From the moment Julian answers the phone, he is a total professional. He and his team showed up to my house for a quote (which was very reasonable) and began working the job the very same day! His team was friendly and had a clear working knowledge of what they were doing. They did a five star job and would definitely use them again. read more

Our basement had two areas that leaked after heavy rains. Julian and his team quickly identified the problems and sent a proposal. Compared to a competitor's proposal, Julian's was more reasonably priced, better planned and didn't involve removing several of our bushes and trees. The work finished quickly and looks great! It was a pleasure working with Julian and his team. I highly recommend them. Thanks! read more

Julian was very responsive to messages. He came out quickly for a quote which was very reasonable. I was expecting the price to be way more. He explained everything to me and addressed my concerns. Julian and his team came back exactly one week later. They arrived on time and were very kind and professional. I was unable to move my washer and dryer, but they had no problem taking care of it for me. When finished, they moved and hooked everything back up for me. Throughout the process, Julian showed me exactly what they were doing which I really appreciated. They even connected the drain hose from my furnace to the drain tile. No additional cost. Julian had multiple ways I could pay which I really appreciated too. My basement has been dry ever since they completed their work. I highly recommend Wizard Basement Waterproofing to everyone. read more

Thank you so much. You guys made what could have been a nightmare into a great experience. Julian was straightforward and easy to work with on pricing, which I appreciated. No games, just clear communication. Pablo and the crew were excellent. They got right to work, moved fast, and kept everything clean the whole time. You can tell they know exactly what they're doing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly, not just quickly. We had a foundation crack repaired, a French drain installed, and new underground gutter lines run. Everything looks great and was done the right way with solid materials. What stood out most was how efficient and professional the whole crew was from start to finish. No shortcuts, no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right the first time. read more

From Swamp to Sanctuary: Wizard Basement Waterproofing Cast the Right Spell If Gandalf had a plumbing license, he'd work for Wizard Basement Waterproofing. I was battling a backyard bog thanks to a poorly routed sump pump discharge line that turned my lawn into a seasonal wetland. Every rainstorm felt like a reenactment of Noah's Ark--minus the boat, plus a lot of mud. Enter the Wizards. I wanted the discharge line upgraded to PVC, buried 2-3 feet deep, and extended past my fence to the far corner of the yard. Not only did they understand the assignment, they executed it like trench-digging ninjas with a PhD in hydrology. The trench was clean, precise, and deep enough to make a mole jealous. The PVC install was rock-solid, and the water now flows like a well-behaved river--quietly, efficiently, and nowhere near my patio furniture. They didn't just fix the problem--they future-proofed it. No shortcuts, no duct tape miracles, just solid craftsmanship and real drainage science. And the price? Let's just say I didn't need to sell a kidney. For the quality of work, the value was outstanding. I've paid more for bad sushi. If you're tired of backyard puddles, mystery moisture, or sump pump spaghetti lines, call Wizard Basement Waterproofing. They don't just waterproof--they wand-wave your worries away. read more

The company has "Basement Waterproofing" in their name, yet refused to do services that contribute to said activity because, quote, "we only install new sump pumps". That's not waterproofing, it's one step of many different things needed to properly protect a basement. Suggest a more accurate name change: "Wizard Sump Pump Sales". read more

They responded quickly to my message when I reached and came by for a free estimate. I showed them my issue and what I thought was the problem. However, they explained what the actual issue was and how to fix it properly. They provided me two options and what they would do. I went with their recommendation. On the day of the repair they arrived on time and completed the job within the provided estimate. I am glad we got this fixed and look forward to having a dry basement. Thank you! read more

I had an issue with water seeping in through my kitchen exhaust, and they responded very quickly, even coming out from quite far away. Julian and Martin were friendly, professional, and efficient, and got the job done quickly. I really appreciated how prompt they were in addressing the issue. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them! read more

Ok. I wrote a review previously and said I couldn't give an accurate review until after a heavy rain because that's when my basement floods. Well last night was a super heavy rain. I'm looking at the usual lake of water that collects outside of my home and my basement is super dry! Excellent work! read more

I would not hire this company, the owner works for another water proofing company and does this on the side. Once I researched the company decided NOT to follow through with a quote. read more

Customer service and response time we're out of this world. Julian reached out to me within a half hour of my posting for a request. He and his team came the same day. We had water showing up in our basement and the first reaction was foundation cracks, but Julian and his team cut some drywall and found it was a plumbing pipe issue rather than a leaky foundation. While Julian couldn't do the work himself given his specialty is waterproofing, he followed up with a recommended plumbing contact. Julian and his plumbing contact showed up the very next day to work on the situation. Julian and his team were thorough and considerate with fair pricing. They could have easily slapped some putty or a bandaid solution but were professional and did it right. I got a good vibe from the consultation that I felt no hesitation with the recommendation. read more

Wonderful experience! I have not had anymore water seepage even with the recent downpours.

Julian and his team deserve 10 stars! I had Julian give me a quote in August. I needed to get a few quotes to compare apples to apples. Julian's quote was the best. But it was the best for several reasons: Julian supplied photos of my basement and things he offered to correct and fix- including i-beams and posts. The quote was alacarte- I could choose what I wanted to have done. By October, I chose his whole list. To bring my basement into the best condition it's ever been. Full encapsulation, drain tiles, sump pump, beams and more. Julian communicated with me every step of the way. Showed photos of every step. And his team are a joy to work with. Pleasant and hard working. Julian and his team went BEYOND what was expected and I am so pleased with the results! Highly recommend if you want a healthy, safe, clean, dry, basement. read more

We had water coming into our basement from a crack that was inadequately patched before we moved in. To make things tricky, the water was coming from behind our basement stairs, so it made an indoor patch a much less likely option. Julian's team were out the day of my Yelp request to provide a quote and had the crack fixed within a week. What's more, they rerouted our downspout under a footpath to an underground bubble pot in our front yard to avoid water pooling near the area in the future. The two professionals had a 10-foot hole dug, patch and water diversion completed, hole filled and plants re-planted within five hours. They were prompt, professional and gave thorough answers when we had questions. Just had a few days of heavy rain and our basement is still dry. I'd recommend these guys! read more

I had water in my basement due to a crack in our 70 year old chimney foundation. It was made worse by our neighbor's driveway 6 feet away and pitched to our foundation. I Interviewed three foundation repair services and listened to each representative. The only one that I felt looked at the problem through the eyes of someone that had been in the trenches for many years and explained the solution in simple terms was Wizard Basement Waterproofing. The work was professionally done. Everybody on the crew was skilled in their portion of the job. The basement is dry and the drain tile work exceeded my expectation. They only charged me for the work done. No sales commissions, overhead or TV advertising. I plan to use them on another side of the house. read more

I highly recommend them. Not only did they fix the two basement leaks, but put in French drains to stop the water from coming into the basement. They are professional, timely and very reasonably priced. They came out the next day to fix the leak, when I would have had to wait a week for the company that advertised on TV. Thanks Julian, Cisco and Pablo. read more

We had drain tiles , waterproofing and a sump pump installed in a very old crawlspace in our basement that leaks when it rains. Julian and his team came out and got right to work. They were professional, clean and had the work done in half a day. They were friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you are having water issues. You won't be disappointed. read more

They were able to go out and complete the work fast. Great service at a great price! 100% recommend.

I definitely recommend this company. We had water coming in the basement where the wall meets the cement floor. They were prompt in coming out to fix the problem and did but needed them to come back out the next day to do a little more. Everything is good now. They are friendly, professional in making sure they do the job right as well as reasonably priced. read more

Very impressed with this company. I had never heard about them before but they were able to show up day of my emergency. They worked really hard to rectify the situation and then came back again a few days later to make sure everything was working and help me with a few other issues I had in my house. They have very competitive rates, and their staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable I highly recommend! read more
