I love getting my drink with their house made almond cashew milk. The crème brûlée latte lives up to its name with toasty caramelized sugar notes. I had a nice conversation with the barista as well. She was very pleasant. The couches in this coffee shop make it feel warm and inviting to sit in and enjoy your beverage or meal. I only wish their pricing was more economic. I understand that you are paying for quality, so I will treat myself now and then. Be prepared, ordering a large latte with a milk substitution can set you back $8! All in all, this is still one of my favorite coffee shops. read more

This evaluation is for the owner/management. 1. Taste - I'm not a coffee connoisseur so take this review with a grain of salt. At home, I'll drink instant Folgers, ground Starbuck beans from Costco, Juan's coffee beans, or beans from Winco at home. The taste of Klatch coffee is superior to instant but not by much. 2. The environment is fine . It seems more appropriate for a gathering of friends for coffee. Klatch customer space is better than the Starbuck's environment across the street. 3. At Klatch, the small sofa furniture has to be changed. The padding is worn out you literally sink a few inches when sitting down. Time to toss those awful sofas. 4. Tipping. The "culture" of tipping is out of hand. Please pay the staff extra to prevent them from reminding clients to tip using a credit card machine. It's awkward for everybody. read more

Needed a coffee stop so thought we would check out this place. They are practicing social distancing. They don't accept cash. There was only one employee in the shop but she was very cheery and helpful. We got a Chai tea (hot) large size, and it was good. They had the option for cold or hot but it cost more to be cold, I'm not sure why. My chai tea flavors were all nicely blended and tasted good. I liked it. I paid a visit last month to this location and have also visited many other Klatch locations. These coffee shops are some of the best, especially in the I.E. Their drinks are consistently good quality, they have unique seasonal flavors, versatile (pour overs, lattes, nitro cold brews), and they carry their own roasted beans. They're also conveniently close by my favorite breakfast croissant place (Munchkins) and Donut Man- food circuit, anyone? WHAT TO ORDER *Coffee Beans* Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - their single-origin Ethiopian beans are some of the best I've had! Great for pour overs, and the flavor profile reminds me of chocolate covered strawberries. They roast their beans fresh and provide the roast date on the back of the packaging. *Drinks* Pumpkin spice latte - this is the best drink they have and they only serve it in the fall seasons. (And I'm not just saying that because I'm a basic PSL b) It's one of their most memorable drinks because they use actual pumpkin purée, and it's really good with any of their alternative milks. I typically order it with almond. Their homemade cashew milk (might've only been the Rancho location) had a slight sour taste- but sometimes alternative milks do this. Capp on tap (nitro) - this is one of their most popular drinks. I used to be really into nitro cold brews two years ago; this was a delicious twist. It's their famous cold brew with milk already added, on nitro. If you don't like your cold brews too strong, this is a great drink. For me, the added milk waters down the coffee a bit. This drink just has a fun name to say. Nitro cold brew - theirs is really great, no sour after taste that sometimes happens with cold brews (cough cough, Starbucks, I'm looking at you!!). Smooth, roasty, full-bodied. Also, no calories - I'm super into that! Vanilla bean or lavender latte - I swear I've had lavender once but it must've been seasonal. I like their vanilla bean latte. No frills, simple vanilla flavor while still letting their espresso shine. Not overly sweet. Comforting during the winter. Mochas - pretty good too and they use real chocolate. Reminder to stir your drink a bit (I know it ruins the latte art :( but you gotta!). Since they use real chocolate, it tends to sink to the bottom. Some klatch locations tend to add too much milk but then again, this is a latte. SOFT PASSES Chippuccino - I've ordered this drink several times because the name was so fun to say! Often, this drink turned out watered down from all the milk (more than the lattes). And the kind of chocolate they used (although enjoyable) sank to the bottom of the cup, so I couldn't really taste the chocolate that much either. Don't expect this to be a super chocolatey drink. The Everyman - I love Klatch's seasonal drinks. And I do enjoy coffee with sparkling water. This drink could have been made better. This drink has coffee, peach, lime, and sparkling water. Although this drink was good, refreshing, and the flavors played well with the coffee- the amount of lime added overpowered the peach. It was still a unique and delicious drink- I was just expecting more fruit. Also, too much ice- so maybe not worth it for $6/7 bucks. Strawberry Mint Sparkler - although it was good and refreshing, did I just order an overpriced virgin cocktail at a coffee shop accidentally? ORDERING PROCESS & SAFETY Masks are enforced and all employees are wearing them. Line markers on the floor. And hand sanitizer on the counter. No inside dining, but there are a couple tables outside. LOCATION Located at the end of this unusually long plaza (Past the Trader Joe's, Target, and Ross) nearby the 57 freeway. Near the Little Caesar's. Closer to Arrow Highway than Cienega. Idk who was working today but good lord man, get on the ball! I've only been here 2x and the first time I got a crime brûlée latte which was phenomenal! It was so good I decided to take a bit of a detour in order to snag another one since it has been weeks. For some reason the latte tasted only of milk and old coffee, left a weird filmy sensation in mouth as well. Now I would have marked it as a fluke but the matcha latte that I ordered for my fiancé was just as bad, it was like drinking water with a dab or matcha. Brazil Klatch Diamond Reserve pour over coffee was okay. I don't think I'm a big fan of that combination of flavors (blood orange, chocolate, and vanilla), which surprised me as I thought I would I like these flavors. Service was good. FYI, wifi is very bad. I lost connection quite frequently before I finally decided to leave for another coffee place with better wifi. Definitely not a good place for working if you need Internet. I placed an order on the app and when I arrived location turned out that they did not have my order, somehow my order got sent to the Ontario location and when I called I spoke to Josh and he kindly mentioned that he would send the order over himself to make sure that I didn't lose out on my money or my order. Although I'm not sure how the order got placed at their location I really appreciate Josh going above and beyond to help me rectify the issue not even five minutes later the staff at the San Dimas location, Mari, was able to fill my order with a smile. I've passed by this place so many times and never knew it was a coffee shop, but today (a Sunday) when every coffee shop is closed except Starbucks which we kind of wanted to avoid we stumbled upon this place on the map. It looked nice from the photos and everything so we decided to give it a shot. Parking was easy which was nice. We walked in and it was clean and surprisingly big inside. It was organized and cool (temperature wise) and the music was nice too. There are tons of places to sit and there were a couple groups (of like 2-3 people) seated across the place. When we walked in we went to check the menu and the cashier lady kind of picked up on that and told us to let her know if we had any questions about the menu. The menu was organized and it had everything listed that was in the food and drinks. Some places don't have that so when I get a surprise ingredient I'm not too happy, but that's because I'm a picky eater. Anyways this place was very patient and relaxed we did not feel any pressure when it came to ordering. I asked her how the eskimocha was and she said it was good. Which by the way it was! My we also got a house pour over which was good too. There are two windows one for ordering the one next to it for pick up. When given the drinks the cold drink had a lid and the other drink which was hot didn't come with a lid since they have lids and straws out at the pick up table so you can put them on yourself. Everyone was super nice it was easy going for our first time and it was welcoming. The place was big and organized and I will definitely be coming back. The créme brûlée latte is my go to (with whole milk) for a decadent treat-yourself drink. Perfectly sweet & caramely! All the baristas are perfectly pleasant & very helpful if you have any questions or need any recs. It's a very welcoming environment. I really like this coffee spot which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. My ONE complaint is when I go to pay and it feels like I'm being forced to leave a tip. It's such a small screen that we have to choose an option from and if I recall correctly there is not even an option to skip the tip. There have been many times I chose a large tip amount when that was not my intention. The small screen forces customers into an uncomfortable situation. The ONE time I brought it up to the cashier she looked at me like I was trash for even bringing it up! 99% of the workers there are awesome and I usually have no problem leaving tips, but I can't help but feel like this business is tricking their customers into tipping their employees. read more

I've always loved Klatch, but the last 2 times, they have gotten my order wrong. The first time, they were very busy, so they forgot the vanilla flavoring in my latte. My husband asked if I wanted to go back after we had driven away. We were not close, so I said, No. This last time, I wanted the almond milk in my latte, and I received regular milk. The only time I go to Klatch is during fall, and only for their jack o lantern. Although, I love how they use real pumpkin puree, I can't stand the wait. On one occasion, they lost my order and after 25 minutes of waiting I had to go up and ask, that's when they couldn't find it. Every other time I've went, it's always been a 25-30 minute wait, even when I call in my order. The last straw was when my order took over 30 minutes and my bf called to see if I was okay! I'm sorry, I'm not a patient person, I can't stand waiting. My life is fast paced, I never have enough time to get to point A to B, it just goes with the territory of living in LA. (That's why we have fasTrak, carpool lanes, order ahead, reservations, fast food, waitlist etc.) So I def don't have time standing around seeing people who ordered after me get their drinks first. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and they can be a long line however there was 5 employees working up front and it look extremely disorganized.
