We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

He cut the wood exactly to size on the first try. The managers were watching, they said, "Sir, nobody picks out drywall screws with great dignity like you." And the garden center? Phenomenal. They have the biggest, healthiest tomato plants you've ever seen. A lot of people don't know this, but getting the right plumbing fittings on the first trip is very difficult. Very rare. But at this Lowe's, you walk in, you get your copper pipes, and you walk out looking like a winner.I looked at that other home improvement warehouse down the highway--the orange one--and let me tell you, it is a total Disaster. A complete failure. A total joke! You go looking for help over there and the aisles are completely empty, very low energy. The workers are hiding in the breakroom, frankly. Their lawnmowers are overpriced, their paint mixers are always broken, and their parking lot is a complete horror show. It's a total scam! Very sad.But this Lowe's? Magnificent. They win so much, your toolbox will get tired of winning. They have the greatest tools, the cleanest aisles, and the best prices in the history of retail, maybe ever. I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Overall a good shopping experience if you don't have to deal with the one lady who will stick to you like glue, and acts rude to young people. She let me change out pillows to get my look on the floor model and even helped me save a ton with the points credit card they offer. Since I was buying so much it just made sense. I also really like the way the store layout is, well stocked but not cramped and large aisles to walk in.
