Pete was fantastic to work with! He kept us updated throughout the entire project and ensured everything stayed on track. The overall project went so smooth and fast, Pete and his team overdelivered at every step. He provided insightful suggestions that made a huge difference in both the kitchen and bathroom designs, without having to consult an interior designer. His vision matched exactly what we had wanted in color, quality, and style! Pete made the entire experience stress-free, which was a tough ask as we lived through the renovation with a toddler. We actually miss the guys working at our house! Mike and Chris were the hardworking hands behind the transformation, and we can't thank them enough for their impressive craftsmanship! Their attention to detail was incredible and they both worked meticulously to ensure every aspect was flawless, even more impressive as they were working with an older house to begin with! We love hosting in our house now with a kitchen that is functional, stylish, and perfect for entertaining. The custom cabinetry, modern fixtures, and beautiful finishes have made a world of difference! We would work with Custom Cabinet Connectionsagain without hesitation!!

We started with an idea of what we were looking to do. Didn't really know what was feasible or attainable with our space. Pete showed up, reviewed the space and dimensions, took notes on everything we were really looking to get out of the space. He didn't just take down the specific things we asked for but everything we were really hoping to be able to enjoy about the space once done. He sent over designs and reviewed them with us together, had no problem with the numerous adjustments we made along the way. Not just from things we wanted to change about them, but ideas he brought up that would work really well in the space as well. Much of which we didn't even know existed. Given this was going to be a massive update to our kitchen, den, laundry room and mud room; going in we were definitely anxious about how everything would ultimately play out. However Pete communicated the timeline, how it would all take place in which periods, and what to expect along the way. Everyone performing the brunt of the work our direct employees as well. The painters and flooring are from separate companies, but they're all friends and every one of them is friendly as can be. It was comforting knowing that the largest percentage of the work performed was by direct employees and not subcontracted help. Lastly, Pete's pricing structure is top notch. It is broken apart in multiple phases. Our's was a big job, so it was 5 chunks with the first roughly a third of the cost in the first chunk (not sure if that's how it works for all jobs, just our experience with this one). With the last 4 payments being paid AFTER each phase was completed. This form of payment breakdown is also the sign of a well established contractor that knows exactly what he can deliver and when, truly putting his money where his mouth is. We've already discussed other areas of the house we're looking to update in the near future and can't wait to see them come back. Thank you so much again Pete, Chris, Mike and Tim! P.S. Pete, still need my bathroom updated; save some room in your schedule for me ;)

For the past couple of years, I had been wanting to make updates to our home but couldn't find anyone I could trust, and I honestly thought it was a lost cause until I found Ibro. He reached out, was very friendly on the phone, came to the house, understood my vision, talked me through the expected timeline, and provided a detailed and fair quote for the project. We also wanted to stay within a budget, and I really appreciated how transparent and thoughtful he was in helping us manage expectations and make decisions that kept the project on track financially without sacrificing quality. He was clearly someone with a lot of integrity who follows through on his promises. Ibro and his team consistently finished their work within the quoted timeframe, which was truly impressive and a testament to their experience. He handled all technical aspects of the project expertly, his craftsmanship showed meticulous attention to detail, and he provided valuable consulting throughout the process as well. We really appreciated their ability to remodel while we were still occupying the house as well. This saved us money and they were always respectful of our space and routine. During those couple of months, they honestly started to feel like part of the family. They transformed our bathroom, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and stairs, they truly can do it all. I'm so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy builder. My father is an architect and also met with Ibro, and he was very impressed by both his talent and experience. If you're looking to update your home, whether it's a small project or a larger multi-room renovation, I highly recommend reaching out to Haris Inc. They are professional, reliable, honest, take pride in their work, and deliver beautiful results. I've included some before-and-after photos as well to show how amazing everything turned out. I am forever grateful to finally have my dream kitchen. It is so beautiful and inviting, and I look forward to cooking meals, gathering together, and making memories with my family there for years to come.

We were especially impressed with our designer, Jackie (and her assistant Katie). They had fantastic ideas: from designing the overall layout, to help in choosing materials, to even how to paint a difficult area to enhance the design. One of the unique parts of our project was the desire to keep some beautiful existing components (specifically some cabinetry, stone countertops, bamboo woodwork and a sauna) but move them to new locations. Jackie did an excellent job in designing that arranging. We lived onsite throughout the project, so we were able to see the process "up close and personal". All of the construction personnel from LaMantia and subcontractors they used were very skilled and personable. Our project manager, Mike R, kept us informed on progress and who was coming each day. The initial schedule was "almost" met. We got delayed by lighting and electric (more our fault than theirs) in the middle, but they did a great job of an extra push to make sure a critical section was usable prior to a wedding brunch we were hosting. We would HIGHLY recommend LaMantia to anyone looking to remodel their home.

(Please see previous review.) We were so very happy with their workmanship and professionalism that we had them back to do our upstairs in 2019/2020. Our upstairs project was not as involved but it was completed with the same excellent workmanship that we had experienced on our first project. We could count on our workers showing up between 7AM and 7:30AM. They (sometimes it was only one person depending on what the job of the day needed) stayed until 3:00 or 4:00PM and ALWAYS cleaned up before they left our home. So many times I hear from other people that their workers stopped showing up or came at different hours throughout the project. This was not our experience and it made our lives continue on with less disruption because we had a schedule. Cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, care and attention to our projects. They worked with our designer when needed and participated in project meetings before and during the construction. As careful as preplanning can be, there are always decisions that come up each day. Mike, Dan and their crew did an excellent job guiding us through crucial decisions. We believe their total cost estimate for our projects was fair and they always tried to stay within our budget. We are so very happy with M & M Construction! We may even have them come back again and do our basement ... someday!

A friend heard good things about KB&B so I made an appointment and met with Kim. I cannot say enough positive comments about her. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, looked at pics of our current bathroom, and was very direct with what could and could not be done given our dimensions and budget. She was very professional and we left the store confident we were headed in the right direction. Mario (owner) came out a few days later to measure and take pics. He was professional and also straight to the point. The quote was a bit higher than we had hoped, but we felt good about the design and items we selected. Items were ordered and Kim kept us updated on their status since it was several months before they could even start constructions. Once they started, we realized why they cost a little more than the average Joe contractor. Every contractor (4 different guys) were each phenomenal. They treated our home like it was theirs. They were all very clean, very detailed, and they ended up doing a few extra repairs outside of the contract (with my permission). Kris was the main contractor and was here the most and I would give him more than 5 stars. The painter is expertly skilled and I can't tell where the drywall repairs were done. The crew also was very careful around our dogs and didn't leave any doors open. The final project exceeded our expectations. We noticed a few paint touch ups that were needed and Mario sent someone out - a week after the job was done and the check was cashed. They all take pride in their work and I feel really wanted to do whatever they could to have me as a satisfied customer. Make an appointment, rather than just walking in - Kim is busy. Bring in pics and measurements if you can to help her out. They won't be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would hire KB&B again and encourage everyone reading this to check them out.

This meant a demo of wood, demo of tile, new carpentry, new tile, reinstall of a fixture, additional pipe, and new baseboards. We decided (without any pressure for add-ons) to extend the work to the whole bathroom floor instead of just the localized area. So our results feel like not just a repair, but a remodel. Things that stood out: Communication - We felt the main point of contact, Anthony, was clear and helpful through the whole process. This is true of every crew member we interactacted with as well. Questions were answered patiently, things were explained clearly, we new what to expect next, there were no overpromises. Everyone that came into our home was respectful. Our input was sought at appropriate times, and we were shown progress consistently. Execution - Everyone seemed competent and capable of the tasks at hand. The results look good, feel good, and inspire confidence. If there was a mess made, it was promptly cleaned up. If there was a concern, it was handled appropriately. Initially I was a little skeptical of the proposed timeline but after seeing the work in action it made sense and was accurate. I would advise any others to just be ready to communicate a little, and inspect the results at each stage, since there might be use of different crews for one stage or another. It felt like a smooth project overall, with a little touchup at the end. Also, someone cleaned our bathroom sink. Didn't even ask for that!

Any change orders I requested were handled professionally and without issue. The project came in on budget and on timeline, and they were also great about offering suggestions and options to help keep costs down. His quote was on the lower end of the others we received, and the quality of work was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Anthony and his team.
