She was very professional and we left the store confident we were headed in the right direction. Mario (owner) came out a few days later to measure and take pics. He was professional and also straight to the point. The quote was a bit higher than we had hoped, but we felt good about the design and items we selected. Items were ordered and Kim kept us updated on their status since it was several months before they could even start constructions. Once they started, we realized why they cost a little more than the average Joe contractor. Every contractor (4 different guys) were each phenomenal. They treated our home like it was theirs. They were all very clean, very detailed, and they ended up doing a few extra repairs outside of the contract (with my permission). Kris was the main contractor and was here the most and I would give him more than 5 stars. The painter is expertly skilled and I can't tell where the drywall repairs were done. The crew also was very careful around our dogs and didn't leave any doors open. The final project exceeded our expectations. We noticed a few paint touch ups that were needed and Mario sent someone out - a week after the job was done and the check was cashed. They all take pride in their work and I feel really wanted to do whatever they could to have me as a satisfied customer. Make an appointment, rather than just walking in - Kim is busy. Bring in pics and measurements if you can to help her out. They won't be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would hire KB&B again and encourage everyone reading this to check them out.

I have had three homes in past 15 years that I have done new stone in the kitchen. I have not had…read moreany issues with refined cuts in the past. MidAmerica Granite and Cabinets has left my kitchen unpolished and with holes. We called and sent videos of damage from the installers left when removing old granite, two holes. the 4" back splash was never installed from the remnants of the stone we purchased. Most importantly the cuts on the quartz at the cabinets are horrible unrefined. Calls and videos sent tor the business owner with no reply. No effort how cheap and quick is to come patch or to refine the cuts or simply refund the fees for removal(200) since they damaged my home. No attempt to fix for good faith for their business. Beware before spending big money on counter tops for your dream kitchen.
