Products were once processed and shipped with urgency, now we don't see updates for several business days. I've heard some don't receive their tracking information for weeks. Customer service is extremely slow. You may wait a week, if at all, to get an email response. Usually only if you stay consistent and email repeatedly. I'll always love their products, but over the years the personal connection has become almost nonexistent. They will flood you with daily emails, but rarely give attention to customer questions or concerns. It feels like a lot of take/greed, with a sense of annoyance when it comes to connection. Even the email vibe has changed. What was once incredibly welcoming, now feels very disconnected. Even the consultants I've spoken with that I encouraged to sign up years ago when they were looking for extra income have said they've stepped down- they said it's changed too much and they've lost clients due to unreliability, and it isn't worth it to them anymore. It's always disheartening when companies switch from hearts to pockets. Expect to wait 2 weeks to 2 months to receive an order, with no communication along the way. Even the products have lost some of their intensity that made them stand out above the rest. Hopefully someone steps up to bring the heart back into the company, and give it that feel that it had when it seemed to be ran with care. I poured so much into trying to help the company grow years ago when I discovered it, only to see everyone pull away from it over the last year or so. Whatever changed, I hope it can be restored. Maybe the 2020-2022 years that impacted so many people character took a toll in the company too. I pray you can get it back and reorganize to get the core goodness back.

But the whole of the 1% are in that boat and that's who owns all the corporations you shop at, so at least Hobby Lobby is honest about who they vote for, and they do it for weird ideological reasons rather than ugly tax reasons. I have gone to a few places looking for paint, but have not been able to find colors that I like. Annie Sloan paint is supposed to be the best, so I decided to find a retailer. I was in the area and called to ensure they were still open late Saturday afternoon, but they were closing. Instead, they said that they would remain open for me. The place is clean and inviting. It is not overly cluttered as one might expect. They have every color offered by Annie Sloan in stock and painted on something in the store. In fact, they have each color painted on wood with different wax finishes. Right before I was leaving (already kept them 20 minutes past closing), Renee an off the clock employee began to give me some great pointers. She showed (and sold) me a cool product that would help bring the project to life. I almost cannot believe the level of customer service offered by Wonderfaux.

We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.

We reached out to Jahan 3 times to see if there was anything he could do ( have the company that set it up come back out). While he was great during the sales process, he NEVER responded to any of our emails about our concern. I finally asked an employee, she pointed me to the folding shoe racks in storage section. The quality was not the same. I bought it and found the size mismatched. I have to return it. Such a bummer.
