It is nice to work with a place that actually cares about what the customer wants, from the beginning until the end. I first met Bill who came over to look at what I wanted to do. He clearly explained what is entailed in getting my bath/shower swapped out for a new one. He was even truthful enough to tell me that my bath/shower was still in good shape and that I really didn't need to replace it. This, to me, shows they actually care about the customer's needs more than the sale. The gentleman showed me samples, explained what they do and why they do it, and then, after I made my choices on what I wanted, he did a computer mock-up of what it would look like, just to make sure it was what I wanted. In all, he spent almost 2 hours. All the other places I dealt with spent, maybe 30 minutes tops. No explanation on what they would do, no mock-ups, and very little to no samples, outside of pictures in a book. For the actual remodeling, you couldn't ask for more respectful and nice people. Chris and Joe were courteous from the very beginning and did a great job in a commendable amount of time. Their clean-up afterward looked as if they were never there. The initial consultation provided a catalog of options we could select and completed with answers to many questions we had about our selections, price, and process. There was no pressure to commit to any of these things unless we decided to go with it. The days where the tear down and installation occurred were as smooth as could be expected. His team arrived on-time and ready to go. Walking paths in the house where materials were moved were not only covered but thoroughly cleaned after leaving. End-of-day inspections allowed us to receive answers to questions and make sure that we were in agreement with each stage of the installation. The final review made sure that we had everything completed that we had discussed in the contract. We also walked through final documents that we would receive later including our warranty and information of how to maintain the shower installation. We had Five Star Bath Solutions replace our soaking tub with a shower stall. We were excited to have a custom piece since we wanted to use the whole area where our tub had been and it was larger than the standard size showers sold in the big box stores. We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with and the service we received. Everyone of the people who came to our home was prompt, arriving exactly when expected. Our salesman, Bill, went through all our options with us. He did not try to upsell us and even pointed out some things we might not need. The installers, Kris and Joe, were friendly and professional.
