You can also create a "wishlist" and the employees will reach out to you if one of the items becomes available. Also, if you're browsing around the store and come across something that interests you, the store will hold the item for you for 2 hours. I walked in and walked the whole store, looking at everything and the sales people there never approached me never said a word. As I was walking out a young Hispanic lady was walking in with her three little kids. She looked like the type that is well to do. From across the store, the employee spoke loudly " hi welcome in," signaling her willingness to help her. I was walking out that was her opportunity to at least say thanks for coming. Her and her coworkers silence did say Black people don't matter. I'm in the market for quite a few things, but I don't put up with crap like this. read more

This RH Outlet (in The Fountains) opened in November 2024. Thankfully, I have had the most pleasant experience. I found a great deal on a couch. Regularly priced at $15,000 - on sale for $1500 (after discounts and taxes). Amazing! I'm very pleased. Their prices do vary, but the sales team said that new shipments arrive every Wednesday. Truly an amazing way to shop for high quality furniture. Thank you! The sales team is truly wonderful and incredibly nice - and knowledgeable! This store is fantastic and I honestly don't understand the other reviews. The staff were friendly, even carried my chair to my car for me because I am pregnant. But the prices here are just so unbelievable, my chair was 80% off, which is almost unheard of for such a high end furniture brand. Visiting this store has become a regular routine for me as they are constantly receiving new inventory. could not recommend this store more highly, I love it. read more

I walked in and was greeted from across the store by one (1) associate, who was on her way out for the day. I proceed to look at a couple pieces of furniture for a few minutes. It seems that a decent amount of the furniture is damaged and that's why it's discounted. After looking at a couple pieces and noticing associates near me looking at me but not speaking to me I decided to leave because no one offered their assistance or asked me if I was looking for anything. I had interest in looking at the rest of the products in the store, but at the point where the furniture cost $2000 to $5000 apiece for many items, and no associate was offering any assistance I just decided to leave. read more

Maybe I'm used to the River Oaks location but this store was a waste of my time. First of all, the furniture was mostly dirty or damaged. How can you not have someone professionally clean the furniture or touch up the damages for the price of this furniture. Secondly, invest in furniture movers for the floor. A worker was "screeching" furniture around the entire time I was in the store. Lastly, not one single worker asked if we needed help. Where is your customer service? Ugh!! RHO has a nice selection of furniture and accessories but you'll still pay a hefty price tag... so no super duper bargains found here. One advantage, you'll see how the furniture wears and tears. I drove a long way here but ultimately didn't buy anything, mostly because I didn't have a truck. I did see a lot of nice things that I wanted. Lots of curtains, bathroom sinks, bedroom, living room furniture like sofas and tables, chandeliers, outdoor furniture, rugs and wall decor. You have 24 hours to pick up your things or they offer a third party to deliver. Bring your UHaul or your pick up. We had lots of attentive friendly service too. This store, in Katy Mills, is nothing like the regular stores. We went looking for a dresser and nightstand for our master bedroom. The furniture selection was limited and I was surprised how high the prices were for an outlet. There was not much service; no sales person acknowledged us. We looked at the selection, saw nothing of real interest and left. Don't plan to go there again. read more

I've been an RH Gallery and Outlet shopper for the past years and my experience today with a lady in this store named ALEXIS HINE was horrible. I had called to check on rugs in stock and she was very rude and unwilling to help locate the size of rug we needed, even if I told her we were driving from Austin. She said she did not have time to go through their stocks. Why be in customer service if you don't want to take a few minutes to help out customers? I think RH should hire people with more empathy and initiative. They should hire people who actually truly want to help customers. Alexis Hine is the opposite of this. I had such an outstanding experience with an employee at RH Katy Mill that deserves recognition. RH mistakenly left a chair out of a delivery to my home on upper Kirby. I spoke with Tara and she said she commutes to my neighborhood every day and offered to deliver the chair herself. She did so even after having to work late and saved me the drive and hassle of driving all the way to Katy Mills. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you Tara!!! read more

Terrible customer service! I just purchased six dining chairs. They asked me to pull my car around after paying, then they wrapped and loaded the six chairs up, making it impossible to inspect. When I arrived home. I found they didn't give me the correct six chairs. Two of them had different fabric. I called twice, no answer. The next day I returned the two incorrect chairs (had different stock numbers than what was on my receipt so very obvious they screwed up). They still proceeded to argue with me, made me go retrieve the 40lb dining chairs from my car and bring in, and then finally gave me the two correct chairs they should have sent home with me the night before. No apology for the mistake or inconvenience. No store credit or anything to make it right. Just bad attitudes. Skip this place and purchase from Facebook Marketplace or EBay if you like Restoration Hardware products. read more

I can't remember the ladies name who helped us, but she was great and gave a lot of instructions on how and If we would need to clean the couch. I personally have always had a great experience with RH at the outlet and store. The prices were great compared to the original price, I was actually shocked how inexpensive things were. read more

Restoration hardware is expensive and the outlet items are expensive even with a discount. The outlet does offer a savings but if you're going to buy scratch and dent to like new furniture you're better off checking places like Facebook marketplace. read more
