Okay first off I'd love to say I come here often. Never once have I had an issue... Today, I ordered a large drink, pesto sandwich and salsa. Upon receiving my order, I asked for salsa (as it wasn't there) and then had to wait while two coworkers discussed if I should pay for it and get back in the line out the door. I then asked if I could have the salsa free as my drink was the wrong size and missing espresso shots and was told no. At the end of the day, customer service should be number one. Oh my goodness! Truly what an amazing team they have here at the Klatch. Today I ordered the Creme Brulee Iced latte (my absolute favorite from here!) and a Chai Latte through Uber eats to give myself a little pick me up for my Thursday. Unfortunately, i got a call saying that they ran out of chai latte for the day and asked if I would like to switch it out for another drink or cancel the drink. When talking to the girl on the phone, she was so sweet and apologetic and honestly trying to just find the best solution for me. We ended up agreeing to just switch it out for a iced Matcha with Lavender and oat milk, which I have never tried before, and let me tell you: IT IS AMAZING!! This is absolutely my new favorite drink to have and I wouldn't have known without her recommendation! And to top of my experience of the day, they left me a sweet note thanking me for understanding the mix up of the already gone chai latte and it really touched my heart to see this. It really was no trouble on my end to change the drink and it made me want to write this review to remind people to treat those in customer service with kindness and respect. They are going through this tough time of COVID as well so let's be kind to them and all those who work with the public because let me tell you, it's no easy task! I come to this Klatch almost every Saturday. It's like 1pm. I took a bite of this chocolate chip cookie and it was perfect. I am aware my ideal cookie might be different than other people's. So please bear with me. I regularly purchase chocolate chip cookies from the San Dimas Klatch and I hope they come out this delicious all the time. The chocolate chunks were perfect. The cookie wasn't over cooked there was just enough chewy. It was love at first bite. Anyway all that and I didn't even mention the Kenya pour over with notes of tamarind candy, sun sugar tomato and nectarine. I definitely taste that tomato and I like it. When you enter the store you can smell the fresh taste of coffee and it's so delightful. The store is spacious, they have several staff working all whom are wearing masks and gloves. I mentioned I've never been here and I was indecisive between two options. The staff manning the register told me the favorites and gave me suggestions. She asked what i normally like and told me she could try to make the same. She was very helpful. I didn't get her name but she had a cute burgundy hat on. The music playing is today's hits. Theirs pumpkins off the side which gives the place a little extra festive kick. There's two table benches outside with shade and a trash can right in front. On the menu they have their coffee drinks, sandwiches, hand scooped shakes, toasts and croissants, and breakfast options. Everything is displaced nicely so that it's readable and easy to distinguish the different options. I went with the Creme Brûlée' iced. It's pretty tasty and I'm not a big fan of coffee but this is a great pick me up. The Carmel she added helps the flavor since I'm a little picky. Next time I'll be trying their croissants! read more

Order: Small iced vanilla latte with oat milk, asked for "not too sweet" - 5/5 Ham and cheese croissant - 4/5 Coffee was delicious and glad I asked for it"not too sweet" since it turned it just the way I like it. Plus the oat milk adds a little sweetness so it was perfectly balanced. The ham and cheese croissant was made fresh with thin slices of ham and two slices of Swiss cheese but it was a tad bit dry. It was warmed but only the edges actually get "melty" so the inside bites weren't as good. It was still yummy but since they make everything fresh/assemble the croissant themselves I might ask them to add just a small squeeze of mayo next time :) read more

Not a HUGE fan of coffee but just might have become one thanks to this place! My first time here was today and I was kindly greeted by staff. I asked for recommendations and was actually given recommendations that were helpful (cannot recall the cashier's name). I have already told my friends about this place. I know this is a popular shop but like I said, I've never been here until today! I got the the vanilla iced latte and it was sweet, just the way I liked it. The only complaint I would have given is that the coffee taste was a little too weak for me and they didn't fill my cup all the way to the top but it's such a little thing to not mind. And maybe I'll get a shot of expresso next time. Will likely be spending all my Christmas money here trying pit all their drinks. And I'm sure they're fine people but... They are friendly to each other but most seem anti-social and most are not friendly to customers. I've been to Klatch a few times and this time it has upgraded a bit. I see new signs and decor. It looks a bit more newer and modern. I tried their creme brulee latte, I love anything creme brulee. I went on a Saturday morning a few mins before 9am, and surely there was already a line out the door. I had to wait to order and to get my coffee, the total wait time was about 20mins. The coffee was good and I was able to taste the flavor. It was nice and creamy. They also make their own alternative milk which is pretty neat. read more

There was no unpleasant after taste- it was smooth as a milk tea. I also got their avocado toast, which was really one of the best I've had based on both price and taste. For a little over $7.00 at Klatch, I received this gigantic guacamole spread of what seemed like the whole avocado, garnished with fresh crunchy Persian cucumber slices. Beating myself up right now because I could've been enjoying their coffee months ago. Thankfully I stopped by today & it was a great experience with great coffee! I walked in, and was happy to see there are outlets and tables/couches available to study (college student here!), and the music is not overly loud! Huge plus! Many coffee shops nowadays have their music blasting, and it makes it difficult to do work, but not here! The girls here working around late afternoon were so sweet & told me to let them know if I had any questions since it was my first time at one of their locations; I ended up getting the lavender latte, less sweet & a PISTACHIO MUFFIN!!? This review is solely based on customer service. First time coming to this Klatch location, I usually go to the one in Ontario or Fontana. Waited in a long line ordered the Nitro Cold Brew which I have gotten at 2 other Klatch locations and they serve it WITHOUT ice which is how you are supposed to serve Nitro Cold Brew to really enhance the flavor of it. Also, they did not call out my name for the 1st drink but did for the 2nd drink and noticed a black "looking coffee" on the counter... which happened to be mine. The Nitro Cold Brew was full of ice (which is a BIG NO NO...imo). I would think since they work at a coffee shop they would know that Nitro Cold Brew is meant to be served with no ice. One female employee said they serve it with ice so I asked can I get it without ice she then served me which looked like a LITTLE 8 oz shot glass of Nitro Cold Brew. I looked at it thinking it was a mistake but it wasn't. I was so shocked that they served me a shot of Nitro that I forgot to mention to them that I order this at other Klatch locations and it's not that size. Honestly, I was disappointed since I did leave a generous tip when I placed my order and they didn't even bother giving me both Nitro Cold Brews the employees just looked like they never saw a customer ask a question before. 5 stars for coffee taste 3 stars for customer service read more

My two go to coffee places are Philz and Klatch. They are simply the best of the best. I found out about Klatch when I was still working at Rancho and that was one of my best discoveries ever. My go to drink is their Ice vanilla latte with honey. You don't have to add the honey but either way it's great. I think the creme brulee one is pretty good too but I definitely still prefer their vanilla. I also tried their chocolate muffin and the avocado toast and they were great as well. read more

Klatch Coffee was alway a go to when I lived in the Inland Empire. There is a good selection and the coffee itself is good as well. Their price for cold brew was better than any other location I've been! I'm a huge cold brew fan and this was great for the price! This location has a funky modern decor and plenty of seating. The service was fast and friendly. Can't say I'll be able to come much since I was passing through town for a meeting but overall this is a great place to grab a cuppa joe! read more

You know I've literally been coming nearly every day for coffee here after finding this gem. My first visit was great but the ones following have been even better. I love this place so I definitely give them 5 stars. Try their toast. The avocado is amazing with Persian cucumbers. The one with goat cheese and honey is also amazing! I tried the Nutella one and that one I believe comes in a croissant. Also very delicious but my top one is definitely the avocado toast. I recommend the bees knees I think that's what it's called. It's a little on the sweet side but I usually just get 2 pumps of vanilla and it's still sweet enough. Their cold brew is also really yummy. I actually order that with some half and half, honey and orange peel and oh boy it's yummy. I need to try their sandwiches I still haven't. read more

Wow. Great tasting quality coffee under $5! I didn't think that existed until I came across Klatch. I'm a huge fan of cold brew coffee so I have, up until this point, only tried their cold brews and I have enjoyed each one. The coffee itself is bold, rich, and perfectly brewed. You dont get those hints of bitterness that some coffee shops cover up with excessive amounts of syrups and sweeteners. The coffee really shines through and each sip is pure enjoyment. I went in last week and attempted to order Matcha, but they were out. Then I attempted to order a plain bagel but they were out. I had to wait a very long time for a cold brew. Did I mention the dirt I discovered on the lettuce of my sandwich? Apparently it is not pre-washed before serving to customers. Management seems overwhelmed and the cashier seemed to be doing 2 or 3 different roles. I even overheard the manager chastising employees which was so unprofessional and degrading. I'm really not impressed by Klatch! In my opinion it's like a Starbucks. In fact, it's probably for those who hate Starbucks and the next best chain is Klatch. I personally did not like the coffee, I got a vanilla iced latte, it was so so sweet. I didn't even finish the coffee-let me say, I NEVER let coffee go to waste especially almost $7 lattes. My husband ordered a sandwich which looked and according to him tasted good! My kids wanted a $6 box that had grapes, a hard boiled egg, cheese and almonds. Overall, it's basic coffee in my opinion, nothing special about throwing together some syrups from a bottle and expresso. Also the app is such a pain ! Even when I order thru the app I find myself waiting forever , and never beings greeted . There's always something missing too. This place is a definite 5 star and treasure of the San Dimas area. Location: honestly it's a nice spot off the 57 and close to the 210 in the San Dimas shopping center. Plenty of parking and lots of other great stops nearby for a errand filled weekend day (e.g. Target, Trader Joe's, etc). People: absolutely fantastic!!! Always happy and there to make you feel extra welcome. Even today, one barista noticed I was browsing their 12 oz coffee bean selections to take home and jumped in to provide helpful tips and recommendations. Food: great for breakfast/brunch/lunch!!! Since they redid/updated their decor/furniture and menu some things have changed but for the better!! Also, if you have a favorite from before the change, just ask and they might still be able to make it for you. Today, they helped me out by making me a Count (Monte Cristo sandwich) from off the old menu and it was amazing!! Coffee: obviously important and they absolutely crush it!! I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up and none of the employees bothered to bring it to my car. I waited for 20 minutes and they could see through the window that I was parked and no attempt was made. I also called several times and they didn't answer the phone. When I walked in to ask about my order, they just said "oh sorry about that". I asked them to refund me and they said "well here's your drink and it's still hot", but I had to insist they refund me. They didn't even offer a courtesy drink for keeping me waiting and the inconvenience. This is awful service!!!!! I wasn't the only customer that experienced this. I guess the gals didn't want to get wet or provide any good service today, what a shame. read more
