Another great year for National Outlet Day! The bags keep getting cuter! Mark this weekend on your calendar as an annual holiday! All you hav it do is sign up and you receive a lovely reusable bag. Last year my bag was orange and this year it's irredecent with pink handles. They provide a DJ and DIY photo station. They also provide a balloon booth for kids. You also, get a list of participating stores that offer a discount for this weekend as well. Some stores offer great value and others just have a glass of champagne. I stopped by a bit after 6 pm and the mall was not crowded at all. This outlet mall is quite upscale with lots of higher end brands like Ralph Lauren, Swarovski and Marc Jacobs. It is really quite large with a diverse type of stores represented, there are over 140 so there are a lot to shop at. The mall is an open one so might not be the best place to shop on a rainy day or when Houston summer temperatures are up around 100 degrees. There are several sets of high covered rooftops over the walkways but not everywhere so in the rain, you might be dodging some raindrops. In the end I had a good walk around, some stores were already closed for the evening, I think this center gets most traffic in the day time and especially on weekends. But it was nice to have a walk around and look inside store windows at the merchandise for sale. read more

2/7/2026: Overall, I enjoyed my shopping day at HPO. I was most interested in Chico's, Lululemon, and Swarovski. I found great deals at Chico's, Lululemon was a major disappointment, and Swarovski was good. Chico's has a pretty store with very helpful sales associates. They were friendly and attentive. I got wonderfully good personal service. 7 tops, one bathing suit coverup, and 2 pair of pants for $148.76. Not bad at all! All great colors and styles for my upcoming cruise! Lululemon was a madhouse! Everyone was all over the place like ants. The music was super load, the store was messy, and the prices were nothing to write home away. They wanted $98.00 for a tiny purse. No thank you. I was in there less than 4 minutes. Swarovski was a good wrap up. I found the crystal figurine I had been wanting. She was marked down from $88.00 to $55.00! The guy and girl who helped me were both very friendly. They had other great sales going. Most everything in the store was 30% to 50% off. I hit some other stores while I was there. They have a great Hey Dude shoe store, a nice Vera Bradley, and large Simply Southern, and good sized Samsonite luggage store. The mall space is outdoors, but the majority is covered. It was great weather the day I went. It's a wonderful way to get your steps in and enjoy fresh air while shopping. They have a small food court with 4-5 vendors. A Chinese place, a cheesesteak place, and a couple others. It's pretty small, but it will suffice if you are hungry. They also have individual vendors in the shopping space between store who sell popcorn, hotdogs, corn in a cup and more. The stores are all numbered. The numbering system is a bit confusing as one side of the aisle is the 800s and the other side is 100s. Large standing maps are available throughout and the stores also have paper maps. I don't do much shopping because most advertised "Deals," aren't that great. But here, the end of the season deals were incredible. They offer great deals throughout the year, as well. I bought beautiful blue pair of Armani Exchange (A/X), pants and saved 75% retail price. I bought few things at Kelvin Klein and other high-end stores that I normally wouldn't buy simply because price didn't fit my budget. All your favorite name-brands stores offer what I could only describe from personal experience as absolutely stunning deals. The outdoor mall offers clean and comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of parking available. They offer covered walkways in rainy or sunny days. They have comfortable seating should you like to take a break from all that your eyes see... Making your mind race with endless possibilities and decisions. If you prefer to move throughout the mall efficiently, Simmon Group, offers scooters for as low as $39 for four hours. Are you hungry or thirsty? The mall offers large indoor food court with endless possibilities. If you need an extra boost of caffeine or a specialty beverages, Starbucks is attached next to the food court, with separate entrance. Seating at this Starbucks is limited since it's more designed as a To-Go location. Overall, I highly recommend this Premium Outlet Mall. Stop by and experience the difference for yourself. read more

A happy little child in a candy store, an affordable and fashionable one at that. Visiting these outlets is always a joy due to the ginormous number of stores. I love the organization by wares and how easy it is to navigate. The shops themselves are well staffed, well run and well stocked. From clothes to shoes to bags to jewelry to cutlery to a Disney store? The mall has it all! And the deals and unbelievably great. The nice part is that quality is still top notch. My cousin and I decided to do some shopping the day before my visit ended. In my experience in other outlets, stores shipped items that you purchased in store. I was surprised to learn this was not an option for me (at least in the Nike store I was told this). Since that was my first store within the outlet I opted to ship everything I decided to purchase there which ended up being an unexpected expense and limited my purchases there since I didn't factor it in to my luggage for my return to Michigan. The outlet is primarily outdoors and the weather was beautiful that day. I visited GW Gyro & Wings in the Food Court and had a Mango Smoothie that was cool and refreshing. There was also a vendor in the Food Court selling the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar that I had been wanting to try that I made a purchase from. Next time, I'll return prepared. read more

Love the MK line The store was crowded considerably the store had recently opened. Some of the staff was friendly. I didn't locate the size purse that I wanted nor was it listed online. Settled for an alternate item. I was the only one in line. Staff was approachable, she had to call to the back for a purse that was in an enclosed bag. Sadly they didn't have one. These two women today November 28 around 5pm who were right inside the store watching the door, both me and my parents were in line for over 30 MINUTES waiting to go inside. Mind you it's freezing and I am a MINOR! We were close to getting inside when I had to go to the bathroom urgently, this brown skinned man who was very nice and professional to us understood I had to go. I came back after like 5 minutes and my parents were inside, I was freezing and I wanted to get inside with my parents so I can be SAFE and not be kidnapped. Now these two women would not allow me inside even though my parents told them that I'm a MINOR and they don't want me outside since it's both cold and dangerous for me to stay outside so I just wanted to be with them. But the ladies insisted on the policy that I cannot go inside, who's gonna comfort my parents if they're own daughter got kidnapped just because their policy said I couldn't go inside, now the nice man said he didn't really know about the policy and he knew that I was waiting for them so he was pretty much okay if I went inside. At this point this is just ridiculous. Absolutely not professional and I WILL not allow any of MY own family members or friends to visit this exact store ever. All because of two girls who were unprofessional and wouldn't tell us why this policy was put or if we could to to their boss. Absolutely disgusting service. We just left because they wouldn't explain anything as my parents politely insisted that they don't want me outside alone with NO supervision. This is the worst experience in my life and I would rate this a negative just because of two women alone not letting a CHILD a MINOR inside to be safe with their parents. Disgusting. read more

Compared to other Premium Outlets locations, I felt like this one didn't really measure up. It's fairly small and really only includes the absolute basics. IMO, the best store was Lululemon. It's missing most designer brands. If you're there for Tommy Hilfiger and Chico's, you've come to the right place. I should mention - I'm spoiled since my local Premium Outlet is Woodbury Commons (best in the USA!) We got there early and found parking easily. On our way out early afternoon it was PACKED, so get there early! read more

What can I say... it's an outlet. It has all the usual suspects: Nike, Victoria's Secret, a combination of mid to high end luxury brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Versace, etc). I like that they have covered awnings here and there to protect you from the sun (or in our case today, the rain). Today we just went in to grab a few Versace bags and with the rain there was no time to linger. I'll be back to check out the other stores later read more

This is an outlet mall and it has some great stores. The food court is not good at all. My children both worked at the mall when they were young and said the food court is terrible. They would always go to Starbucks and get food and a drink. There is no franchise restaurant here. It is all no name places with food that is sub-par. The shopping is great though. Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Nike, Burberry, Lucky Jeans, Uggs(new), Victoria Secret(new) and tons more to spend that pay check!!! Great place for Xmas shopping but go early in the season. This outlet is a shopper's dream! It's one of my favorite outdoor venues to take a stroll, enjoy the breeze and covered walkways. When I do shop, I really enjoy these are factory outlets with better pricing. I've had great service each time I've been here. We had a big meal at Dario's steakhouse and thought to come by here to walk off the calories. It has been several years since our last visit. Plenty of parking; it was scorching hot from the parking lot to the front entrance. I almost melted!! Lots of folks shopping without masks and it was quite packed. Saw lines at Victoria Secrets, Bath Body works, Kate Spade etc. We visited Puma, Asics and Lululemon as they had some specials deals for Labor Day. Starbucks was packed and there were a few food stalls selling popcorns. The bathrooms were not very clean. I never understood why there aren't more trees (hello, need shade in 100'F) in the parking lot. Good place to burn a couple of hours. read more

There are so many great factory stores with awesome prices- Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Saks Off 5th, Express, Ann Taylor, Loft, Aldo, Nike, Adidas, Armani Exchange... the list goes on and on! And there's always a sale of some sort, so be prepared to spend many hours here! There's a food court with the typical mall-food options like Chinese, Pizza, Philly Cheesesteaks... and there's a Starbucks right next to the Food Court. This Starbucks accepts mobile orders, making online ordering fast and easy! Only tip is to come early or have patience when looking for parking, as it does get crowded on weekends. read more

Not to be confused with the Houston Premature Ejactulations (which are very common according to my bad bad girlfriend) and the Houston Preemie Outlets, which are maternity wards that induce labour WAYYYYY early. The Houston Premium Outlets are not nearly as much fun as the Tanger Outlets way down south on the Gulf Freeway. You would think they would be comparable, but I think because there are a lot more people living up this way that these particular Outlets end up selling out of stuff more often, and being a little bit less friendly and definitely more busy. read more

My mom knew exactly where to take me and it was between the outlets or the Galleria Mall and me being the adventurous one I wanted to go to the outlets. I must say I had a BLAST! The weather was literally perfect for walking the outlets! Houston Premium Outlets has many stores to choose from, such as Aldo, MK, Coach, Colombia, Nike, Addidas, Forever 21, Journeys, Vans and so MUCH MORE! This outlet reminded me of the Tanger Outlet of Riverhead in New York which is one of my go to places, except I love how the set up of all the store are here. Literally a great place to shop at especially if you are on a budget but want some great things for a GREAT price! It does however get very busy fairly quickly, but you most definitely won't be disappointed! read more

This is a wonderful outdoor mall with a large selection of outlet stores and a beautifully landscaped setting. Situated near the cross of Grand Parkway and the NW Freeway, this mall offers easy access to shoppers living on the west side of Houston. Whatever the season you will enjoy walking this mall. There is lots of shade and cover for hot or rainy days. Many places to sit and rest and plenty of shops or stands to make your shopping here worthwhile. We always shop this mall during the Christmas season and before taking vacations because it seems we have the most luck finding the gifts or clothing we need. Houston has plenty of big malls but those places all have the same stores. Plenty of parking top off the reasons to try this mall. read more

I have been to the other Premium Outlets: Seattle, Las Vegas, Woodburn and others. But this place I found so so. Its definitely big. But its also so far out. I didn't find the sales here very attractive. I mean seems like if I went to Seattle Premium Outlet or Woodburn Premium outlet, there are much more better deals. I heard that it used to be better in the past before the oil price went down. I mean I know TX Houston is driven by oil price economy but it effects discount prices too. Well, I have to say the parking lot here is quite big. Lots of free parking. Valet parking is not free. I mean if you are into shopping. Might as well visit this place. read more

Visited several times and though they have great stores to choose from, they never have great selections in my size... I don't see much of a price difference either. Not my luck I suppose, though I wish it was different. Plenty of parking and shaded areas to walk through. Food court selection sucks though... seriously can't believe its mostly the fake Chinese/Japanese restaurants you typically steer clear from when you go to the mall. Oh, and each one of them harass you to try their samples... it was super annoying. Never stepping foot in the food court again unless I have to go to the bathroom. read more

Honestly this outlet is like any other outlet you can find but this one seemed a bit smaller than the ones I have been too. Its outside but there are coverings to prevent too much sun or rain in those weather conditions. There were so many ppl there and sales too! Would honestly be a go to shopping if I lived there. Would reccomend to come and visit and do some shopping if you are trying to find something to do! read more
