I was greeted generously by this girl Honey (I believe her name was, pink hair maybe) She was awesome! And I'm very indecisive when it comes to trying new items not going to lie, she offered me samples of the nitro options. Had patience with me and had a great knowledge of what it all tastes like I ended up getting a cold brew with lavender creamer overall, but I really appreciated her service, and drink was fire! I of course did my research on Yelp before deciding on this place to try their very popular creme brûlée latte. It definitely did not disappoint, even though I ordered it less sweet (I don't usually like my coffee that sugary). I got a regular size but I really should have gotten a large, since I am rarely ever in this area. Final verdict: get the iced creme brûlée latte!! Seems like management changed at this location. Recently coffee quality is not the same. Unprofessional customer service. More training is required for employees. They leave the customers half way through their orders and start preparing other orders. I want my voice to be heard to the owners of this place so they can make it great again. read more

Parking, large lot and not very busy. Easily found a close spot. Arrived at 3pm. Quaint little shop. Didn't really look around at merchandise. Went directly to order one of their seasonal drinks recommended by the associate, lavender latte (iced). Used the $1 off check-in and went big (or go home). Really mild drink with that slight hint of lavender. Not too sweet, but definitely satisfies the sweetness craving. Wouldn't be my go-to drink and was debating between this and the creme brûlée. Maybe next time. Prices seem average. Paid $4.75, remember that's after the $1 check-in discount. The store had a lot of seated guests, so I went to the outdoor seating. No umbrellas at the table, but today's weather is actually worth being out in the sun. I would definitely come back again to try something new. Came back for the horchatte, a seasonal iced beverage. Yes, you guessed it, horchata and expresso. 2 favorites in one and was highly recommended by the cashier, so I tried it. Not too sweet and the horchata isn't over powering the expresso. This review is only for a standard latte. Maybe the machine needs cleaning? I ordered a latte for the first time a couple weeks back. It was terrible. This morning, I decided to give it another shot, and again ordered a latte. The barista called my name, and I got my drink. It looked beautiful. Took one sip and it went straight into the trash. It tasted like chemicals. In all honesty, I'm not a picky latte drinker...and it's not often at all I would throw away a fresh prepared latte. I'm not sure why, but it tasted really bad. read more

Honestly, 3/10 times I come here my drink gets messed up. It's always a milk issue (I can clearly taste/see when it's not almond milk) lol. But it's still amazing regardless. I'll still drink it, but if I ever do request the fix they do it no problem. It's just literally that a few times my drink gets the wrong milk, yet I paid/got charged for the one I wanted. All the baristas are super sweet. It's never loud in there, I think there's music? But it's at a low setting which makes it a great place to study/chat with a friend. I just bought two bags of beans which cost a total of $39, most places like Starbucks and Coffee Bean offer a small free black coffee as a thank you. I asked the nice girl at the front if they offer a complimentary small black coffee she said no but then said let me ask. She went to the back and asked someone and they said no. First of all my iced coffee was $9. I got the crème bruleeiced latte with oatmilk. It was EXTREMELY sweet. I was unable to even finish half of it. This drink is usually made with half and half, I can't even imagine how much sweeter it would be if I got it regular. Also, the staff was very dry, they do not greet you nor smile. They were probably having a bad day, but I definitely did not feel welcomed. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I might try a different location in the future. read more

Stopped by here last Saturday, around 9:20 am, with my husband since we wanted to shop at Target (in the same plaza, plenty of parking in plaza as well) and thought it would be nice to grab a hot drink since it was rather cold in that morning. We decided to share a hot vanilla latte (I'm not much for coffee and so I only wanted a little, thus just thought I'd just steal a few sips from my husband's drink). Since this drink was less than $5, we had to pay cash ($5 minimum for credit card and debit transactions, sign right in front of their register). When our drink was ready, I was impressed with the pretty heart design. I thought coffee places only do that for drinks that are for here, not just to go. But anyways, service seemed friendly and we didn't wait too long for our drink. There was definitely quite a large number of people here and more coming while we were there. This place does seem inviting and has a nice big worn looking couch that would probably make for a nice seat. The wifi was also pretty quick as well. The unisex restroom was actually clean and adequately stocked with the essentials. Overall, a nice place to grab a cup of coffee or tea and maybe catch up with a good friend in the morning (noon or night if you are a caffeine fiend). read more

We discovered Klatch Roasters at CoffeeCon a year ago and boy are we glad we did! Their Belle Espresso beans are our go-to for home pour-over every morning. The only drawback is their shop sales flow/barista efficiency could be improved drastically. The line is never long, but it still seems to take FOR-ever to just grab a bag of beans to go. read more

Had the pleasure of enjoying an ice coffee here with my friends the other day. Clean and brightly decorated coffee shop that offers frapps, coffees, teas and assorted pastries. I even noticed they sold coffee growlers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seating area big enough for 2 sofas, several tables and chairs and I believe they offer free WiFi. Nice time to sit, relax with a book if your on your own in a cool air conditioned place with a good cup of coffee. Will definitely be back read more

I remember when Coffee Klatch first opened in San Dimas many moons ago! I absolutely loved it! Very cozy and relaxed! At that time, I lived in the area and frequented Klatch Coffee regularly for many years! Now and for the past 10 years, I live relatively close, and come a handful of times a year! In fact, I came in yesterday for my favorite: cappuccino muffin and crème brûlée ice blended! And here is what I have to say: Service- FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS! Throughout the years I never have had bad or mediocre service. I don't know how they do it, but I'm happy they do, ... the employees are always kind, friendly, and down to earth! So my kind of peeps! Coffee/Food- SO DELICIOUS! Today I only had a muffin and an ice blended drink(treated myself to indulge), but their food is EXCELLENT! Tasty at reasonable prices! You won't be disappointed! They recently remodeled and it's nice... more clean and crisp ... a more modern flair. Very knowledgable baristas and helpful with what we wanted while we made up our minds! Excellent suggestions. Girlfriend got an iced lavender latte with foam on top, 5 out of 5. The seasonal drinks are what keep me coming back time and time again. The twig and tree and the gingersnap latte are two of my favorites. Both have that ready to ring in the holidays flavors with shots of expresso to keep one buzzing most of the day. Their toast varieties are also a sweet treat and shouldn't be passed up if your stopping in for a sip of the joe. The service is on point and the barista is always very helpful when explaining any new drinks to the menu while giving his personal take on the blends. We've been going to Klatch for forever. But during COVID it's our least favorite coffee place. Trying to order online is a nightmare. You have to download the Klatch app, which is glitchy. I never got a confirmation screen after entering in my payment info, so I had to go inside and order anyway. Then inside, there's a sign that says one party member only inside. Of course that wasn't being enforced. Their sole handsanitizer didn't work. We ordered 2 cappuccino muffins and when we got home found that one was a blueberry. They were out of the syrup for one of their seasonal drinks. Definitely they have let things slide. I'm sad. I hope when all of this is over, they will get back to their pre COVID game. read more

The staff is very helpful & friendly! The atmosphere is welcoming for a hang out spot, if you'd like to study, or work on something there's wifi available. But It can get pretty busy in here. So I was driving from LA out to Big Bear to voluntarily destroy my body in a Spartan race. But already I digress. I started yawning on the drive, which you don't have to believe me but it's not the best place to be in when you still have 90 minutes of driving to do (including windy mountain roads). So we decided to stop and get a coffee. I suggested Starbucks (yes I know I'm plugging a major brand when I should be supporting smaller businesses but the convenience levels are off the charts). As my girlfriend looked up a place to go, she found Klatch. Yes we had to backtrack on an already long drive, but so be it. Now to the real meat and potatoes of the review: the actual review. I got a Mexican mocha and Bria got the peppermint. I wanted to get the peppermint too, a seasonal drink, but they only offered it on the smallest size. For my caffeine needs, that just wasn't going to do. My Mexican mocha was good, but it was nothing special. While I enjoyed it, it wasn't anything that particularly blew me away. I did try the Peppermint. It was very good. I wish they would have had a larger size, but oh well. Life goes on I suppose. Anyways, that is all. Bye. read more
