They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. We are very pleased with our purchase and furniture. Don't go anywhere else!

About a month ago I had ordered an Ashley brand desk online. They delivered it in the manufacturer…read morebox. There were no dents or cuts in the box. Upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed there was a 1" long dent on the desk top edge. I called Cypress and they immediately delivered a new one out and picked up the damaged one. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

The good- *We loved that they worked with our home closing timeline. *They have a huge selection * Delivery went smoothly * A few weeks later I opened my door to find freshly baked cookies and a thank you note from Exclusive Furniture. I love a good surprise and delight moment. *The couch we purchased IS beautiful, and the leather is buttery soft The not so good- * For what it is, the pricepoint seems a bit high * Although we made a very expensive purchase we had to pay for delivery. * I've dealt with saley furniture shops, but this one may take the cake. Independent browsing felt near impossible. Although we purchased, I truly left feeling like a number. We prefer the ability to shop independently with the occasional check in, however, if that's not possible, we'd like to atleast feel like more than a paycheck. Overall, this wasn't our best experience purchasing furniture, but certainly not the worst. Without the high pressure sales, I'd certainly revisit for select items.

My furniture delivery was scheduled between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. I confirmed the delivery as requested and remained available during the entire delivery window. When the delivery had not arrived by 7:25 p.m., I called the store and was told the driver was running behind and would arrive within approximately 30 minutes. After waiting even longer with no communication, I attempted to call back only to find the store had already closed. What made this experience even worse was that I ultimately received a phone call around 10:15 p.m., and the delivery team did not arrive at my home until approximately 10:35 p.m., remaining there until around 11:35 p.m. Receiving a furniture delivery that late at night was unacceptable. I was never informed that the delivery would occur so late, nor was I given the opportunity to reschedule. As a customer, I felt unsafe and extremely inconvenienced. After the delivery window expired, I emailed customer service detailing the situation and also left a voicemail at the store location. Rather than addressing my concerns, acknowledging the delayed delivery, or providing an explanation, I received a text message the next day simply asking whether I was happy with my furniture. There was no reference to my email, no response to the issues I raised, and no effort to resolve the situation or make things right. While the furniture itself is fine, customer service is about more than the product. It is about communication, accountability, and respect for your customers' time and safety. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things. I expected a sincere apology, an explanation, and some acknowledgment of how poorly this delivery was handled. Instead, my concerns were largely ignored. Because of the lack of communication, the late-night delivery, and the inadequate response from customer service, I cannot recommend Exclusive Furniture based on my experience.

Comprised of both the main store and an intake area, StillGoode dominates the shopping strip. Browsing from aisle to aisle, it was clear that everything was in pretty good shape. While the shop as a whole embraced traditional furniture offerings, I occasionally ran across a few items in other styles (an oversized burl coffee table, boucle accent chairs, and various farmhouse pieces for example). The pricing is pretty competitive, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor markings of wear and tear. It far more expensive than your Goodwill, or Junior Forum, but less expensive than your inner loop curated consignment boutique, and certain a better value that purchasing new. More than that I appreciate the demeanor of the staff. They're helpful but not at all overbearing. They're friendly and available without hovering. It's a relaxed, low pressure environment that allows the customer to feel comfortable taking their time to make decisions. In addition to carrying high quality furniture they also carry decor, framed artwork, jewelry, and handbags. Although my husband and I didn't find anything on this trip, I'm sure we'll be back in a few months to take a look at the new inventory.

We talked to the manager about certain color we wanted, he did say they didn't have it on stock but can order it. We accepted, paid for it and he told us it would take 2-4 weeks which we thought was a long time for a tv stand, but either way we accepted terms which he also wrote on paper work 2-4 weeks. Well it's July 8 and after my wife called he said another couple weeks. I immediate called back to complain and first thing out of the managers mouth was they had to wait for a full truck to ship. With that statement they told me everything I needed to know that they care about profits more than there customers. Don't shop here, I 100% don't recommend any company who goes back on there word and puts customer care last.
