Granted the place from the outside is not very appealing but once inside you will see rows and rows of tile. We had a sample of a glass backsplash that we really liked and showed it to a gentleman by the name of Mohammad. He called his distributor to see if he could get it and he was able to get it and at a better cost. Mohammad personally came and measured and gave us a few pointers about the installation. Post Hurricane Harvey, on 10/21/2017 my husband and I began the mission of looking, choosing, and…read morepurchasing flooring for entire home (As we ended up with 15+ inches of water throughout of home during the storm and had about 1900sqft to cover). Tile Co. had the better deal one of the products and offered delivery for the items we wanted. The first salesman we worked with was initially pleasant and knowledgeable; but he decided it was a good idea to sale us tile that was not in inventory and not advise us. My husband paid in full for the flooring that Saturday evening and was told to come back the next day with my father in laws truck. We purchased a less expensive tile for the kitchen, bath/laundry, dining, and bedrooms; and a more expensive tile for the living room. My husband showed up and more than a fourth of the order was not available. We not only purchased the tile, but we purchased the entire flooring system (grout and cement). After not wanting to take responsibility for the initial greedy and grimy actions and mistake they promised to have the rest of the supplies by Monday. My husband returned home with majority of the less expensive tile and only 12 boxed (we ordered 29) of the more expensive tile. Monday came; only about half of the supplies that we were pending were delivered. Tuesday through Thursday my husband spent many hours on the phone and at the store with no resolution. Friday, what we thought to be the last of the tile was delivered. Exactly a week from the purchase date, Saturday (10/28/17) my contractor started my living room floor. He was able to lay the 12 boxes we carried home in my father in laws truck with no problem, but was unable to lay any of the other tile for that room because all boxes other than the first 12 were a quarter inch bigger. At this point the Store Manager is frustrated and raising his voice every chance he gets. During this time the manager on several occasions talked disrespectfully to my husband, raised his voice, ignored my husband's calls, and still failed to resolve the issue. My husband warned me and told me not to call or go to the store and allow him to continue to handle it. The manager made the issue ten times worse than it had to be because he was so irritable, short tempered, and nonchalant to his customers' needs. He even went as far as raising his voice at me while swinging his hands and fingers all over the place! He basically showed me that in THAT store the customer is not right even when the sales rep creates the issue. I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy. Go to Floor and Décor! They have the same tile with a lot less stress. When I visited there they were very honest from the beginning advising I would have to go to a few stores to complete my order had I went with them. Because my husband is such a settle minded firm man that cannot be broken....... Resolution: We were able to choose a different tile and refunded a portion of our initial payment to put towards our contractor because his fees would apply for removing and replacing tile. Though I can't rate this corporation highly, I must acknowledge the good as well as the not so good. There was a gentleman who DID help resolve the issue and overrode the managers' directives. (Not sure of his name but he was a slimmer and tall guy.)The tile at this location is very nice, nicely prices, and has quality products; but they must learn how to treat customers. Maybe an office wide Customer Service Etiquette Course once a quarter would help!

I needed a lot of advice on how to maximize the use of this very small space and Dan really hit the ball out of the park on this project. Besides age, space, and lighting, a big issue we had was that the shower was recessed about 6 inches into the foundation and also had a dropped ceiling. We did not know what, if anything, was inside the drop. Dan found that the dropped ceiling was just empty, unused space and added that back into the shower compartment. He also added a much needed in-shower light. He brought the floor of the shower up to be appropriately level to the floor which was something we really wanted as stepping into and out of that dark, wet 6-inch recess was sometimes treacherous. Dan's excellent planning provided us with about 3 or 4 more inches of much needed counter top space without making the room feel crowded. The very well-made custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations. Dan's use of recessed lighting, a low profile toilet, a custom-made cabinet above the toilet, and the larger tiles with fewer grout lines all contribute to maximizing the use and the feel of the very limited space in this room. The tile work is just beautiful. Every tile was cut and every edge was hand-beveled on-site as needed for a perfect fit and finish. The paint was sprayed so is very smooth and even. And, of course, Dan and his crew repaired and replaced anything they found that was water-damaged behind the walls in this 60 year old bathroom. They cleaned up behind themselves daily. I really could not be happier with this remodel. Thank you, everyone! This was a job well done at a very fair price. Now, let's talk about that 60 year old kitchen......

We had a leak from our toilet which we didn't notice until... well too late, as we found that our…read morecabinet had rotten, the flooring ruined, and some of the wall had to be cut out. This happened at the beginning of Covid, and we had postponed fixing this, for when the number of cases were more manageable. After 6 months, we didn't want to wait anymore. Dan Shannon gave us a free estimate for the work (plus changing the flooring in the other bathroom to match as well) and had that scheduled soon after. They called 2 days before we were scheduled to start, asking if they can start a day earlier as someone else cancelled, and we agreed (we aren't going anywhere in this pandemic so why not?). Dan and his crew came by right on the scheduled time. Everyone had their masks on (hurray!). They put on heavy paper across the house so they don't scratch our floors as they worked. They were very respectful to us, our home, and our property as they worked, which we're so grateful as we were around the whole time. We're also very satisfied with their craftsmanship, and would use them again for any future remodeling work. Highly recommended.
