Tony and his crew are exceptional. They gave us quality countertops at a great price. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

okay, I'll update here since they finally installed the small granite piece for my stove backsplash and accommodated my request for first thing in the am. The 3 guys who arrived called ahead 20 min, and were super careful to measure thrice and keep measuring and using a level as the piece dried. I felt very confident watching their concern to get the piece on the backsplash in an attractive and straight manner. They could not have been more professional. I'll say it once and say it again: when you deal with the salespeople at The Granite Corporation (that's their real name not "Granite") you kind of doubt that they have a clue about what they're selling. I don't know what will happen and it takes too long for them to finish up a sale, even though they mean well. However, when the measure & install team shows up, those are the people who really know what they're doing. They are top pros. I asked Sam, my sales person, how are they going to make sure the glue holds on a vertical application, and she did not know. I asked her if I should cover my stove, and she said, don't worry (of course, I did). When they showed up, they scored the back of both my backsplash and the new piece, so more glue would be applied. They applied glue all around the perimeter (not visable). They taped the piece in place and I put a spongy rug on my stove (just in case). They said, glue sets in 10 minutes and they held it that long, and it is good to go in a couple hours when I can take off tape. I would have liked to know that there would be a little granite dust in my kitchen ahead of time, to have removed everything from countertops, but they did hold up a vacuum while they scored my backsplash, so I cannot say that I see any dust (besides my own). They scored the new piece outside my house. The treasure here is the cutting, measuring & install team. They are premium craftsmen, very experienced and know how to communicate with the public. They're the ones who should be selling the granite! read more

We moved into our new house last summer. It's a 1978 quad-level and has had one previous owner. The owners had maintained this house exceptionally well and we actually love a lot of the original fixtures, etc. The kitchen is HUGE and a little too 80s-90s for us. We're still in the process of making changes, but the new countertops from GRANITE CORP were a huge step toward our final vision. Pairing honey oak cabinets with the grays and blues I love has been a challenge. Wall paint and backsplash still to come. Granite Corp was amazingly helpful - found just the right quartz countertop for us and an affordable composite sink. Best price by over $2000 (we did get in on a holiday special). The entire experience was perfect. read more

I can't recommend Granite Corp enough. From having been greeted at their door, shopping their showroom, and having the ability to see actual slabs in their warehouse, this was the easiest and most comfortable shopping experience for countertops. Jorge was over the top in customer service and I'd recommend seeking him out if possible. Their granite was exceptional and at a fair price for what you get. We also truly enjoyed working with and talking to Dave and his son. Raul who installed our granite was fast but efficient. This team is top notch. Bypass any other granite or big box stores in the area and go straight to Granite Corp in Oswego. read more

What a great company family owned and great products, service and communication We will be back for sure

Had counters put in and everything was seamless ( literally ;) customer service was top notch. Would definitely use again

Highly recommend Granite Corp! We had existing wood beams in the kitchen that made the design a little more challenging. Measurement and installation went perfectly, and our countertops turned out very beautiful. The customer's satisfaction is their priority. Great job Luis and team!! read more

My husband and I are selling the house soon and we needed to replace our counters. This was the first place we went. It's a slow process for us because they had to build up the higher countertop level. There was a problem with one of the seams. It was just in a tiny corner that probably no one would ever notice. The rest looked absolutely perfect. I knew they'd make it what we wanted though. Gabe came out and addressed our concerns with that tiny area. We still have one last step of the backsplash going in behind the sink, but I feel I could confidently give them a 5 star rating. They want their customers to be completely satisfied with the job. Problems come up often in this type of work and Dave the owner, and Gabe took care of our issues and repaired it himself. He made it look like it should've looked. It's not done yet, it will be on Wednesday but we are very pleased. I'll post a before and after. I'm sure we will get our money back when selling. It looks way better. Now I'm going to have high expectations for my next house. I know who to call if the kitchen is ugly. Mike and Carla S (Aurora West side) read more

A bit expensive and pushy (wanted 50% down immediately). Plus they were over a month out for service. It's a nice showroom, but found better with a company that had a lot less appealing store, but had quality stone and service. Don't be dazzled by the showroom. read more

Amazing work!! It was better than what I expected. Melissa and Nicole were both top notch. The installers where professional and Ed the plumber was great. Will definitely used them again on other projects. read more

We worked with Jorge about two years ago on Granite counter tops in our kitchen and bath. Loved the granite and still do! Beautiful material, smooth and pleasant purchase process, reasonable prices. Great product, horrible customer service. The installation process wasn't any better.

Installed in Feb 2018 Great service and good product; found three beautiful level 3 pieces for reasonable prices. Martha was wonderful to work with and helped us even after our original piece we chose for master bath counter top was damaged from a contracted company hitting it with snow plow(a fluke accident). Install guys were kind and courteous. The only Minor negatives, Master Bath: a small area was missing caulk and one of the guys left a mess behind. Company addressed issues- Resolved :) Bottom line: *Would call them for any future work *Martha is great to work with ! read more

Decided to go with Granite Corp after reading lots of reviews for other companies. Martha was very helpful and informative taking us through the process from start to finish. The choice of granite was extensive and we found one that would perfectly suit the kitchen. From the selection process to the set up date, then the installation, everything went according to plan. We couldn't be happier with our choice of granite and Granite Corp. Thank you to everyone who was involved in our purchase. read more

Granite Corp was amazing. Called them yesterday afternoon after a cluster from Best Buy happened with appliance installation. Long story short, we needed our granite adjusted to fit our new cooktop. Raul & his lovely wife came within the hour qnd did not leave until it was perfect. Even ran back and forth to Menards for various parts. They were so nice, professional, and cleaned as they worked. This company is fabulous. I highly recommend! read more

Martha was so helpful. Made it easy for me to pick my countertops and sinks. I can not wait to see it installed.

Dave & Jorge made it easy to business. They're professionals and very personable. Concerned about customer satisfaction. The installers along with their plumber, Ed, did a great job with the install. They were on time, did what they needed to do, and were on their way. They cleaned up any mess that there was. Very happy with the end result. Their prices were comparable to the other four granite places we looked at. They had a wide variety of stone to pick from. We also liked the fact that they were local. We like to support local businesses when we can. We would highly recommend Granite Corp. Ann & Dean read more

I received great service from Dave, Melissa and Nicole. They had a great selection to view in their showroom. Melissa was so helpful and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Her years of experience selling stone made me comfortable choosing Granite Corp for my home project. Dave has a great crew. No other granite company compares. I highly recommend Granite Corp for any home remodeling or new construction. read more

Awesome. We went to 4 different places to price and discuss our new granite kitchen countertops, and they were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. They were on time for the measurement appointment. They noticed that the wall was not perfectly straight, and since I was doing a tile backsplash, they wanted to be sure of a tight fit. They made a template of the wall to cut the tops from, and on installation day everything fit perfectly. I am very particular about the way things look, and am very pleased with the outcome of my kitchen. The installers were professional, pleasant and skilled. They worked very efficiently as a team, and you can tell, they have been doing this for quite some time. I have one seam and it looks very good, nice and tight and filled to match. They cleaned up after themselves leaving only beautiful countertops. They were also the only company that did not ask for full payment before install. Even one of the other large companies that has very good reviews wanted final payment before completion. For us, that was a red flag with all the other companies we went to. Granite Corp has the confidence you will be happy with the work. Final payment was upon completion and satisfaction. Highly recommend. read more

Easy to deal with ! Great work ! Fair pricing ! My kitchen looks amazing ! Highly recommend these folks

I went to several granite stores before landing on Granite Corp. I chose them because of their great selection, their excellent customer service, and the wonderful reviews on Yelp. Martha, Jorge, and everyone else were so wonderful. They let me come in and choose my slab as well as the cuts. The install was flawless. They installed during the time frames they promised and the finished product looks amazing. Not a single complaint. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Granite Corp truly delivers. read more

Jorge, Ivan and crew were awesome. They are very professional and have great prices. Our counter looks great!

Highly recommend Granite Corp for kitchen cabinet remodeling and granite. Dave and his team took the time to walk us through options and the entire process from creating a design to selecting our granite. We could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship - our new cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash and island look amazing! Dave took a personal interest in the project and was always available to answer questions. I can't tell you how much we appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. It is so difficult to find a contractor these days that delivers quality and fantastic customer service at a reasonable price. The project went very smooth and made the remodel seem to go by so quickly with minimal disruption - and I appreciate that as a mom of three little kids. Granite Corp is top notch and we will definitely be using them again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms. Thanks so much Dave and team! read more

Beware! Utimate Sharks here. I walk in and a hispanic guy asks, how much do you want to pay. You throw a number he throws a higher number etc. Basically, its a feeler strategy to identify your comfort point. Problem is if you are like me not knowing what thinks should cost it can cost you dearly. The problem I have with this approach is that rather than proving an estimate based on sq footage, service performed etc. they are looking to make a bigger bang. with this approach praying on first time buyers. I made the mistake of not getting enough quotes before agreeing on a price, but at the end I would have paid over 1500 more for the same granite elsewhere. If you are in the naperville, oswego, batavia, plainfield area: after much research here are my rankings for getting the best value. 1. Granite & Marble Depot Inc: best in price and straight forward service.Selection is good I ended up going with this company but #2 below was a close second. 2. Midwest Stone Sales: competitive pricing and straight forward service. Their service contract is a bit too much in my opinion asks you to assume too much liability if and when things go wrong. Selection is good with some unique ones I liked. 3.Heatland Granite: overall nice but the most expensive for the same granites I saw elsewhere. My guess is that you get what you pay for prob good place. Marble and Granite City another place, they never answer their phone, so I would avoid. read more

Couldn't be happier! Granite Corp exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I were looking for a specific quartz, which we found at Granite Corp for a very reasonable price. Martha and Taylor walked us through the whole process and took time answering any questions we had. We also had a new (much bigger) farmhouse sink to install. Martha coordinated with someone to install the sink the same day our countertops were being torn out, so that we could use our kitchen as long as possible. After the measurements were taken, I changed my mind on things several times and both Martha and Taylor were very patient with me. Martha even coordinated to have a plumber come out the same day the countertops were installed to install a new sink faucet. Also, because we had a bigger sink installed, our cabinet doors below the sink had to be replaced. I wanted the doors to match the other doors exactly. Martha found someone who could match them and do the job quickly. The countertops look amazing! We've had them for a couple of months now and love them just as much as when they were put in. I would recommend Granite Corp to anyone. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the counters look amazing! read more

Just do it!!! Don't hesitate this will be the best decision you will make if you are looking to improve your home. We had custom cabinets and an island made. We were tossing around what we wanted for countertops. Our kitchen is rustic so we wanted either a basic wood block style or granite. I am so grateful we chose granite and we were lucky enough to stop in at the Granite Corp in Oswego. We had the greatest guy helping us choose what we needed thank you Jorge!!! He was so helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. In addition to be amazing Jorge was also able to fit us in their schedule from what would have been a 3 week wait to being done in less than a week. Our kitchen looks amazing and granite is not as expensive as everyone fears. The pictures do not do justice for their work and the beauty but trust me it's breathtaking. Take a chance, upgrade and do it with this company you'll be totally satisfied. read more

We had originally ordered granite from Home Depot, but wanted to check out Granite Corp. Jorge is wonderful, he found us a better deal and showed up the workshop and convinced us to cancel our contract with Home Depot and switch to them. One of the first issues we had was the measuring date, we scheduled and on that date no one showed up, it somehow got switched with the next day. The other issue is that the countertops aren't cut with quite the precision I had thought they would be. One counter is about a 1/4-1/2 an inch shorter so it doesn't reach the seam of the wall/doorway. That wouldn't be a big deal but since the countertop on the other side of the doorway lines up makes it look off. Lastly, The sink isn't cut as well as it should be. We reached out to a handyman who agrees that the granite doesn't line up as well as it should along the sink. read more
