Found some great deals on organization items. This location is enormous inside and definitely one of the better ones for both personal items and home goods. They even had a huge gazebo and beach bike cruisers inside. That was something I have never seen in a Marshalls. I found some cute clips to use so your beach towels don't fly away and plastic dividers for my closets. Service was not the fastest I have seen but they were definitely friendly. Need more cashiers!!!!!! Average wait time to check out is 45 min!!!!!!! ... and that's in the middle of the day!!!

The lady at the first register when I visited on 1/15/2026 7:28 pm refused to assist me and my daughter. When she finished with her customer and we were next she started putting shirts on hangers instead of helping us. Then she walked off. Someone else assisted me and as I was going over she walked back to her register. Then she waited until someone else helped my daughter and then took the lady after us. I would hate to think this was racially motivated but it definitely felt that way. I won't be back. read more

The restrooms were filthy and I know most people wouldn't use public restrooms but with having a children it's unpredictable. The restrooms looked disgusting and for the store being in a nice area, I expected it to be clean. It was 8pm at night and I understand it's the end of the day but someone should be monitoring it. At check out the cashier was hold a whole conversation and taking her time bagging out items. It was annoying but I was too tired to say anything I was patient and grabbed my things and left. I love this store as it's also connected to Home Goods but they could do better with cleaning restrooms and aisles. Especially for customer safety in case there's an emergency. read more

OMG! This place was SO busy. It is early on Friday around 11:30am. Did anyone go to work or school today? (NO, they are all this Marshall's) It was busier than Christmas time. The line went all the way thru the zig zag and ended in the women's clothes. Probably 50 people in line. I was looking for some new tops. I did not find anything at all. Named after Marshalls Mathers, this is basically an Eminem fan store. When you shop here, you gotta lose yourself in the menswear the shoe aisle the bedding you're gonna never wanna go. You only get one chance to shop here in this sale you know. This opportunity comes once every January, YO. This was a pretty handy location to put a Marshall's. It's right across the street from the Houston Premium Outlets which means that if you don't find the cheap stuff you want at the outlets, you can come and find cheap clothing for sure at Marshalls. I think the main problem with that is that a lot of things here are more expensive than some of the other Marshalls, and the cheap discount stuff that they do have doesn't seem to reflect the selection and choices of our favorite Marshalls stores in town. It's still good to have it here though, of course. read more

HORRIBLE FITTING ROOM LADY . She was rude and condescending to my son who wanted to try on some pants tonight . My son who is 11 went in try on some pants after he saw another gentleman go in with no # . So he goes in as well but he comes out when there isn't a room open , and she tells him next time wait to get a # . So he waits and waits .. and I'm watching from afar and he is still standing there . So I call him and say hey is there a line ? You know just wondering what's going on and he says " no I'm still waiting for the number .. " So I'm watching from a distance what's transpiring so I wait a couple of mins after getting closer to my son and she continues to ignore the fact that we are standing there after making small talk with another lady right next to me . So I wait patiently. ..... continue wait..... Continue to hear the small talk about kids and etc , but yet we are standing there , knows that he went in the fitting room , told him to wait for a # but yet sees us standing there and never once says " oh excuse me how can I help you . " or I'm sorry I see your still standing here how can I help you ?" NOPE NEVER . " So I finally say " I'm sorry is there a fitting room open that he try on his clothes ? " She snaps back oh , well next time you need to put your clothes on this rack and don't go in without a # ." But her tone is condescending and arrogant and minimizing " In no way do you ever talk to a CUSTOMER LIKE THIS !!! I hold my tongue for a moment and I tell her "ma"am that's not necessary. You don't need to talk to him like that " Thats not how you treat people . Learn to talk to people correctly " She starts telling everyone around the fitting room and whome ever is in passing by the fitting room OH IM SORRY YALL HAVE TO WITNESS THAT " IM SO SORRY , ITS SO SAD AND BLAH BLAH . Of course trying to make herself feel better after she knew exactly what she did . Ignoring us . So I take a walk around the make up isle and I tell her that's not necessary I was never rude to you . You can stop your show . I walk away trying to keep my composure. She proceeds to try and antagonize me by telling people AGAIN " OH IM SORRY YOU HAD TO SEE THIS I APOLOGIZE" All awhile I continue to look at shoes and ignore her ignorant comments. I'm like wow this lady really does know what she did and she can't tell me what she really wanted to say about my son because she was on the clock . I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TICKED HER OFF . The fact my son went in not following the rules ! I agree ! But damn lady you really must be going through something. I guess you never made mistake huh ? He made a mistake but SHE WANTED TO EMBARRASS HIM in front OF EVERYONE AND TALK TO HIM LIKE HE WAS STUPID BUT THIS MOM WASNT HAVING IT . OH AND SHE SURE BIT HER TONGUE TONIGHT . I don't like being ugly with anyone and I was raised to treat everyone with respect and with dignity always hold my composure even when someone is picking at you to tick , like this lady was ticked off tonight . I never used a curse word or said anything to degrade her position or anything but she was very arrogant and disrespectful. She obviously was very worried that I was recording her because she told me put your ph down when I was just holding it side ways not even in a up right position to be recording . That said a lot about everything and her demeanor and just goes to show she knew she was at fault . I don't like the drama and all this recording crap people do now and days . Now I finally see why people do record . The worst experience I've had in my life!!! The fact my son made a mistake I am 100 percent agree but she didn't have to talk to him rudely in front of everyone and try to make him look stupid . And to the entitled nosy guy behind me . That wanted to instigate by saying as he left " oh don't worry ma'am you didn't do nothing wrong " You really made my day. I am a Latina with Bachelors degree and continuing my education. My boys are all straight A students . We live in middle class with family who are lawyers and doctors , PHDs . Not just you . We too deserve respect and not to be judged by our skin and to not be minimized . Your snotty comments are very inspirational. Thank you !!! Its because of people like you both we continue to work hard to prove you all wrong . At least we have common sense to have dignity , and respect for others . Something this world now knows nothing about . So all in all , this was a very good experience for my son tonight and has opened his eyes a lot . Unfortunately this is the world we live in today . The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I have had nothing but awful experiences here and I shop TJ Maxx Marshalls and Homegoods CONSTANTLY. I had a staff person give me a hard time about a return when I had both the receipt, online return form as well as the tag on the item. She gave me attitude from the moment I walked to the register. Today the manager walked up with her arms crossed and a SCOWL on her face before a word was even spoken. I requested a discount on a DAMAGED ITEM which is a VERY normal request. She gave me a rude response and gave me $2 off. Truthfully it wasn't worth her treating me like shit for my discount. There has GOT to be something done about the customer service in this store because it's HORRENDOUS. read more

What's not to love - especially when it's brand spanking new! Easy access from 99 and 290 and located next to the Premium Outlet Mall. This store is in a strip mall anchored by Old Navy, DressBarn, Bath&Body, Sports Authority and a plethora of eateries .. Chipotle, Mod Pizza, ++ Friendly staff, organized, clean and easy parking. HomeGoods half of store is good size and organized and the Marshalls side spotless and the departments within felt a wee bit small. Does one ever really need anything? Nope.. however - It's not about needing anything, it's about the hunt and finding that one treasure! (Big Grin) read more

This was by far, the most unorganized, crowded and messy store I have been in. I needed a specific color shower curtain for a guest bath and I literally couldn't get on that aisle to pick through the mess. I watched as a stock man rolled a medium sized item on a dolly, and along the way, knicked another piece of furniture. This store is half Marshall's, half Home Goods which is the side I was going to. I just couldn't walk down most aisles. What a mess. I will give them another visit on the chance they were short staffed and had merchandise that had just come in and needed to be put on shelves. read more

This place will usually and have anything your looking for. The line is long AF but they go thru it pretty quick. I always see the same people there son I know they treat there employees decent and hence the good customer service. What I really like is that have a Home Goods included and they have everything for your home as well. The best thing is to go at least once a week because they get new shit in all the time, but u hardly ever leave unhappy. There have been some instances where I don't find what I am looking for that will be at any discount store. Also try and keep your receipts to everything because they will return your money for a different discounted price than the original, which only makes sense. One of the reasons for great review is that not every Marshall's has so much of what shoppers are looking for. read more

This place has some pretty great savings! I got a brand new BCBGeneration handbag that was originally $108 for only $25. The staff are ok and the store was generally neat. They have a large selection of products for anyone. If you are into Michael Kors then this is the place to go to get a discounted price. read more

I am SOO OVER Marshalls and T.J. Maxx .. I had a friend come in there right when you all opened to buy some RAE DUNN for herself .. Your employees were there already taking the items to the back of the store to purchase later..plus three women were there and had items already to purchase..looks like your employees are making money on the side and holding items for certain people to come and buy so they can upsell the items.. read more
