When you first step into the place, they immediately make you feel like a valued customer by greeting you and asking you if they can help you find anything. (This is rare in Harwin Area stores generally speaking.) The ladies didn't mind searching for specific colors for me and even radioed for additional stock from the warehouse just to complete my collection/set. Shoutout to the crew working today, who not only greeted me upon arrival but also helped me find what I need for both my current and new home. I ended up purchasing a few pots for root bound plants and constructing a plan for the landscaping in my backyard. As a newer green thumb, it was incredibly helpful to have some guidance as I made decisions...I've killed a lot of plants in my day.
