We had water showing up in our basement and the first reaction was foundation cracks, but Julian and his team cut some drywall and found it was a plumbing pipe issue rather than a leaky foundation. While Julian couldn't do the work himself given his specialty is waterproofing, he followed up with a recommended plumbing contact. We had water coming into our basement from a crack that was inadequately patched before we moved in. To make things tricky, the water was coming from behind our basement stairs, so it made an indoor patch a much less likely option. Julian's team were out the day of my Yelp request to provide a quote and had the crack fixed within a week. What's more, they rerouted our downspout under a footpath to an underground bubble pot in our front yard to avoid water pooling near the area in the future. The two professionals had a 10-foot hole dug, patch and water diversion completed, hole filled and plants re-planted within five hours.
