We had a great experience from beginning to end, and this says a lot because my husband and I really dislike the process of making decisions on house stuff. We updated our kitchen countertops and added a tile backsplash throughout kitchen. Kim was patient and helpful in the showroom, and tolerated our disagreeing and being indecisive in a really productive way. Mostly gave us space to work through it but pushed us just a little bit with her expertise behind her. It was clear she is confident in her knowledge and in the team's ability to deliver. Mario and his team got our new countertops in extremely quickly once we chose the granite slabs we liked. (This ended up being the unlock, as we just couldn't agree on a quartz color). The backsplash took longer but that was simply because of COVID supply chain hang ups- we had to wait on the tile to get here from overseas. They offered to have us pick new tile or wait and we chose to wait. I'm glad we did because we LOVE how it turned out. Communications were professional throughout. I was helping my mom renovate her house and the first thing we wanted to do was replace the laminate flooring in the master and guest bathrooms. The retailers in our area didn't have much of a selection so we started browsing the internet. After requesting quotes from a few places, we were sure Kitchen Bath and Beyond was our best option. Not only because the pricing was super affordable for what we wanted, but because our experience was very personable! Thru email and phone calls, Chelsea helped us find the most beautiful Italian Calacatta marble flooring we had been searching for, and was even able to find it in a 12"x24" sizing that seemed to be rare. She managed to get it shipped to us within a week! Chelsea showed an active interest in our design ideas, it was obvious that this wasn't just someone trying to make a sale. I hired Kitchen Bath and Beyond to gut and remodel two bathrooms. This was the best remodeling experience I ever had. Kim in the office was extremely helpful and patient in helping us design the bathrooms. Mario, who manages the job, stopped on the job site everyday informing me of the progress and what would be happening the next day.This being a messy remodeling job, everything in my condo was well protected and work areas where cleaned up at the end of every day. All the employees on the job where friendly, competent and professional. There was never a day when work wasn't being done. Being that I lived in a condo building, Mario made it a point that all employees where conscientious of the rules and regulations. Not one complaint was received. Highly recommended!! Making the decision to have your Kitchen and more remodeled is a large step and very stressful. We used online reviews to help make our decision. From the moment we met the team from KBB we knew it was right for us. Kim did an excellent job making us comfortable and helping with every little detail of the design. She stayed on top of everything making sure we never missed a deadline. Mario came to the site nearly every day to make sure we knew what was going to be happening. Even with minor changes and additional things we wanted, it was always easy to work together. The work of Krys and Brian (and rest of the crew) made the job go smoothly. Mario is great too! He is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy every step of the way. They told me my kitchen, which is quite small, would be done in 6 weeks. They were done in 4. All of the crew was fantastic. They don't show up at your place one day, then leave you for 3 days while they go to some other job. They work every day, and you are treated like you are the only job they have. The price was so affordable and amazing especially for the high quality in material that i could not pass it up!
