Bed Bath & Beyond in Stafford Texas is the place to go if you are looking for great sheets, pillows and small gadgets for your kitchen. I was looking for new king size pillows for my bed and I usually get them at Bed Bath & Beyond unfortunately this time they were all out of king size pillows in store and online. Guess I will wait. But instead I was able to find some get kitchen shears and by using the online coupon I got a great price on the kitchen shears!! This place has a large parking lot. The store is nice clean and has good lighting. The employees are nice and helpful. Go shop at this place as they have several things on sale. Consider doing more shopping in actual stores as too many store fronts are closing and people are losing their jobs. read more

Bed. I was intrigued by the bedroom accessories. Bath. Not seeing much about bathroom stuff, tho. Be yawned. Expect more than just Bed and Bath at Bed Bath & Beyond. They got tons of stuff from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling. Impressive. Not! I can't find anything I want to buy. I was looking for chopper with slicer. They had one really bulky. I have no choice but turn to their online store. Speaking of online store, they offer things not found in stores. So, why am I here? I was also looking for a bed cover. I found aisles of bed covers. But they only stock two bags per shelf. The ones that were on sales only has a sign in front of empty shelf. The ones not on sale were BEYOND my budget. Worse part of my shopping experience was missing price tags. Some merchandise has price tags, some don't. I had to search for the shelf that came from and the price sign on the shelf. Or, I search it online. Again. Why am I here? One thing I would come back for is the CBD oil. read more

Too. Much. Visual. Stimulation. It's like being in a really organized episode of the TV show 'Hoarders'. You shouldn't grocery shop on an empty stomach, you'll buy everything. Same lesson learned in Bed Bath and Beyond. Do not go here when you are in a shopping mood. Don't go here directly after payday! Bed Bath and Beyond lives up to their name. They have aisles, walls, and tables FULL of stuff. Some of it is junk and some is useful home goods. There are areas that have: sheets bedspreads coat hangers mops, brooms, etc.. pots & pans utensils small kitchen appliances shower curtains children's toys rugs pillows picture frames bathroom accessories candles wall art lawn furniture welcome mats holiday accessories infomercial cleaning supplies and the all important... dog Snuggie (see photo) The great thing about this place is that they carry so much stuff, that if you need something remotely similar to the stuff they carry... they'll probably have it. They also have those 20% off coupons you are so familiar with. The coupons never expire! They also accept coupons from their competitors. I never ever go here without coupons. Today I saved $20 and I didn't buy any junk I didn't need. They do gift wrap for free! The problem is that this place has a whole lot of junk in it. Some of the stuff is really cheap. This particular location is in the Fountains shopping area. There is always plenty of parking and a full stocked cart area outside the front door of the store. read more

I'm usually a bit hesitant with some of the stores at the Fountains in Stafford because they tend to be lower quality than other locations, but BB&B really breaks with that trend. As a whole, they stock the exact same higher end home items as other locations, though their slightly smaller size (relative to Memorial City and Meyerland) does mean that they don't have quite as much inventory. The store is still large and well laid out and it's pretty easy to find exactly what you're looking for if you have made one lap around and have an idea of where everything is. My wife and I included Bed Bath & Beyond as one of our registries for our wedding and we haven't been disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful in letting us make necessary updates to the registry and has been really good about helping us return duplicate purchases and apply the credit to items we still need. read more

We needed to return a pressure cooker from our wedding registry & exchange it for an Instapot. Jocelyn, her co-worker, & I think her manager at the time all helped us. Usually I despise these places since they are really good at encouraging the useless consumption. But hey, they are good at what they do and I must applaud them for that. I came in here today with my dad to try to return my brother's pimp Dyson Vacuum that I broke. That stupid thing is designed differently than any other vacuum so I broke a flimsy plastic switch on the bottom. I heard about BBB's no hassle return or exchange policy, so I come here and ask them if I can exchange it for a new one. The nice lady, Kayla, says sure thing, no problem. Unfortunately they don't sell the same model anymore, so I bring up another Dyson that looks exactly the same with the exception of a model number on the box. I was hoping to exchange it easily since the vacuum was bought with a bunch of gift cards and it was price matched with Target about 2 years ago. Lamentably, they wouldn't just swap out the vacuum due to it not being the exact same. So at this point, I had 3 options: 1. Take the vacuum and go home. 2. Pay the $50 difference since the original was price matched, and they would only honor the 20% coupon that we get in the mail. 3. Get a refund on the vacuum and get store credit (for the gift cards we paid with) and money back on the credit card. We tried option 3, but they couldn't put money on the card unless I had the original credit card on me. The manager eventually said screw it, and he was willing to give EVERYTHING back on the credit card but they couldn't do it on the system without the card there. Eventually we just give up and go home. I'll just let my brother deal with it himself. Kudos to Kayla and the manager Arthur for being super patient with us as we run around and try to figure out the best deal. I don't see much service like that these days, or maybe it's because I'm back home down South. read more

I then had to call the 800 number which, of course, is out-sourced to the other side of the world to save on labor costs. They now have to open "a case" for me to get a refund. They have a lot of high end items, which I prefer--but obviously they come at a higher cost. My only issue is the placement of everything. This location does not occupy a huge space, but they could afford to sort their items a little bit better or use their space more efficiently. I always feel like the walls are going to collapse and their narrow isles will ultimately prevent me from escaping in time. Walking around with a shopping cart is almost futile or fatal. Despite some movement restrictions, I do enjoy the items they sell. Some overpriced, for instance, they were selling a juicer for $30 more than any other competing locations. Thumbs up for some of their store specific items and randomly, but maybe not so random, they have a lot decent coffee selections. Pros: + Good variety. + Good location. + Store specific items. + Better quality items Cons: - Quaint - Two people. Pushing carts. In an isle--no bueno. - Staff is nowhere to be found. - Some overpriced items. Overall, they certainly have items you're looking for, so I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for better quality. They are not the most organized BB&B location I've visited, but passable. read more

I love this store. I could spend hours and hours just looking at stuff. Today I went there to purchase a gift for my friends bridal shower since she has her registry there. The ladies there printed the sheet with the items she wanted for me and explained the process. I didn't have TOO much trouble finding what I wanted, but it would have been nice to be helped by an associate (I didn't see any around) since it took me a while to find the exact item I wanted. They wrapped it for me (complimentary) and they did a great job - it looks awesome! read more

This is the worst Bed Bath & Beyond I have ever been to. I ordered a comforter for my dorm room in store and they ordered the wrong comforter. I came in to exchange it for the correct comforter and they made yet another mistake returning it. I was told to wait for another associate to help me order the correct comforter... I end up waiting 20 minutes for someone to actually help. The associate assisted everyone else in line but me... the person that needed the most help. Bed Bath & Beyond is one of those great places to go and spend your money. It's hard to pass up all the cool and handy kitchen gadgets and accessories for your bath. Prices are reasonable overall so you won't feel too badly about dropping a bit of green in here. As the name implies, this store has a good variety of bed and bath items. The beyond is the kitchen and home fragrances, not to mention rugs, storage and laundry room accessories, toiletry implements like electric toothbrushes and even a selection of hand weights. There's even toys and candy for the kiddos. The best shopping is in the kitchen area followed closely by the bath section. There are so many neat little gadgets and things to make life in the kitchen so much easier. Who wouldn't benefit from little round stone weights to keep homemade pie crusts from shrinking during baking? These actually do work!! The cookware ranges from inexpensive to good quality name brands. The selection of place mats and table cloths are decent. Dinnerware is also sold in a range of inexpensive/gaudy to quality/nice. Bath items from shower curtains and liners, rods, hooks and shower heads can be found here. The shower curtain selection is somewhat nice but I've found sets of shower curtains and coordinating window dressing elsewhere. BB&B does not sell window dressings. I do like the fabric shower curtain liners sold here. They are good quality and last a decent amount of time. Curtain rods and hooks for showers are available in a nice variety and quality. The coordinating toothbrush holders, soap dispensers and trash cans are nice here. Selections vary and at times there are one or more items lacking in the sold separately items. The bed department is the area that I find lacking. I don't find a lot of choices in the selections of bedding (it's near impossible to find all cotton bedspreads and quilts here and forget about finding down comforters or linen.) The store does carry sheet sets that are decent and 100% Egyptian cotton with a good thread count. I'm not fond of the pillow selection but that's probably because I am a back sleeper and not many places sell pillows for back sleepers. All in all this is a good store for basic kitchen and bath needs with friendly and helpful employees. I do enjoy coming here and browsing around. However, there's no such thing as just browsing here so I always wind up buying something that I will make good use of. read more

This used to be my Bed, Bath, and Beyond store, but after two bad experiences here, I go to the other one in the area now. One of those experiences dealt with a return, and the other with them not honoring the price listed on the table sign for the price of the item. I also don't like that the coupons have switched from being 20% and never expiring, to 20% if you use them in a certain time frame and then 10% after that. It makes it harder to stock up on sheets, towels,and other items throughout the year. Plus it was nice to be able to bring a stack of coupons in when I wanted to do holiday shopping. too. Oh well, I guess I will have to find other ways and places to stock up on deals now. read more

The quintessential place for retail therapy. Some of the stuff they sell you need; most you don't but will make you feel better. Being a marketing major, I am always observing the operation of the various retailers I visit. BB&B is case study material. Where else can you redeem coupons from other stores? where else will they honor expired coupons? what other store will let you use coupons AFTER the purchase and let you redeem those coupons you forgot to bring w/ ya in the first place? Admittedly a lot of their stuff can be found elsewhere at a lower price but when I walk out with my couponed purchase, I feel a winner. Can you say "retail therapy"? Additionally, BB&B seems to be the place where imaginative inventors showcase their wares. I know, I know, you don't need that new gizmo when you have 2 others that will do the same, but I'm inspired by others' imagination and creativity. Case in point, the other day I found a melon corer. It's shaped like an apple corer but gigantic. Yes, I can us a knife to cut my melon, but this doo-dad was so cute and it works! Hurray for BB&B read more
