Are you looking for a new coffee addiction? Well here it is! If you like creamy, bold coffee then you've found it. My regular drink is the creme brûlée latte. Their cappuccino shake is also delicious. I love that their coffee is not overly sweet, and the taste of coffee is still bold, while having that creamy flavor. I dropped Starbucks the first time after coming here! Unlike Starbucks, Klatch is very consistent. read more

Came in for an afternoon coffee. Service was great and I was blown away with the flavor of the coffee. Their cold brew was by far one of the best I have had in a while. I should have purchased some coffee beans for at the house. I will definitely come back. Wow read more

It was my first time coming to this coffee shop. The two stars are for the staff being friendly and the interior is clean and spacious. I got a vanilla bean latte with almond milk and light sweeten. The only time I go to Klatch is during fall, and only for their jack o lantern. Although, I love how they use real pumpkin puree, I can't stand the wait. On one occasion, they lost my order and after 25 minutes of waiting I had to go up and ask, that's when they couldn't find it. Every other time I've went, it's always been a 25-30 minute wait, even when I call in my order. The last straw was when my order took over 30 minutes and my bf called to see if I was okay! I'm sorry, I'm not a patient person, I can't stand waiting. My life is fast paced, I never have enough time to get to point A to B, it just goes with the territory of living in LA. (That's why we have fasTrak, carpool lanes, order ahead, reservations, fast food, waitlist etc.) So I def don't have time standing around seeing people who ordered after me get their drinks first. Time is money. read more

We came in on a Saturday morning and it took 20 minutes to get a peach ice tea. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and they can be a long line however there was 5 employees working up front and it look extremely disorganized. The girl that was taking orders was basically doing everything on her own. The other 4 were talking to one another and not being very helpful to the cashier that was taking the orders and also making them. I don't think I'll come back... read more

I really like this coffee spot which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. My ONE complaint is when I go to pay and it feels like I'm being forced to leave a tip. It's such a small screen that we have to choose an option from and if I recall correctly there is not even an option to skip the tip. There have been many times I chose a large tip amount when that was not my intention. The small screen forces customers into an uncomfortable situation. The ONE time I brought it up to the cashier she looked at me like I was trash for even bringing it up! 99% of the workers there are awesome and I usually have no problem leaving tips, but I can't help but feel like this business is tricking their customers into tipping their employees. read more

Okay first off I'd love to say I come here often. Never once have I had an issue... Today, I ordered a large drink, pesto sandwich and salsa. Upon receiving my order, I asked for salsa (as it wasn't there) and then had to wait while two coworkers discussed if I should pay for it and get back in the line out the door. I then asked if I could have the salsa free as my drink was the wrong size and missing espresso shots and was told no. At the end of the day, customer service should be number one. It was salsa, not a drink or large ask. I hate writing reviews, especially at a local favorite, but today has me RATTLED. read more

Oh my goodness! Truly what an amazing team they have here at the Klatch. Today I ordered the Creme Brulee Iced latte (my absolute favorite from here!) and a Chai Latte through Uber eats to give myself a little pick me up for my Thursday. Unfortunately, i got a call saying that they ran out of chai latte for the day and asked if I would like to switch it out for another drink or cancel the drink. When talking to the girl on the phone, she was so sweet and apologetic and honestly trying to just find the best solution for me. We ended up agreeing to just switch it out for a iced Matcha with Lavender and oat milk, which I have never tried before, and let me tell you: IT IS AMAZING!! This is absolutely my new favorite drink to have and I wouldn't have known without her recommendation! And to top of my experience of the day, they left me a sweet note thanking me for understanding the mix up of the already gone chai latte and it really touched my heart to see this. It really was no trouble on my end to change the drink and it made me want to write this review to remind people to treat those in customer service with kindness and respect. They are going through this tough time of COVID as well so let's be kind to them and all those who work with the public because let me tell you, it's no easy task! But truly this San Dimas team is wonderful and I just love filling my coffee addiction from this delicious coffee store. read more

I come to this Klatch almost every Saturday. It's like 1pm. I took a bite of this chocolate chip cookie and it was perfect. I am aware my ideal cookie might be different than other people's. So please bear with me. I regularly purchase chocolate chip cookies from the San Dimas Klatch and I hope they come out this delicious all the time. The chocolate chunks were perfect. The cookie wasn't over cooked there was just enough chewy. It was love at first bite. Anyway all that and I didn't even mention the Kenya pour over with notes of tamarind candy, sun sugar tomato and nectarine. I definitely taste that tomato and I like it. If you haven't tried the matcha lattes here. Should be on your bucket list. read more

When you enter the store you can smell the fresh taste of coffee and it's so delightful. The store is spacious, they have several staff working all whom are wearing masks and gloves. I mentioned I've never been here and I was indecisive between two options. The staff manning the register told me the favorites and gave me suggestions. She asked what i normally like and told me she could try to make the same. She was very helpful. I didn't get her name but she had a cute burgundy hat on. The music playing is today's hits. Theirs pumpkins off the side which gives the place a little extra festive kick. There's two table benches outside with shade and a trash can right in front. On the menu they have their coffee drinks, sandwiches, hand scooped shakes, toasts and croissants, and breakfast options. Everything is displaced nicely so that it's readable and easy to distinguish the different options. I went with the Creme Brûlée' iced. It's pretty tasty and I'm not a big fan of coffee but this is a great pick me up. The Carmel she added helps the flavor since I'm a little picky. Next time I'll be trying their croissants! read more

BE WARNED - ONCE YOU GET HOOKED ON KLATCH, YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL SUFFER. This review is for their coffee, specifically. It's over for me. I now own a 5lb bag of Crazy Goat and guzzle coffee non stop. I look forward to mornings so I can brew my Klatch Coffee. I dream of all the other roasts I haven't tried yet. I follow their Facebook page and look forward to their emails. I was a Stumptown girl but now I'm a KlatchManiac. Delicious, best of breed, worth every cent. I've only been to this location once, after my partner brought home some Klatch (I live all the way in Burbank). This was during the pandemic - they were clean, abiding by the rules, and had amazing coffee. I bought a few bags of different roasts, tried them, and ended up ordering the 5 lb bag (which is now half empty). You have been warned. Best coffee around. Ethically sourced, Fair Trade, Delicious, amazing. read more

Been visiting family in San Dimas for 13 years and this has been our go to coffee spot in the mornings. We normally grab a latte and a pour over and walk our dog around the shopping center. No dogs are allowed inside btw. Their coffee is on point and their service is pleasant. Easy to see why they have 4.5 stars! read more

Not a HUGE fan of coffee but just might have become one thanks to this place! My first time here was today and I was kindly greeted by staff. I asked for recommendations and was actually given recommendations that were helpful (cannot recall the cashier's name). I have already told my friends about this place. I know this is a popular shop but like I said, I've never been here until today! I got the the vanilla iced latte and it was sweet, just the way I liked it. The only complaint I would have given is that the coffee taste was a little too weak for me and they didn't fill my cup all the way to the top but it's such a little thing to not mind. And maybe I'll get a shot of expresso next time. Will likely be spending all my Christmas money here trying pit all their drinks. I think I saw another customer with some type of tea in her hand and it definitely caught my attention! read more

Good coffee and a nice change from the standard Starbucks. All of their food is also made fresh and looks great. Order: Small iced vanilla latte with oat milk, asked for "not too sweet" - 5/5 Ham and cheese croissant - 4/5 Coffee was delicious and glad I asked for it"not too sweet" since it turned it just the way I like it. Plus the oat milk adds a little sweetness so it was perfectly balanced. The ham and cheese croissant was made fresh with thin slices of ham and two slices of Swiss cheese but it was a tad bit dry. It was warmed but only the edges actually get "melty" so the inside bites weren't as good. It was still yummy but since they make everything fresh/assemble the croissant themselves I might ask them to add just a small squeeze of mayo next time :) read more

I've been to Klatch a few times and this time it has upgraded a bit. I see new signs and decor. It looks a bit more newer and modern. I tried their creme brulee latte, I love anything creme brulee. I went on a Saturday morning a few mins before 9am, and surely there was already a line out the door. I had to wait to order and to get my coffee, the total wait time was about 20mins. The coffee was good and I was able to taste the flavor. It was nice and creamy. They also make their own alternative milk which is pretty neat. read more

I think this by far is the best coffee in town. They have very good customer service. The coffee has a very fresh taste and very nice aroma. I tried their latte and honestly it tasted like real milk very light and creamy. I do not take sugar in my coffee or tea but this coffee tasted naturally sweet. I hope they keep their quality up and this place is now my go to coffee shop. read more

This specific locations management has to be the worst of them all; they are terrible to their employees I can see it every time I go in. yummmmmy .. post workout fuel .. now ready to kick ass today . Top notch coffee .... you know the kind that just makes your heart happy. Many choices available for all tastes. Food is fresh, delicious, and made to order. Coffee beans are chosen for their exceptional taste , fair trade, and organic. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, lounge and table sitting. Great place to meet friends, study, or take a break. What I love the most is that, this is a genuine, and not pretentious ... these folks really care about their food, coffee, and service. I have ordered various breakfast specialties and seasonal coffees. All delish...my all time favorite is the very generous avocado toast.....u will be in heaven. The only thing that sometimes ruin the experience, is that there doesn't seem to be a designated area, for dirty dishes. I don't want to put dirty dishes on the counter....where people are ordering food.......and i don't want to leave it on the table..... Table space is limited and no-one wants to grab a table with dirty dishes. One tip..... if u prefer ur coffee in a ceramic cup...make sure u say that..... they are not consistent ...they ask for here to go.....but you never know if u will get a mug or paper cup.....so now me and my group...make sure to tell them.... please put in a mug. read more

I was referred to this place by a friend who is an absolute coffee snob. He can't stand SB (you know what I'm talking about) and I don't blame him; most coffee connoisseurs hate that coffee chain because they generally burn their beans for easy consistency. From the moment I walked through the door, it was a memorable experience. I was greeted with a cheery salutation from several employees. Service was great. The flavor of the coffee blew me away. There was no unpleasant after taste- it was smooth as a milk tea. I also got their avocado toast, which was really one of the best I've had based on both price and taste. Most places in Cali charge between $8-11 for a single avo toast. For a little over $7.00 at Klatch, I received this gigantic guacamole spread of what seemed like the whole avocado, garnished with fresh crunchy Persian cucumber slices. I've brought friends here, I treated others with to-go lattes and every single person was instantly impressed, if not obsessed, with Klatch. read more

Beating myself up right now because I could've been enjoying their coffee months ago. Thankfully I stopped by today & it was a great experience with great coffee! I walked in, and was happy to see there are outlets and tables/couches available to study (college student here!), and the music is not overly loud! Huge plus! Many coffee shops nowadays have their music blasting, and it makes it difficult to do work, but not here! The girls here working around late afternoon were so sweet & told me to let them know if I had any questions since it was my first time at one of their locations; I ended up getting the lavender latte, less sweet & a PISTACHIO MUFFIN!!? Yes.. you read correctly. And it's as amazing as you think it'd be. The lavender latte with less sugar was perfect! It was so creamy & delicious, I was thinking about getting another before I left. Love their coffee my recommendation is 'Crazy Goat' hints of Toffee, chocolate tones. The only area that concerns me here is they have not answered phone to date when I call to check if they have my selection of coffee (saving my trip gas/time) They have a phone and I have called 2 pm mainly afternoons no answer??!! This review is solely based on customer service. First time coming to this Klatch location, I usually go to the one in Ontario or Fontana. Waited in a long line ordered the Nitro Cold Brew which I have gotten at 2 other Klatch locations and they serve it WITHOUT ice which is how you are supposed to serve Nitro Cold Brew to really enhance the flavor of it. Also, they did not call out my name for the 1st drink but did for the 2nd drink and noticed a black "looking coffee" on the counter... which happened to be mine. The Nitro Cold Brew was full of ice (which is a BIG NO NO...imo). I would think since they work at a coffee shop they would know that Nitro Cold Brew is meant to be served with no ice. One female employee said they serve it with ice so I asked can I get it without ice she then served me which looked like a LITTLE 8 oz shot glass of Nitro Cold Brew. I looked at it thinking it was a mistake but it wasn't. I was so shocked that they served me a shot of Nitro that I forgot to mention to them that I order this at other Klatch locations and it's not that size. Honestly, I was disappointed since I did leave a generous tip when I placed my order and they didn't even bother giving me both Nitro Cold Brews the employees just looked like they never saw a customer ask a question before. 5 stars for coffee taste 3 stars for customer service read more

They have great coffee and is a great alternative to Starbucks.. just not enough of them around!

Was a big fan of Klatch. Staff keeps getting my order wrong. Won't be back anymore. Going back to Cotti Coffee.

*Starbucks like services with a lot better coffee *Traditional drinks served in a ceramic cup or to go cup *Great place to work / study however their internet is on the slower side (4.04 down / 9.11 up) *Seating and outlets can be limited but I always bring an extension cord read more

Cool vibes, coffee is good. It is overpriced though, everything is. This places manages to have the least friendly staff though really of ANY local coffee shop. And I'm sure they're fine people but... They are friendly to each other but most seem anti-social and most are not friendly to customers. Exceptions to this: Tyler, Emily The worst offender: Diamond (sorry I'm sure youre a nice person but this girl has never cracked a smile). Get a job you like, you dont have to make coffee and do customer service if its not for you. But if you're gonna do it, enjoy it. It's not like you're digging ditches. read more

I've always loved Klatch, but the last 2 times, they have gotten my order wrong. The first time, they were very busy, so they forgot the vanilla flavoring in my latte. My husband asked if I wanted to go back after we had driven away. We were not close, so I said, No. This last time, I wanted the almond milk in my latte, and I received regular milk. I can't drink regular milk,so I poured it out. I'm allergic to milk. This makes me wonder if I should go somewhere else. If I'm paying for a latte,vI should have it the way I ordered it. read more

My two go to coffee places are Philz and Klatch. They are simply the best of the best. I found out about Klatch when I was still working at Rancho and that was one of my best discoveries ever. My go to drink is their Ice vanilla latte with honey. You don't have to add the honey but either way it's great. I think the creme brulee one is pretty good too but I definitely still prefer their vanilla. I also tried their chocolate muffin and the avocado toast and they were great as well. read more

Klatch Coffee was alway a go to when I lived in the Inland Empire. There is a good selection and the coffee itself is good as well. Their price for cold brew was better than any other location I've been! I'm a huge cold brew fan and this was great for the price! This location has a funky modern decor and plenty of seating. Wow. Great tasting quality coffee under $5! I didn't think that existed until I came across Klatch. I'm a huge fan of cold brew coffee so I have, up until this point, only tried their cold brews and I have enjoyed each one. The coffee itself is bold, rich, and perfectly brewed. You dont get those hints of bitterness that some coffee shops cover up with excessive amounts of syrups and sweeteners. The coffee really shines through and each sip is pure enjoyment. You know I've literally been coming nearly every day for coffee here after finding this gem. My first visit was great but the ones following have been even better. I love this place so I definitely give them 5 stars. Try their toast. The avocado is amazing with Persian cucumbers. The one with goat cheese and honey is also amazing! I tried the Nutella one and that one I believe comes in a croissant. Also very delicious but my top one is definitely the avocado toast. I recommend the bees knees I think that's what it's called. It's a little on the sweet side but I usually just get 2 pumps of vanilla and it's still sweet enough. Their cold brew is also really yummy. I actually order that with some half and half, honey and orange peel and oh boy it's yummy. I need to try their sandwiches I still haven't. read more
