Nothing particular about this Target in Cypress. I was in the area and wanted to drop off some recycling stuff. It's conveniently located off of Freeway 290. Getting here from westbound was kind of tricky. The store is pretty big. I don't remember seeing any employees on the floor but the shelves were well stocked. It's good to know there's a Target in this side of town. I'll stop by again. read more

I only utilize the drive up, I never go inside. That being said, it is super convenient to have my groceries and other needs brought to my car. Specifically, the Good & Gather brand is my go to and the price is good! My only gripe about this specific Target is that the drive up employees need to pay better attention to the orders going into the correct vehicles... because if you get the wrong order, Target does NOT help you in getting a replacement (by calling the corporate Target, not the actual store) . 3 times I have had an issue with my drive up order at this location. One time I got a completely wrong order (full of laundry detergent, when I ordered food for dinner) and the other two times I didn't get all of what I ordered because I had two orders and they only loaded one. I will say that when corporate Target didn't help me when I got the wrong order, I called the actual store and the drive up manager was SUPER friendly & helpful and actually shopped my entire order in 10 minutes to make up for the fact I didn't receive any of my items. Overall, I've done drive up at multiple Targets in 3 different states and this is the ONLY one I've ever had an issue with. read more

The prices on black Friday 2025 were lower than I expected however, when I bought a bicycle online and decided to pick it up at the store, the bicycle was still in the box disassembled. They said someone will assemble it for me but it may take up to two business days, that they will call me when it is ready. Went home and later that night I received an email saying I picked up the bicycle, not true, the bike still at the store waiting for assembly. I'll got to the store in the morning to talk to a manager and make them aware. read more

Two things. Drive up parking should be monitored by target employees. Customers park under awning and go in to shop which leaves no spots for those who shop app for curbside. When it's raining or a storm Target employees do not bring items to car. What is point of drive up parking? read more

I really like going to this Target but they never have any lines open. No matter the time of the year they only open the self check lanes. Know one is ever at a register until the self check line is backed up to cosmetics. My sister used to work at a Target so I know how it works but it seems the manager never is fully staffed. We have also done curbside orders and it is always a long wait if they get your order. They are doing a terrible job at displaying clothes for the culture and black history month. Every other Target I have been in has them up from not this one it is hidden in a corner which is very sad because a lot of black people live in this area. All in all my may have to start going to another Target even though this one will not loss business it is on the verge of losing mine. read more

I moved to cypress 5 years ago but then moved away and since moving back 4 weeks ago I have been to the drive up a couple of times. Employees at drive up are really nice hardworking men and women who seem to always have my items outside ready for me when I get there. I don't know how they're just standing their in the heat in Texas. I finally stepped inside when we had a storm and I forgot where everything was in this Target so it took me a while to find the toddler clothing then the girl clothing thank god for a employee that was hiding lol. But as I went to checkout I went to self checkout the guy that was there directing us was nice but I guess this woman is the manager she started yelling this ones open come on next In line. We can see we can do it ourselves I felt like a toddler being moved in a direction I understand it's raining but we will all get through. read more

This place is always a mess, the parking is terrible and they have a family that's been in this parking lot for like 5 years harassing people for money claiming to be homeless on their iPhones. This target is well organize and has most things always stocked. The service for returns is fast and easy if you have a receipt. I appreciate them sanitizing the carts for each customer. I've never seen a Target like this one. I've been in many Targets over the years. The bathrooms are always filthy or out of order at this location. I went in the other night to use the bathroom. There were only 5 stalls. 2 we're out of order, one was occupied and the other 2 were covered in pee and toilet paper. Looks like days have gone by without cleaning. The black manager tonight had an attitude and pounced on my wife and I as we walked in the store without a mask. I'm from Texas and they are not required. He asked us to put one on and I said no b/c governor said it wasn't mandatory. He got in my face and said target is private and we had to. I said no that is wrong and target was public. He was so loud and obnoxious that he got a group of black people to start harassing us from a distanced by chanting at us. I said we would leave if that was a requirement and he said there is the door so get out. I looked up targets policy after we walked out. All he had to politely say was that even though the governor said no mask; that it was still targets policy. He almost caused a bad situation due to poor management and judgement on his part. He handled the whole situation poorly. I will never shop at this Target again. read more

Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review. read more

Ordered curbside and alerted store I was in the way. Upon entering the Parking lot Target "disabled" curbside due to rain. I caught a Target employee delivering a curbside to car next to me, explained I was not able to check in and was told they had turned the service off while I was in route to the store. I explained I had one item, coffee k cups and if they couldn't make it out, I would cancel as the store is not close to my house. The employee offered to retrieve it. It was one box of k cups dropped in my back tail gate with at least a full cup Of rain water allowed to flow into the shopping bag. It would be impossible for the amount of water to fill the bag with any care or effort at all. Box fell apart as it was sitting in water inside the target bag. STARBUCKS REVIEW: I was having a great experience walking around target and my brother and I decided to finish the trip off at Starbucks. YIKES. The service was AWFUL. At first they were rushing us around 1:30 and completely disregarded what my order was. I get that the workplace is constantly busy but still. She didn't add what I wanted in my order so when my drink was ready I told her that I asked for something more/added. She then took my drink back and ROLLED HER EYES at me for something I tried telling her my correct order at the beginning. As I walked away my brother and I both heard them talking about me saying horrible things for no reason? I'm sorry?? How exactly does that work when someone doesn't listen the first time??? I'm giving y'all business and this is how I'm treated???? So after fixing said drink, she didn't announce my brothers drink being ready and when we walked up there to grab it she slammed MY drink that SHE messed up on the counter when I was right in front of her. When I grabbed my drink she rolled her eyes again and threw my straw at me. For Starbucks this was BY FAR the WORST experience I've ever had here. I should've just asked for my money back and no drink at all. I know damn well I shouldn't be talked to like that and disrespected like that. I've been visiting this Target location for years and have a brand new appreciation for this store during the COVID-19 pandemic. My biggest complaint with the Drive-Up functionality before the pandemic was that it was limited to certain items. I've noticed that they have expanded the variety of items that are now available to pick up via Drive Up and I am grateful. My children and I look forward to driving to Target just to spend a few moments out of the house. The wait once I arrive is never too long, considering all the other people who are using the service as well. Thank you to all the wonderful employees who make this happen for us! read more

Legit a million workers and NOT a damn register open . The only one they have open is occupied with a woman taking 30 minutes and griping about the ads. I just wanted to get home now I won't be getting the things needed for dinner nor will I be shopping at this location again. This Target is conveniently located off of 290 and near TJ Maxx, Petsmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross, Starbucks, Best Buy and other shops. It's a busy target because of its location. I come here often due to the location. I have found the store to be generally organized and the employees to be friendly. I think management did a good job of training since the employees approach you asking you if you need help. They don't always know what they carry or where things are but that happens with employee turnover and seasonal items, but they try. The parking lot for some odd reason is almost always full of black birds. I included some pics for fun. They don't bother me but for some can be scary. This target isn't a super target so it's an average sized one. I was going to give this target a 4 because I had wished it was a super target but can't fault the store for that so I'm giving it 5 stars. read more

This is for the STARBUCKS located inside this Target location: I arrived and I was the only one in line there where three baristas who where just talking laughing and having a great time on their phones I was not acknowledged until about 3 minutes. I Ordered my regular drink that I have been ordering for YEARS !!!! Tall Java Chip with Peppermint cocomilk please. The Barista said $7.44!!!! Never in my life have I ever paid over 5 bucks for a tall EVER! Then she said if your not getting it as it is on the menu we charge for all the changes and whatever extra you add. I asked if this was every Starbucks and she said yes they aren't doing their job correctly. Obviously I did not purchase. I said thank you I will go to another location and she just said OK there was no ok thank you I'm sorry for the inconvenience nothing. I felt as she just didn't want to make the drink. This is sad because not only do they loose my business but this location will lose it as well. I mean what mom doesn't love to get some Starbucks and do their Target shopping!!! I have always believed on the basic principles of customer service, expected more from target. I can't believe how an adjustment is just a big deal for some employees and they treat you like you are trying to cheat the system. If you don't know what a Target is, what rock have you been under for the past decade? This is like the Gucci of your department stores, where Walmart is your pay less. I love this store, and most all Target's I go in. For years this has been just a standard target, but now they've moved on to produce / meats etc.. and is a super target now. My family and I make at least a weekly visit to this place, and if we go longer than that, then something unusual is happening. Always good service, always good product, never have been let down with Target and especially this one, and don't think it'll happen very soon. Location: inbound side of feeder of 290 and Spring Cypress, always enough parking, safe area of town, located in a Plaza with other choices if your out shopping Surrounding area: there's a bunch of restaurants on the same side as Target as well as across on the outbound side of 290 Prices: varies of course depending on what you want, but have never seen Target over charge for a product read more

So disappointed that this is my neighborhood Target. For 6 years their bathrooms have been disgusting, need serious updating and regular cleaning. It looks like they clean it once a week. Also- their toys are a mess and all over the place. Certain products are completely gone and not restocked. Really wish Target would step up their game here. I don't usually write reviews about chain stores, but I go to this Target almost every other day since I could never get enough of it. If I have everything I need at home, I still find a reason to go there to find some other thing that I may "need." Then there is the Starbucks there that I get my Venti Latte and my cake pop before I go on my Target adventure. I love the seasonal sales and the wine selection. read more
