The buildings are interconnected and the space is large, with a parking lot that surrounds it. There are multiple entrances so don't forget where you parked. From household goods to furniture, cosmetics to jewelry, clothing to eclectic gifts and knickknacks, there is so much to explore. The staff are so friendly and welcoming throughout the store. There are individual sections for kids and adults, whether you're looking for baby gifts, toddler toys, plushies, or fancy home decor, greeting cards and stationary, or 3D puzzles. The variety is definitely not lacking, however it is more expensive than the typical gift boutique, but in my opinion worth the price tag. The store is an entire experience with complimentary gift wrap if you please at the end, plus margaritas to sip on while you browse. I was happy with all the purchases I made and will continue to shop at Kuhl-Linscomb for upscale and luxurious goods.

I wanted to know what the scents were like so I spent some time checking them out. This was my first time in their store. Everyone was some what friendly. Some were great and others were really not engaged and standoffish. The store is definitely expensive. I saw a few things I wanted and will be coming back for later. I was able to find a great Maison Berger (this was the last one and was the display) and since it was my first time I got 10% off. The lady in the gifts/candle section was able to help me with my purchase and decent experience. Might go back to check out new scents and purchase a couple for family.

I sincerely wished that I had gotten the name of the wonderful man, who was working at Bering's and who immediately began helping me find what I needed to buy. He literally walked me around, asking others who also worked there, where to find these items. Of course we ended up in the right section with a multitude of selections which I truly appreciated. I found what I needed and I was a very happy customer! This person's excellent professional service was extremely appreciated. Next time I'm at Bering's I will try to find him, so I can edit this review and add his name so he gets recognized for his over-the-top service!!!

The designers we have worked with have been extraordinarily helpful and kind. They have walked us through different possibilities with their neat design software. We ended up with pieces we cherish and the delivery fee was usually waived or low. We did have one hiccup with a smaller item not having all the required parts but one call to Ballard customer service and it was handled by a very genteel, sweet customer service rep. Really great store where we enjoy shopping! Ballard often has sales, so I recommend keeping an eye out and going in at strategic times of year. One of our visits was right before a seasonal change and our designer offered us a floor model at a discount! Also, the catalogs and website are great resources! Some items may be overpriced, but we have found the quality of our purchases to be fair for the prices we have paid so far. I suggest checking out their website first before coming in and letting the designers know your limits. We never felt looked down upon for being clear with the designers about our budget or tastes. Lastly, the staff at this location have consistently been welcoming and kind. I generally prefer to enjoying browsing on my own and approaching staff once I have a decision or a question. However, I appreciate that the staff/ designers always ask if they may help or simply greet me warmly. A small display of sincere effort means a lot to so many folks in the digital age. Keep it up!

The store was not even busy at 1pm on Saturday. I picked up so many items from the floor and cleared the path, the back area floor mat, and the area where employees are going in and out. Everything was on the floor. They keep walking over it. It's sure a management issue: they aren't walking or training their employees. What a disappointment from the "Home Goods" workers at this location. The only reason we went there was that it's a bigger store than the Galleria store, which is close to our home. Totally not recommend this location till they work on their management.

There were some very ornate, wood carved pieces, and then some more modern, mid-century items, and then some very country, almost barnyard, items. I have to disagree with some of the other reviews about the staff. We visited a number of very high-end furniture stores that day and this was the only place where I felt like the staff were snobby. They do have a large selection of interior design books which I would have liked to sit and browse through, but this is not the kind of place to do that.
