Pro-Tip: Find what you like at Ashley furniture and then go to La Sierra for a better deal…read more I forgot they are a distributor of Ashley furniture! We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.

I read sentences like these before visiting, but without context they held little value. Sure I've been in a RH before, sure I've gawked at the prices, but price is relative, I said. What is cheap, I asked? Well, I found out. This is the purpose of this particular review. As far as offerings, can you find a cloud sofa or any luxury sofa at RH's version of a decent price? Absolutely! Will you find a chandelier under a grand? Absolutely not! I personally found $660 office or dining chairs as low as $330 a piece, clearance priced bar stools, a large alabaster lamp base for $805, floor length mirrors, plenty of area rugs, patio furniture and bed frames (check out the photos)! Additionally, customer service was on point (not that I'd expect anything less with any offset of RH). If this pricing tickles your pickle, make sure to visit on Wednesdays when they receive new shipment!

He was personable and knowledgeable about their inventory. He was patient and showed me the various options available. He looked up my account and was ok with me not purchasing anything that day. After researching other options for several days, I returned to buy the sofa. (No accent chair since it was too pricey) Malik was there and promptly secured my transaction and delivery date. With the winter storm, they called me to tell me my delivery would be delayed two days and then I discovered they had an old address. I called customer service to update the delivery address and that went smoothly. Delivery day came and they were a few minutes late after the 10a-2pm arrival time. The guy refused to remove his shoes upon entering my home which was a bit annoying because we have brand new carpet upstairs. Regardless, he and his partner quickly unloaded and set up my sofa without incident. I'm thankful for their assistance. Delivery cost me $89.99. I appreciate the company calling me after the delivery to follow up and see how everything went.

1-Star Review - Unsafe Delivery & Incomplete Resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Rooms To Go regarding a recent dresser delivery. My delivery was scheduled between 3 PM and 8 PM, but the team did not arrive until around 10 PM. I was told I would receive a 30-minute call ahead, which never happened. Because of this, I paid someone to assist me who had already left, resulting in unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses. When the delivery team arrived, they refused to place the dresser just inside my home and instead positioned it in a way that blocked my entry door, creating a serious safety concern. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the supervisor was dismissive and unprofessional. To their credit, the company did reimburse me $60 for the assistance I paid for. However, they are now attempting to charge an additional $129 just to place the dresser inside my home during redelivery -- even though this is a correction of their failed delivery, not a new service. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Attempts to resolve this directly before posting were made in vain. At this point, I would caution others to be aware of delivery practices, lack of communication, and additional charges that may arise even after service failures.

There is always a large variety of snacks at World Market that can't be easily found at your local grocery store or ethnic market, which makes this place special. They have this system that each employee's working hours are based on how many customer they helped or how many product that they sold. That's good, to some degree, because they will be very enthusiastic when you walk in the door and give your money to them. The best employee you have ever worked with, and you will walk out with a solid 10 for them. Now when you walk out of that door, and they have done their job, that's it. Well, that's my case. I came back with a question about my delivery service, and no, my seller did not care. I asked to see him, it took a while. He then told me to go to ask the customer department while it is his duty to answer me, he sent me there ( not even bother to guide me the way) then rushed to his customer. When I got there, they called him to the department, and guess what? He took 15 minutes to get there. In a place where you can walk slowly 2 minutes/the whole room. Oh yeah, when he got there, he acted like he care, and when I asked him to wait a moment so I can talk to my dad about it, he stormed away. Didn't even wait, just walked away immediately like we are not existing. Treated customer like trash when they done given you their money. So no. If you want excellent service, where you can buy stuffs with cheaper delivery fee, have the right to choose your delivery time frame, and people are more than happy to see you coming back, this is not the place for you.
