The most impressive thing was their customer service. I asked to try on a dress and pair of wedges .By the time I made it to the dressing room they had delivered the shoes in my size to the room. What? That never happens. It does here with their friendly and fast customer service I can see why this shop was hopping. One of them was folding clothes and asked if she could start a fitting room for me and gathered my items all together. The other worker that was super friendly was the one that was in charge of the fitting rooms. She made helpful suggestions and even helped me find a smaller size in some of my items. I came on a weekday around 5:30 PM and was pleased with the attentiveness of the workers and the items I purchased!

However, recently the pharmacist (young white male) was unprofessional and inconsiderate of continuity of care. I recently received medical care at the near by hospital, Memorial Herman ER and the doctor submitted by medication prescriptions to Walgreens for pick up the next day. The next morning I called check the status of medication and the automated serviced mentioned that my medication was being "worked on" and I would receive a call once it's ready for pick up. Later in the day, I contacted Walgreens to check the status of my medication and was told no medication was pending. I spoke to a staff member and explained my situation. I was told to return back to the hospital to ensure to prescriptions were sent. I returned to the hospital and spoke with the charge nurse who confirmed my prescriptions were sent the night before. I went to Walgreens and informed the pharmacy of what occurred and provided the Charge nurse contact information to follow up. Needless to say this was a frustrating process as I had to play the middle "man" with providers to get my medication. Despite the Charge nurse confirming the prescription, the Pharmacist was adamant that he needed the doctor to resend the prescription. I contacted the hospital and was told the doctor would return for shift until 9pm. The Charge nurse was apologetic and expressed frustration with the pharmacist handling of my situation. Prior to the Pharmacy closing, I continued to call to follow up on whether the doctor resent medications. I spoke with the Pharmacist and he stated, I'll fill the prescription but if you're not here before we close, I won't be here". Again, I had been on stand by awaiting to pick up my prescription and live 3 mins away. His statement was unnecessary, unprofessional, & inconsiderate. This was disappointing and overall reflect the importance of not expecting others including health professionals to care about you. You are your biggest and only advocate.

I picked the item up via curbside, but realized immediately it wasn't right and returned it to the store within minutes of it being brought to my car. While the necklace refund was processed, the jewelry department supervisor refused to refund the protection plan. She told me I had to call an "800 number" found in my email receipt to get my money back. I checked my email thoroughly; neither a company name nor a phone number was listed anywhere. After I insisted multiple times, she finally made a call and gave me a number for the insurance, but not yhr name of the company. When I called the company (Asurion) the next day, they informed me that they cannot process an immediate refund. Instead, I have to send an email request and wait for them to mail me a physical check. This is absolutely unacceptable. A warranty should be automatically cancelled and refunded the moment the product is returned to the store. Save yourself the headache and do not buy their protection plans online. Once they have your money, they make it as difficult as possible to get it back.

Today, there were only a few department stores left. Today, I went to revisit this so-called department store with a high expectation. One big problem I have with this JC Penney is the signage. I was clueless as where they put men's clothes. Unlike Macy's and other department stores, there are signs at the escalator as which floor sells what. But not this one. I walked all over the women's department and decided to try 2nd level. Bummer. Men's department only filled half of floor space. Not much to shop there, except the clearance aisles. After my initial navigation, I think I remember where is what on the 2nd level. I will return when I need something fancy.

This was my tester for Brian Dingman and his services. I gave him only access to my garage and asked him to close the garage when he was done. The job was done properly and when I came home I was able to drive right on in. This set the foundation between myself and the services provided by Git-R-Dun. The next batch of tasks was a big bundle of junk. I needed mirrors hung, molding replaced, ceiling fans switched out, installing a toilet fan, and just a lot of random handyman stuff. All of these tasks were handled with much care and promptness. At this point, Brian had gained my trust and it was time to tackle some bigger jobs. The next 4 things were bigger items that I was unsure he was capable of performing them. The first was building a bar from scratch underneath my staircase, creating a custom shower with seat and extra shower-head, back-splash in my kitchen, and installing recess lighting in all of my bathrooms. Let's just say I was VERY happy with all of his work. Pics will be posted of the craftsmanship. Now why did I review him now? All of his activities were done prior to yelp, but since then I have searched yelp for another handyman since I haven't worked with him in awhile but no such luck so I went ahead and gave him a call again. Sure enough he was out on schedule to replace a broken garbage disposal. His prices are fair and he is a very trust worthy person. Also there is no language barrier.
