I just had a great experience! Eric Salazar helped me with clear hangars at the Post Oak store. None were available on shelf's, looked up in inventory with sku, found they only have a box with a 40 count, I needed 20, he looked up my account and I had a $20 store credit stored, he applied it. It felt like winning! Thank you Eric for great customer service! I wish Eric worked for my company!! Great job!

One of the best places to go for all your organizing needs. This place will help you organize your kitchen, garage, closet, office, home and much more. Items are a little pricey but an organized place is priceless. The container store isn't just for organizing, they also have some basic home and office items you are sure to need, especially if you're just moving. The sales associates are really helpful. I was greeted when I walked in and was later asked if I needed assistance. I saw one helping a customer design a custom closet! Yes you read that right, a custom closet. How neat is that. I definitely recommend going in there with a list of exactly what you need, if not you will buy the store.

From the design to the installation, the service was on point. I bought a custom closet with delivery + installation, had some hiccups here and there but they were always willing to correct especially with great attitude. I was especially surprised that all sales personnel was pleasant and not just worried about their commission but seemed like they were all putting in their effort to give customers great service at the Store. Thank you for my new closet

Small items.Large items.Anything you need for home or office can probably found here. I went here to help organize some spices and found great deals on corner spice racks made of acrylic and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this location due to their friendly and courteous service.

There's a travel sale going on at The Container Store and here I am, traveling. So I decided to check it out. Other than the kitchen and work and closet organizing systems, they do have a huge section of things that are designed to make travel easier. Suitcases, toiletries containers, luggage tags and more. Prices were a little high but I did see an interesting set of zipper pulls that were very useful!

A copy of an email for pick up order. I went to the store twice and I was told that the item was not there. Received this email today!!!

Purchased items and received emails to pick up order. Upon arrival to store twice, items unavailable and sales associate was unable to explain why this keeps happening. Refund received.

Love this place!!! I made a pick up order and it was ready the same day. The employees are so kind and friendly! 5/5 Amazing customer service! To top it all off they are dog friendly!

I love The Container Store; always have! But this place is so expensive. I mean yea you can find things for reasonable prices in here but mostly everything there is more than its competitors. I'm not a cheapo but I do like to find a good bargain. So when shopping here I'm very selective when I make purchases. The store is convenient located right in the heart of the Galleria Area. The parking lot is large and there is always plenty of parking. The store itself is ALWAYS clean and its very easy to find what you need. The customer service is great as well... Expensive, but kinda worth it!!! I'll be back!!!

Who doesn't love the container store?! As I'm learning more about adulthood and how important organization is within the home... the container store is my best friend. I signed up for their pop! rewards and the employees are always friendly when it comes to that and address you by your name. During my last trip here, I bought a can dispenser for my La Croix in my fridge because I might drink way too many and now it looks way more organized in the dispenser. With that, I bought wine holders for inside the fridge. My shelves aren't equipped for wine bottles - they're just too tall. Now, they fit perfectly in my fridge and I couldn't be happier! :) The container store often has markdowns on items and if they don't, every dollar gets you point to your ultimate reward.

Cool store! First time checking it out. Kind of reminded me of a place that starts with an I and ends in kea. Not good thing is you don't have to put every single thing together! All your needs in one. Just missing some snacks.

We had some approximate measurements of the layout from The Container Store website and ideas of how the closet should flow.

Upon entering, I noticed a short Caucasian man near the Alabama Street entrance. At first, he looked like a regular shopper, but I quickly recognized him as the owner from previous store publications. What unsettled me immediately was seeing him peering into my Target bag, as if trying to assess what I had purchased. Perhaps he didn't realize I was watching him while he was watching me. As I walked through the store, the sense of being surveilled intensified. Every time I turned around, the owner was directly behind me. I also observed him on the phone, and shortly after, a man in a yellow shirt and khaki pants began following me as well. When I moved, he moved. When I paused, he pretended to rearrange items on the shelf. The behavior was blatantly obvious and deeply uncomfortable. To ensure I wasn't imagining things, I intentionally changed directions yet both men continued mirroring my movements. When I finally confronted one of them and asked, "Sir, are you following me?" he nervously replied, "No, no, no," even though the truth was painfully clear. This message is directed to the owner: Racial profiling your customers is unacceptable, demeaning, and profoundly unprofessional. I have patronized this store many times, and to be treated this way is not only insulting it is disappointing beyond words. PS: People of color spend money too.

There are a lot of cute things in this Homegoods store, and we found some lovely stuff for our cats here and there. I guess the main problem is that they are pretty expensive and a little bit unreliable in terms of stock. And they have a lot of stock, but it's sometimes hard to find things in here. So we did find some lovely things for our cats and I appreciated that. If there's no sale on, it can get really expensive. I'd have given it 4 stars for the lovely things we found for our cats recently (scratchers and toys and such), but a previous experience sours that rating a bit. But then I decided to add the extra star after all because on the day I posted this review, which is Valentine's Day, we went back to the store and bar be found even more amazing and cheap cat bowls which my little babies love. My previous experience was much less good though, here are the details: We had a bad experience at HomeGoods which is a shame because it was our second trip here, and on the first trip here we thought it was one of the better stores with plenty of browsing space and stock and just a pretty good location. But then when the staff member started yelling at us about coronavirus protocols we were shocked. Especially because she was playing around and wasn't paying attention to her job and then basically ran randomly turning around and yelling at people for not doing things the way she wanted them done - it was arbitrary and she wasn't even watching, just being a bully and loud and authoratitive for no reason, irresponsible and abrasive. I know it's a sensitive time, but she was out of line and unprofessional and we weren't the only people she did it to. I see other reviews about her too. I'm assuming it's the same woman because if there are two of them that would be way worse. Anyway I don't think the corporate is going to be very happy knowing that somebody was behaving like that in their store. If someone from head office would have seen this incident, then she and her superiors would have been in trouble. I guess they don't care.

Then ask me to find another one. Excuse me!!! No greeting, no thanks for shopping. Next to her, another counter help broke the register's mirror. What's going on? The store was not even busy at 1pm on Saturday. I picked up so many items from the floor and cleared the path, the back area floor mat, and the area where employees are going in and out. Everything was on the floor. They keep walking over it. It's sure a management issue: they aren't walking or training their employees. What a disappointment from the "Home Goods" workers at this location. The only reason we went there was that it's a bigger store than the Galleria store, which is close to our home. Totally not recommend this location till they work on their management.

Enter, Mecox. As K.K. mentions, I'd love to live in this store. It's so well set up and has a lot of natural light so you don't feel like you're in a giant warehouse of found objects and furniture. The staff including Leslye were incredibly kind offering a bit of background on the store (the largest of the 8 stores nationwide) and never making my friend and I feel pressured to buy anything or leave. I think a place like this is an interior designer's dream with antique camel rocking chairs, geod paperweights, various sizes of painting and elaborate wall decor, and unique furniture from lucite to lush fabrics. While the prices were a little higher, I think they understand who they're marketing to, and the quality seems really great on many of their larger ticket items. Their website also shows a lot of their inventory with dimensions (so incredibly smart) so I may scope for a fancy wedding present. If I had the money, I'd definitely love to deck out a house with Mecox goods!
