer is there isn't very many locations of these and much less any close to home. I wish there was a location closer to me or somewhere in DTLA so I could go during my work week. read more

It's amazing I keep giving this place chances. I stood in there waiting for my mobile order for like 15 minutes because they never called out that my order was ready so my drink was just sitting there because they didn't announce that it was mine. So now I have watered down coffee this morning. Maybe I just need to try another location cause San Dimas does not have its shit together. read more

Klatch Coffee is a small coffee shop located in a small plaza. We decided to come here from all the glowing reviews on Yelp. It's a cute little place. There's modern interior that looked like they had pulled some stuff from Ikea. Lots of seating throughout. This includes one long table, some tables, a couch, and some high chairs. I ordered the Iced Creme Brulee Latte. I tasted more of the bold espresso rather than the creme brulee itself. The creme brulee flavor was so subtle if I closed my eyes and drank it, I would have no idea. I was taking in heavy sips to see if I would get more creme brulee and no it just wasn't there. It seemed like there as a bit of a balance issue. I mean it was good, but not great. My sister ordered the Hot Creme Brulee Latte. She didn't really like it. I had a sip as well. It definitely looked better than it tasted. It wasn't hot but rather lukewarm. I could only attribute the temperature mishap to possibly all the heavy foam on top. Again, there seems to be a bit of a balance issue. I also ordered a turkey melt which was okay. I liked everything but the bagel bread itself. Due to the bagel bread, I felt like I was eating a bitter sandwich. The tomatoes were fresh, the turkey was good, and the cheese was spot-on but that bagel bread was just not for me. The baristas are super friendly here! It gives this place a nice touch. I guess I had high expectations but if I do come back, I'll order a different kind of coffee. read more

Most of the patrons were regulars and the baristas knew them by name. Decor was modern and well-lit. They also showcase local artists artwork; Service: Love the service. Jenn and Christina were very helpful, attentive, and very friendly. They were thorough in explaining about the history of Klatch and the process of producing their cold brew. Drink of choice: Guess what I got?? *whispers* You're suppose to say cold brewww! :) Normally I like bolder and acidic cold brews, but ended up trying something lighter. I ended up getting the Tanzania Shiwanda Estate nitrogen seasonal cold brew, which was brewed for 24 hours. I was able to taste some of the fruity undertones of cherry and tangerine. Food: In order to use my card, I ended up getting an everything bagel with peanut butter also. I though the bagel was decent and complimented the nitrogen cold brew well. FYI- Cold brews come in one stardard size of 16 oz. If you order without ice, it's served in a smaller cup that is 9 oz. Will definitely come back for more! read more

I was so excited to try their coconut milk espresso! Then I realized it was a seasonal drink. Darn it! I guess another time. When I first walked it, first place that popped in my head was Starbucks! Their layout totally looks like a Starbucks. Who knows, maybe it was a Starbucks before and became what it is now. Yelp offered a check-in deal, 10% off seasonal drinks, so I ended up getting their iced lavender latte. The lavendar syrup was homemade, so it had a pretty strong scent when I opened the cap of the cup. I enjoy strong coffee, so the combination with the lavendar and coffee was just right for me. I got the cappuccino muffin, warmed, along with my drink. I think it would taste better I had a warm drink instead. Note that this place also have food such as salad, soup, sandwich and paninis. Overall, comfortable place to work in, make sure to bring a sweater because it can get cold in there (like a Starbucks). I'll be coming back for that coconut milk espresso! read more

I've never been to Klatch. I was looking for an alternative from the friendly neighborhood competitors so I could do some work and indulge in wi-fi and air conditioning. I needed...not coffee. Had coffee all day and let the barista know it and he instantly drove into an informed explanation of some refreshing alternatives. My man had it down. The ONLY drawback is the dearth of electrical outlets. Maybe it's by design but the outlet situation is lacking and perhaps discourages loitering but.......I have a paper. Help me out. Nice place, however, and will be back...with a fully charged laptop. read more

Klatch Coffee - Strawberry Mint Sparkler - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Dimas, California

By far the best coffee house east of Los Angeles (San Dimas location). Also have the location at LAX, Ontario and Rancho. I have had coffee in the LAX location and have been wanting to try a full store location. These guys are all about quality - roasting their own beans. Sourcing them from award winning growers. You can tell by the constant flow of customers into this place. Be prepared to wait a little longer than usual for your coffee but it's well worth it. The baristas here put a lot of craftsmanship into their brews. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee! They offer all your traditional brews plus a selection of teas, iced, blended and non coffee alternatives. Even a cool root beer float. The pastries are excellent and they have boars head meat for their sandwiches and paninis! A great selection of sandwiches, salads and breakfast items. Plus coffee by the pound in some cool packaging for gifting. Plenty of parking and interior/exterior seating. Good wireless. Mix of locals, travelers and Java junkies. A really friendly place to hang. Kid and dog (patio) friendly too. If you are a coffee aficionado add this one to your bucket list. This award winning coffee spot is worth the visit. Also don't forget Taza in Arcadia. read more

Dudes. I had a coconut milk latte here with my dad. They make their coconut milk in house. It was rich and creamy and delicious, and so unexpected. I'm glad the drink was so good because HOLY COW they were busy. We lucked out and got a seat, but I'll just tell you that if you're hoping for some quiet, focused ambiance, this is not your place. They also have some food items which all sounded really good, but I didn't get the chance to try any. I will be back on my next trip to my hometown. read more

Vanilla bean latte was soooo good. Definitely coming back and the customer service was good as well.

63 "check in's" later, I thought I would re-review. And yet again, I am sitting in Klatch writing this review. Obviously, I have nothing but great things to say about Klatch Coffee. By coming here at least once a week, and doing some people watching, I can honestly say the baristas that work here seem to really enjoy their job. Every single employee seem to really like their job and that joy, excitement, and passion for what they do feeds off onto their customers. They smile, they greet, and they seem to make it a mission to make every customers experience here a great one. With greetings of hello and goodbye, it is a very welcoming place. It does have its peak hours where all the tables are taken and its super crowded but that just shows how much others enjoy the atmosphere, coffee and food. Coffee is absolutely delicious, as are the sandwiches. I think I have tried almost every sandwich on the menu, and every time they come out absolutely perfect, looking uniform no matter who makes it. Great place! If you are in the area or just passing through and and craving some coffee--come to Klatch. And if you are craving a sandwich, drop on by! read more

AMBIENCE FOR STUDYING: I hunted this place down to have a nice study location and my it was pretty nice. Upon walking in, there are plenty of seating places. About 5 mini tables, one round table (4 chairs but more can squeeze) and one long table (seats approximately 6-8 people). There are also two lounge areas featuring a coffee table surrounded by couches... So PLENTY sitting area, which is LOVE. There are outlets along the wall so you most likely wouldn't have trouble with battling others to charge your laptop. The music is classy/jazzy and there's the wonderful aroma of coffee grounds and coffee-table-chatter. DRINK- Bees Knees, seasonal offerings ($4.75 for large with $1 off for check-in. The large is normally $5.75 but 8oz larger than the "small") Ivan recommended me the Bee's Knees which is sweetened with only honey. It was very creamy and tasty! I would prob try the Horchatte next but this super creamy, honey-y, and had the tiny hint of orange. I'm definitely coming back if I'm in the area! Another plus is that there is no problems parking AT ALL, there's a Daiso, Trader Joes, and Tarhet in the same plaza. Who could ask for any better stores to be around? Would definitely recommend it! read more

I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up and none of the employees bothered to bring it to my car. I waited for 20 minutes and they could see through the window that I was parked and no attempt was made. I also called several times and they didn't answer the phone. When I walked in to ask about my order, they just said "oh sorry about that". I asked them to refund me and they said "well here's your drink and it's still hot", but I had to insist they refund me. They didn't even offer a courtesy drink for keeping me waiting and the inconvenience. This is awful service!!!!! I wasn't the only customer that experienced this. I guess the gals didn't want to get wet or provide any good service today, what a shame. read more

This Klatch coffee place and the one in Rancho Cucamonga consistently makes good coffee. Therefore they deserved a five star, because in my experience, I'm tired of going to different coffee shops and the consistency with flavor are never the same. So I honestly prefer this place more than Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. My favorite drink is the Vanilla Bean Latte, it is so good! I never tried their sandwiches or pastry, but according to my nieces it is very good. read more

Amazing service ...always with a smile. Coffee is delicious and great breakfast sandwiches. Cool vibe.

Being a Cal Poly Pomona student, every day coming down here before class has almost become a tradition for me for a couple of years now. This is such a prime location right off the 57 freeway. I'm very easy going with my large iced cold brew; however, their specialty coffees are amazing. Pro tip. I always say if you're gonna grab a latte, drink it at Klatch that way they give it to you in a reusable mug, and the baristas get to show off their amazing Latte Art! read more

I've heard of klatch and I always drive past the rancho location but a friend wanted to meet here. This location isn't as great but the coffee is worth it. The barista recommended a nitro cold brew and it was soooo good. Ok, there are more and more things I do not like about this place, so I have no idea why I still keep coming here. On top of limited-to-2-hour -with-a-purchase-Internet, their air conditioning is out of whack! They turn it on really cold and strong! The new down thing is that you sit in oil fumes that come from cooking their grilled paninis. So instead of pleasant coffee aroma you get the burnt oil smell, and end up reeking of it for hours! They should save on air conditioning and install a ventilation system instead, seriously! Yes, their coffee and muffins are still good - I have to give it to them, so I might stop for a take-out, but probably won't keep in on my list of friendly working place. Alas. read more

I'm not a coffee fella but I really needed a latte the day after a late Friday night. The iced creme brûlée latte really hit the spot. The taste is a good mixture of coffee and caramel and milk. This is my FAVORITE coffee place! It will always be one of my go to places to study when I'm back home, because of how addicting their coffee is. There is a good amount of seating, and it's a perfect place to have group studies. The store gets pretty busy, especially during weekends. They have a great selection of drinks as well as coffee beans for sale. I recently found out that the organic grocery store near my university serves their coffee! I always get vanilla lattes at about any coffee shop, and this one has to be my favorite. I personally like the iced vanilla latte better, but the hot one is great too especially with the cute coffee art! Another favorite would be the creme brûlée latte, which is amazing! I'm telling you it's the beans they carry that makes every drink so addicting! They have seasonal specials and also a yelp check in discount for them. Staff here is very approachable and friendly. If you need any recommendations, they'll give you a great choice. Plus parking is amazing compared to the coffee shops in LA. If you're in the shopping mood there's a Trader Joe's and a target in the same plaza. Definitely give this place a shot if you're around the area! read more
